There are the reasons I believe Tow Service deserves the 5 stars: 1) They were polite and professional. The driver introduced himself to me, shook my had and assured me my car is in good hands. 2) They were timely. I was worried because I had an appointment which I could not be late for and I was assured the timing is accurate. They quoted me (via text by the way) 15 minutes to arrival; lo and behold! They arrived with 5 minutes to spare. 3) Their equipment is neat and clean lending a thought that more than likely, their service will be just as neat and clean. (I'm guessing your appearance including equipment and protocol must be AAA to be on the "Approved List" for AAA) We don't like to even think of having to use a tow truck as it implies auto trouble; but if the situation arises; and you don't have AAA, Be sure to call Tow Service Hawaii 42/100 Yelp Review Challenge Los Angeles
