My in laws were in a pickle on the side of the freeway the other night with a blown out tire. My husband and I went to go help them change their tire, but come to find out, apparently Nissan Leafs don't have spare tires?!?! So we needed a tow service to get their car home from Pearl City to Kailua. We called 5 different tow companies, and B's was the only one that answered! Lucky for us! Seriously! I've never dealt with a more honest and helpful tow company. We were able to take my in laws home, and leave the car knowing that it would be in good hands. They kept me informed the entire time, letting me know how long before they'd pick it up, when they got there, they let me know when they were on their way with the car, everything. And, they're very affordable. Thank you B's for amazing, quick, and awesome help and service!

I called 2 different tow companies with no avail. Not even a call back from either. I then requested a quote from Transport Oahu Towing, here on Yelp. He explained to me that only Sunday's, he would be able to make such a towing trip, considering weekday traffic and business opportunities in town. The price from Pearl City to Waialua (about 25 miles) was a lot cheaper than other competitor companies that would charge twice of what I paid. Gabriel takes pride and is every bit of passionate about his business. He's down to earth and easy to talk to, which is very helpful in a stressful situation. I support his business and what he stands for. Highly recommended as I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if need be. Thanks Gabriel! Keep on doing what you do. I was worried because I had an appointment which I could not be late for and I was assured the timing is accurate. They quoted me (via text by the way) 15 minutes to arrival; lo and behold! They arrived with 5 minutes to spare. 3) Their equipment is neat and clean lending a thought that more than likely, their service will be just as neat and clean.
