I was so happy to come here, especially since it's a grand opening from the original location. The owner/lady had automatically opened the door saying, "We only accept cash" which is fine but I felt like it was in a rude manner. Also, c'mon it's 2024, LOL get it together and accept all forms of payments.. I ordered their wonton noodle soup and I was disappointed. There was literally 5 pieces of tiny wonton and a small amount of noodles.. I felt like I wasted my time and money for this bowl. This by far, does not compare to the won ton soup from Luu New Tung Kee Noodle on the other side of Milpitas. At the Luu New TK location, their food is not only big in portion but also more flavorful. I will not be coming back. read more

Classic comfort food! I've been going with family since as young as I remember, and the taste has gone unchanged over the years. I typically go with a Vermicelli soup with Beef Balls, which comes with bean sprouts, cilantro, and chicharron bits already in the bowl. The broth has a clean, yet umami taste with noodles that soak up all that flavor. A nice Thai Iced Tea to wash it all down is a powerful combo, and it's pretty creamy! Can't forget to mention the Fried Daikon Rice Flour Pancake, which is a first for me, but a must-try at TK Noodle. The crispy edges and egg mixed within makes for an addicting pancake to dip in a sweet/spicy sauce that's provided. I even saved half for the next morning! This is a newer, smaller establishment across from their original location. New seating & tables equipped with all the necessary siracha, hoisin, jalapeno, and chili oil fix-ins. Patiently waited and it's finally open! (moved and was originally across the street) this one is much smaller but still looks like the TK Noodle we went to growing up in the 90's. How was it? It brings back memories of my teenage - college years where u can get a bowl of soup and split an order of fried rice with a friend... all that would be like 14 bucks! This place is a scam! Not only the food tasted stale, shrimp tasted old(#23 crispy noodle), and charged for certain things that they're not supposed to. Since I'm told that it's the same owner running the place. All other TK noodles does not charge for pork rinds, and the slurry gravy for the crispy noodle. Been here a few times, and surprised to see a .75 for the rinds. I was also charged for $1.00 for the extra sauce, since it did not have enough on the crispy noodle plate to begin with. Also, the sauce was very runny, not the same sauce for the crispy noodle. Really watered down. It's only $1.75, but these should be free like the other locations!!! read more

ZERO STARS. RUDE AND INHUMANE EMPLOYEE ON A POWER TRIP. I had lunch here today, and let me just say: the food could be served on a silver platter and I'd still NEVER come back. What I witnessed today was so APPALLING, it completely ruined the experience and exposed the kind of DEGRADING culture this restaurant allows. I wish I would have recorded to publicly exhibit the DISGUSTING behavior this female employee showed. While I was finishing my meal, I saw a janitorial staff member -- someone working hard, with respectful demeanor and clearly just doing her job -- try to use the restroom. Within seconds, a female employee (who I hope isn't in a managerial role because she severely lacks basic decency) publicly humiliated this woman, yelling at her in front of customers and staff like she was a criminal. The janitor calmly explained she had permission from the property manager (who apparently was on the phone with the janitor, trying to explain to the female employee that this was an established agreement) and had used the restroom previously without any issue, but this entitled employee didn't care. She kept BERATING her in front of everyone, with ZERO PROFESSIONALISM or BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. Still, once the janitor respectfully left, the female employee stood outside of the restaurant waiting for the janitor to come back to continue berating her. I heard her tell the janitor "can't you read, it says customers only." It was shocking. Degrading. And completely unnecessary. Let me be clear: this wasn't about "bathroom policy," as the janitor clearly had previously used the restroom without any issue and had that agreement established. This was a power trip, prejudice, and a total lack of respect for people who keep places like this running from behind the scenes. The woman janitor who was targeted was spoken to like she was beneath everyone else in the room -- and that is NEVER okay. If this is how your staff treats essential workers -- people who clean up after YOUR mess and make YOUR space usable -- then I want no part of your business. You should be ASHAMED. Until this restaurant publicly addresses the incident, apologizes to the janitor, and ensures their staff gets trained in basic human decency, I'll be warning everyone I know to stay far away. Accidentally ordered Doordash from here thinking it was the noodle place near me (King Noodle in Fremont). They both share similar menu, almost identical so I didn't notice the difference. I ordered #3 - wonton combination soup. I had requested no ground pork but keep the chicharron since I like the crunchiness. However, I opened my meal to see a big helping of ground pork. The chicharron was not crunchy at all, the wonton filling had a weird texture, shrimp tasted off, even the broth was tasteless. I was looking forward to this meal since I love King Noodle but was willing to give TK Noodle a try. Clearly, I should stick to King Noodle. Now i know why this place doesn't have a lot of costumers. We came to this place 3 times all during lunch time and they only have 3 to 4 tables occupied. They can't keep their costumers to come back. Why?? Using credit card to pay for your food, they tack in 4% surcharge. There is also a 50 cent charge for every quarter v cut lemon which has no more juice when squeeze. This is NOT comparable to the Brokaw location. Service was a bit slow & wasn't even that busy. The meat in the combo plate was grossly thick and not cut well, where the meat was clumped together. Drove all the way from the East Bay to relive some memories of TK Noodle House. Everything was going well until they brought this "porridge" out. Pouring hot broth over some rice is not the same as porridge. The rice needs to be softer! To the staff's credit, they eventually allowed me to replace it with a different dish. TK Noodle has been a chain of restaurants in the Bay Area that have been a part of the community for over 30 years. This specific establishment, used to be across the street in the same Plaza as Lion Supermarket. They are now located near RawASF and the Coding School. It is quite a bit smaller than before, however there is ample seating. Food at TK noodle has always been good but not great at a very affordable price. They offer a wide range of vietnamese/chinese cuisines, such as Egg noodles Soups, Vermicelli Noodle Soups, Chow Mein, Rice Plates and a variety of other dishes. For drinks they offer, the common soda brands, vietnamese specialties, beers and boba drinks. This is one of my favorite locations, if my family cannot agree on one type of food, as it provides a one stop shop. Some of our favorites are the Combination Noodle Soup, which is an egg noodle soup, served with a variety of meat cuts(chicken, beef balls and shrimp), and a light broth. Fried Egg Taro Cake, which are rectangular cakes, served with eggs and a slightly spicy dipping sauce(Great for sharing). Another family favorite is the Rice Stick/Egg noodle Soup, which serves the same broth and meat cuts as above, but you have two different noodle types. Service is fairly good. All of the employees we interact with on a regular basis speak english at a fluent level. I know that some people complain that there are some miscommunications, but i have not ever had that problem. After orders are taken, food will start to come out fairly quickly. I would consider this in between a quick service restaurant and a full dine in restaurant. The way that it is organized is to have food brought to you quickly and to turn over tables. As long as you go in with that expectation, i do not believe you will have any concerns. read more

