Very reasonable tow fee compared to the competition. Had my truck towed from Kahuku to Kapolei. The driver assisted in pushing the truck into a more favorable spot for the hook up. Highly recommended! read more

100% recommend this company. I was in a very stressful situation and they were fast, accommodating, and professional! RJ is the best!!!

The man who towed my car last week was extremely kind & patient with me. I literally had an anxiety attack. I didn't know what to do in the situation I was in. But he kindly waited for me to figure everything out & did everything in his power to get my car where it needed to be. I'd 100% recommend this company. Amazing service! I wish I remember the man's name to give him credit. read more

My engine went kaput on the freeway and FSP towed me off onto a side street. My bf called Tip Tows to get me to the nearest auto shop and I waited for less than 10 minutes for Keoni to arrive. The next day, I had to get my car from the shop to my house, but I couldn't be there when the driver arrived. Called Tip Tows myself and spoke to Halona who made it happen. Both employess were very friendly and kind and made the situation a lot less stressful for me. Thank you, Tip Tows! read more

The Gentleman that helped me was not only polite and courteous, his skills and safety were exceptional. My car died on Kaahumanu so anyone who knows the area understands. First of all he was early, and in less than 5 minutes we were hooked up and good to go. He had to back the car up an incline in to the garage and I was never more impressed. I know I sound like a homer but I recommend this company, especially this driver, 100%. Chris form Pearl City read more

Costumer service is on point. RJ at Tip Tows was extremely helpful and polite over the phone and in person. Kept me updated on ETA

RJ IS THE BEST TOW MAN EVER!! Not only did he find me on north shore after being given the total wrong directions after me waiting for two hours for a tow, he helped diagnose what was wrong with my car, waited for me to buy coolant in the store AND!! helped me out when I left my super important folder of documents in his truck. He was super kind, professional and awesome and if I ever need another tow I hope I get him!!! Thanks RJ, I owe you big time!! read more

The time spent with this company was short lived, but they left a lasting impression. I unfortunately do not recall the name of the person who helped tow us to a shop today, but they were extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They understood the rut we were in over a simple part fix that Audi wanted an absurd amount just for the diagnostic and ultimately recommended us a much better, cheaper place. They got us where we needed to go with no problems or concerns. Thanks! GEICO did an excellent job selecting you to partner with them for road side assistance. read more

Fast and friendly service! He was very informative and polite. Not your typical tow truck driver. He was very efficient and careful with our truck. Best tow service ive ever recieved. Thank you RJ!!!! read more

Driver tested my battery before I got it towed and said my battery was good. Then I got it towed paid $100 for the tow, and the mechanic told me all I needed was a battery... kind of frustrating I don't know why he told me my battery was good when it was dead... maybe to just get paid for the tow? Drove less than 2 miles and cost $100 just Incase your wondering the rate. read more

Excellent service. The tow driver arrived in a short time and kept me posted of when he will arrive. The tow service moved my vehicle safely from my accident site to my home. The best towing experience I have ever received, I would highly recommend. RJ is a great, arrived even earlier than expected even though I was located across the other side of the island, gave great recommendations and advice in regards to my vehicle being towed, and shared friendly conversation. It's never a good sign when your car won't start on a Monday morning - as if Mondays need another reason to stink. I called Tip Tows and they were super friendly and showed up within 20 minutes. The driver jumped my car and I was on my way in minutes. I'm so grateful they made it so easy and it's fair to say it was my first pleasant experience with a tow truck company. I hope I don't need to use a towing company again but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. Thanks for the excellent service! read more

My car battery could not be jump started so I had to get it towed. I called my car insurance and they sent Tip tows. Keoni arrived 15 mins early and did a good job securing my car for the tow. He suggested I take it to the dealership and good thing I did. It was covered so I didn't have to pay anything! He was very friendly and the person I called at their office was very friendly too. Excellent customer service! Thank you Keoni! read more

Guys. I cannot say or express the amount of gratitude I have for this company. My purse got stolen last night with my car keys inside, and I was stranded in Waikiki at 3 in the morning. After calling 20+ locksmith and towing companies, the only person that picked up was RJ at Tip Tows. He helped me out tremendously when I was in a jam, I will absolutely be recommending this company to anyone. It's rare to find genuine good hearted people that won't take advantage of a situation/person when they can, but this company stands out among the rest. Thank you so much RJ! read more

Needed to tow my work truck from my house in Ewa to my parents in the westside. I called at 7:30am and spoke with RJ and he was able to set me up for a tow first thing in the morning at 9am with Adam. Adam showed up promptly and was very professional. He got my truck delivered to my destination safely and very quick. Thank you Tip Tows and to Adam! read more

Awesome customer service from tip toes!! Geico said the wait would be an hour but the driver Keoni called and estimated he would take fifteen minutes but got to us in less than fifteen. It was a relief cause the kids were tired and we just needed to get home. He was also very helpful and shared his knowledge on fixing. I do the basics for my car and try to learn more so i will try what he suggested. I will definitely use this company again and i will refer to family and friends too. read more

