The one and only thing I never use to look forward to here on this island, is getting my bikes serviced or repaired as most shops take way too long to even look at your bike let alone repair or service it. Not such a big deal anymore, since I have found Mobile Moto Mechanics and William. I found them searching Google of course. The first two that show up is Cycle City or Montgomery Sports. XXX on both of those places as they take way too long to even look at your bike let alone service or repair it. We are talking about weeks and sometimes months. Anyway, the third recommendation was for "Mobile Motorcycle Repair from Mobile Moto Mechanics." I checked their reviews and was sold on the idea of someone coming to me considering the alternatives. Exactly like their add states, you simply text them and a response will be forthright. I needed to have a new/used bike I recently bought inspected; fluids changed, a tune-up and some other things. William responded to my text fast and asked me what I needed, and he immediately stated they could do it all. I only had to wait 4 days for him to get to me. When he showed he got right to work and was very assertive and fast AND SUPER polite, respectful and professional. We discussed some other things I wanted to get done to my bike and he took care of everything. William did the things that were slated for that day, and he also ordered the parts that I requested and as soon as they arrive, William will let me know. William's service both personally and professionally were better than any shop I have been to on this island. Smarter, faster and most efficient. William's knowledge and experience sets him aside from the general pop. Absolutely zero upsell from William and his prices are competitive and worth it. Honest Abe!!!! In my opinion, Mobile Moto Mechanics is the BEST for all your motorcycle needs. Simply text William.

My husband and I were taken advantage of by an individual whom we trusted to service and make repairs on our moped. The amount of money and time spent on our moped with this person amassed $1400. I implore you... don't do business with Gerard who works at Moped Company located on Kapahulu. We gave him an opportunity to make extra money by enlisting his services and he took advantage of our kindness. Thanks to a referral from Brada Bo (former owner of Bo Tech) he sent us to GCS. Owner Jayson, Brian, and the crew did an extraordinary job overhauling our moped. The amount of work they did to undo the damage done by Gerard was quite exceptional. We found out that the parts that was in our bike that we spent top dollar on were used not brand new. We also learned that their was intentional damage done to our air box which had to be removed. After 1 week, we got our moped fixed and in spectacular condition. When we came to bring our third bike there on Saturday May 30th they said they haven't even looked our bikes. a week passes and we don't hear anything back from them. then more weeks pass and we're asking for an update just to hear the same thing we were told before "we will look at it" i picked up all three bikes on July 8th and absolutely nothing was fixed. these guys are a waste of time. if you want your bike fixed by an honest man i would recommend Dave who is just down the road by the hospital. there were more problems on these bikes from sitting for over a month. this shop deserves a zero star.

Just a friendly reminder if your registration is more than a year old you have to go to the Kapalama DMV and schedule a appointment the Hawaii Kai express does not do late registration more than a year. My in laws were in a pickle on the side of the freeway the other night with a blown out tire. My husband and I went to go help them change their tire, but come to find out, apparently Nissan Leafs don't have spare tires?!?! So we needed a tow service to get their car home from Pearl City to Kailua. We called 5 different tow companies, and B's was the only one that answered! Lucky for us! Seriously! I've never dealt with a more honest and helpful tow company. We were able to take my in laws home, and leave the car knowing that it would be in good hands. They kept me informed the entire time, letting me know how long before they'd pick it up, when they got there, they let me know when they were on their way with the car, everything.