First thing service is alright honestly. Wish they didn't rush. But overall the food was very good, worth the wait. Inside pretty small. But there quite plenty of seat. FYI next to a milk tea and also a few other restaurants as well. Parking can be little bit tricky cause it's pretty tight but I will definitely come back again soon to try other dishes that look delicious. Just wish they have appetizers. They do have selection of drinks. My favorite was the broth is good the noodle texture was freshly made. I would recommend taste before you put any condiments. TK Noodle has been a childhood comfort food place for me. I loved their fried rice so I ordered it through Door Dash. However when I opened the box it looked drastically different than what I remember. The rice was very yellow and it came with a side of chili oil. I tried it as is and it was so bland. I didn't get a hint of msg or salt or any seasoning really. I mixed in the chili oil and still barely tasted anything. I had to add salt myself to make it taste okay. TK Noodle Milpitas is no dark, dirty, dingy Chinese restaurant, but far from it. It is a brilliantly lit and spotlessly clean restaurant proudly built by ethnically Chinese exiles from communist Vietnam who rebuild their lives and business with hard work and the entrepreneurial spirit of the 'American Dream', TWICE! This pared down version of the previous rendition across the street in a larger venue is actually superior, being in a newer building with finer fixtures and lighting. And the food like the venue is freshly cut and cooked on site everyday; no leftovers here folks! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming as are the other customers who share a sense that this is really like a second home. Even though we don't know each other personally, we share our love for the food and the people who run it. If you haven't been here yet and you ever eat at restaurants in the area you must try it at least once and once you do you'll come back. It's not the cheapest but it's hardly overpriced for the quality and service you get here. It is money well spent and goes to support great people who have a great enterprise that serves the community far and wide. read more

It's nice to see this Classic noodle house opened new in this plaza of Milpitas. It's clean, new and bright; best of all. It also accept credit cards, and the quality of their noodles and soups is also excellent if not the best among the similar chew-chow style noodle establishments in the Bay area. The best TK restaurant in a while! I used to go to the one on El Camino Sunnyvale but always felt they went downhill and avoided the chain for several years. Today I gave this Milpitas location a try and the quality of ingredients and cooking was excellent. TK Noodle reopened about a month ago after their move to a new, smaller location across the street. Parking is still a challenge, but the authentic tasting noodle/vermicelli soup is worth it. The owners have not changed (still the Vietnamese lady and her Dad) and neither has the food's taste. My go-to/taste of my childhood is #12, Combination Vermicelli Soup for $12.50. I've been ordering #12 when it was $3.25 and actually under $2.50 at some point. I'm so glad this place survived the pandemic restaurant closures. read more
