Filled out some basic information on the link and within seconds, Mr. Kibota from Finest Towing called me. Luckily, he was only 20 minutes away from me and he arrived right on time. I wanted a tow, but he informed me that it would be a better idea for him to put the spare tire on for me. He went to work right away and he was done in about 10 minutes. At one point, I was looking at a transmission replacement that would have cost more than the vehicle was worth. After doing my own research, I came across a GM Technical Service Bulletin that addressed the issue. I even reached out to the dealership about it, but couldn't get so much as a response. That's where Marco came in. Rather than assuming the transmission needed to be replaced, Marco took the time to actually diagnose the problem. He followed the GM bulletin, thoroughly checked the ground wires, plugs, and electrical connections, and made sure he wasn't overlooking anything. In the end, he was able to resolve the issue by cleaning the plugs and connections. What really stood out to me, beyond the quality of his work, was his communication throughout the entire process. Marco provided real-time updates, including pictures and videos showing exactly what he was working on, what he was finding along the way, and his recommendations based on those findings. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle or chase him down for an update. That level of transparency and communication is something I genuinely appreciate, especially when dealing with a repair that could have been extremely costly. What I appreciate most is that Marco didn't just try to throw parts at the problem. He took his time, did the work, kept me informed, and figured out what was actually wrong. We were stuck in the inside lane, blocking the highway, and HPD had to hold up traffic. AJS arrived in less than 10 minutes.
