I was left stranded when neither AAA or Sylva's towing company contacted me to tell me there would be no tow for the day. I had to reschedule with my auto repair shop because I did not get my tow, and this has delayed repairs to my vehicle. I waited for 5 hours and was never contacted by this towing company, which is terrible customer service. When I called to report this, the lady I spoke with refused to take responsibility and blamed AAA instead. Because of my awful experience with this towing company, I would not recommend Sylva's as a towing company, and would recommend instead to look for a company that is more reliable, responsible, and offers better customer service.
