My in laws were in a pickle on the side of the freeway the other night with a blown out tire. My husband and I went to go help them change their tire, but come to find out, apparently Nissan Leafs don't have spare tires?!?! So we needed a tow service to get their car home from Pearl City to Kailua. We called 5 different tow companies, and B's was the only one that answered! Lucky for us! Seriously! I've never dealt with a more honest and helpful tow company. We were able to take my in laws home, and leave the car knowing that it would be in good hands. They kept me informed the entire time, letting me know how long before they'd pick it up, when they got there, they let me know when they were on their way with the car, everything. And, they're very affordable. Thank you B's for amazing, quick, and awesome help and service!

This guy floored it to get right up against my bumper to the point where I was ACTUALLY afraid he was going to rear end me (on the freeway by the way, where I'm already going 60), and then swerved into the next lane to cut me off. Guess he forgot he was towing a car behind him because it almost slammed into my car and I had to swerve into the next lane to avoid it, and he flew off. I already said I was going 60, imagine the chaotic wreck that would have happened if he did hit me and my car spun out of control on a busy freeway. Don't have this company tow your car unless you wanna risk it getting wrecked on the way to its destination, I guess.

My clutch cable parted and I was stuck in first gear. I had a slightly complicated delivery uphill, at a weird angle on my driveway, sandwiched between another car on a little bit of driveway and grass. He was attentive to the angle that he left the bike at so that it would not fall onto the car parked next to it, all of this while the bike was stuck in first gear. Again he was able to pick it up without me being there, and took payment painlessly over the phone. I've never met him in person yet, but when I do I will be sure to give him a high-five & shake his hand and tell him thank you for his amazing customer service. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend using this service for all of your motorcycle towing needs. He dropped everything he was doing to come pick my bike up and quoted me a very reasonable price for that kind of service coming from the other side of the island. Don't look for anybody else; you have all you need right here! FIRST REVIEW: I am very satisfied with my experience. He got to my bike when he said he would, he was professional and courteous on the phone. His prices were better than anybody else. And settling up for payment was a cinch. It was no stress on my part to have my bike picked up. He was able to pick it up without me there, and except payment over the phone. I would highly recommend his service. Should I need a motorcycle tow again I will call here first.

There are the reasons I believe Tow Service deserves the 5 stars: 1) They were polite and professional. The driver introduced himself to me, shook my had and assured me my car is in good hands. 2) They were timely. I was worried because I had an appointment which I could not be late for and I was assured the timing is accurate. They quoted me (via text by the way) 15 minutes to arrival; lo and behold! They arrived with 5 minutes to spare. 3) Their equipment is neat and clean lending a thought that more than likely, their service will be just as neat and clean. (I'm guessing your appearance including equipment and protocol must be AAA to be on the "Approved List" for AAA) We don't like to even think of having to use a tow truck as it implies auto trouble; but if the situation arises; and you don't have AAA, Be sure to call Tow Service Hawaii 42/100 Yelp Review Challenge Los Angeles

On the morning of our scheduled towing appointment, Taurus was punctual and showed up at the early part of the 30-minute estimated arrival window he gave us. Once he assessed the vehicle and where/how it's positioned, he promptly hooked it up onto the tow truck without delay. The vehicle was parked in a stall between two cars, and he was able to tow it out easily with no issues. Taurus got the vehicle safely to the dealership service department, and made sure the vehicle was good to go before leaving. Would highly recommend his towing services!!!