Had to call for a tow from Mililani to town kinda late at night. RJ was there within a half hour even though he operates out of Kapolei. Hooked up my car and we were on our way. As a single female, it was nice to see a clean tow truck show up. He is the owner of the company and has five trucks total working in his fleet. Told me his whole story so nice to give business to someone who deserves it. He dropped me and my car on Waialae and even dropped me off near my place, as it was nearby the freeway on ramp. Highly recommended for your towing needs. note:he has an industrial strength car battery charging cables so please use his for a charge and don't rely on your charging cables. His may do the trick when yours won't. We figured that out too late, once we were back in town. read more

Tip Tows Towing gives a good reputation for tow company's. I got a flat tire on the freeway and they got there fast and set up quickly. RJ was super personable and helped with everything. He even towed me from the car shop back to my home for no charge since the insurance company wouldn't cover. Seriously an awesome company. Thank you for everything! read more

AJ was a godsend. He was professional, patient and most importantly helpful. I had a bad morning and AJ towing me and helping me get back into my car saved the day for me. Maybe he can follow me around in my day to day life and fix all my mistakes. Lol read more

Great service. I locked my keys in my car at the grocery store on a rainy day with 3 kids in tow. It was awesome to have fast, reliable and affordable service! Hopefully I won't need the service again, but if I ever do, I know who to call. read more

Got a quote from another company of $320 and a wait of 2-3 hours last night at about 12pm. Decided to call around and found this company. He quoted MUCH less and came within 15 minutes! He was able to take credit card and hooked up the tow with no problem....with a 350z. Awesome customer service and made me feel safe. I'm so glad I went with this company. Best experience out of a bad situation. I highly recommend this company! Hopefully I won't need a tow again, but if I ever do I'll be calling them again. read more

By far the best tow company on the island. No one wanted to tow me out of Kahalu'u since I was going through Geico but the owner (can't think of his name right now) said he noticed I had a child with me and even though we were WAY past their service range he came all the way to pick me and my son up. I got up-to-date texts telling me when he would be there, he was extremely nice and professional to me and my son on our drive to the shop and I would absolutely recommend Tip Tows to anyone who needs a towing service. read more

Thanks Yelpers! First time I needed a tow and I'd go with Tip Tows again. RJ was quick, affordable and friendly. Called couple places for quotes first and his beat them... There was an option to use credit card (with service charge) read more

Car broke down out in Waianae trying to get back to Honolulu. Called RJ and he gave me a fair price along with an ETA. He showed up right when he said he would loaded the car on a flatbed brought it to my house. Aside from having to perform repairs RJ literally saved my weekend. It was late at night and he went out of his area to come get me when no one else would. I can't thank him enough. read more

We were on the way home from having a relaxing lunch and suddenly our car breaks down. We were stranded miles from home and had no idea what to do. We noticed that Tip Tow was close by and gave a call to see if they could help. Less than 20 minutes later we were back on the road and on the way home. Reasonable price, comfortable ride, and good service!!! If you're ever in a tough spot give R. J. at Tip Tows a call. You won't regret it! They even threw in free bottled water! read more

We called many places for a tow to find the best price. Not only did they offer us the best price but they had great customer service. RJ picked us up within 20 minutes during rush hour. Amazing guy! Even drove us home after we dropped off the car at a body shop! Best tow experience I've had, highly recommended. read more

My car broke down on the H-1 freeway so I looked online and found Tip Tows. They had great reviews. Called them requesting a tow not really knowing what the problem was with my car. While they were enroute to my location, I saw that my tire was cracked. RJ arrived quickly and offered to help me change the tire. I thought he would be upset since I was no longer in need of a tow but he was super cool about it (and helpful). With my tire changed, I started driving on the freeway and noticed that I was having engine problems. Luckily I made it off the freeway and into Aiea. Called RJ back and he sent one of his drivers, "AJ", to come and tow me home to Wahiawa. Being stuck on the freeway was a major drama for me but RJ and AJ were both life savers. Mahalo, Mahalo! I appreciate your professionalism and kindness. And the price for the tow was super reasonable. Tip Tows is a tow company that will help you out and one that you can trust. Highly recommend them! Love these guys!!!! read more

Great jobs! Fast ,Friendly and professional! Highly recommend it to everyone who needs the service!

Had a flat outside my daughters house in Ewa while visiting on a Sunday afternoon a couple weeks ago. We had emergency road side assistance and called the #. The operator was based in Tennessee and called 3 other tow companies (don't want to mention what companies here). The 4th company was Tip Tows. Initially I was quoted with 3 hours for the other guys. RJ called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. WOW!! RJ was pleasant, helpful, and quick. He put the spare tire on my van and spare in the trunk.. RJ was AWESOME!! Tipped and thanked him for the help. He gave me card and I put it in my wallet and in my contact list because this would be the first person I would call again or recommend. I came across an older local lady stranded on the side of north-south road today and I pulled out RJ's card to call. read more

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I didn't actually use Tip Tows towing services. I called to schedule a timed pick up. My car stalled out and since I had no idea what the issue was, I had AAA tow me Lex Brodie's. After a few hours, the mechanic at Lex Brodie's said it was a problem w/ the anti theft and only the manufacturer could fix it. So now I need a tow again! When I called Tip Tows for a quote, RJ asked what the problem was, I told him and he said he worked for AAA for years and since I hadn't used up my free tows yet, I could call them back for a scheduled tow, for free! He did me a huge solid by saving me money on the tow! He was such a nice guy that if I needed another tow, I'd definitely call Tip Tows! read more
