Spent 45.00 plus top on a spa pedicure and lady only clipped toe nails used a emery board on callis and heel instead of the rasp. When I complained the head person asked her and she lied and said she did. He dismissed me as if I was making the story up. That to bad because I like the way they do the manicures and acrylics but I won't go back waste of money. I went to get my nails done here today since i'm expecting to get engaged this weekend! There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Na gave me a beautiful acrylic set with nail art EXACTLY like my inspo. It was so nice and clean with good music. My only complaint is that I could not sit next to my mom while we got our nails done, as its one person per nail station. It appeared they were short staffed and the ladies did a hurried job seemingly to get done with us OR that's how they do Mani Pedi basic! OR could it be they didn't pay much attention because it was Basic!! Not quite sure now. I went during the lunch hour and did not have to wait terribly long for service. i received a pedicure and the service was wonderful. I wish I asked for the ladies name because she really did such a great job. as hard as I try, my feet are sensitive/ticklish and she was very considerate of that. i also mentioned that the cuticles around my big toes were sensitive & she paid extra attention to that request. last two praise reports: the gentleman who runs the front desk was very polite and friendly. Awful place....overcharged for basic mani /pedi..... $110.00 for horrible service, horrible polish, my old polish was still on the edges of my nails when they were finished.....they didn't scrub my feet or work on my heels (because that costs extra).... the owner looked at the crappy job they did on my nails, then used a soft edge buffer (to get my original polish off the edges under the polish they just painted onto my nails and screwed up all the edges even worse and she refused to repaint them ....so then she refunded 15 dollars for the bad polish job..... so now I paid $95 for literally nothing .......if you buy their packages off of the "menu" they show you, then you will get "up charged" even higher...but if you buy the "basic" mani/pedi off the menu, then they will also "up charge" it and you get literally nothing, so pick your poison or run somewhere else with your money....... read more

I brought my friend here to get her nails done (and get pampered a little) before her wedding and I was really impressed by their dedication! If you do a mani/pedi they put you in the nice chairs and actually do your mani/pedi while you're in the chair. I really liked their milk and honey manicure, and even their regular pedicure was very nice. I heard they sterilize very effectively and sure enough every item they used came out of a sealed plastic package! They did a really really good job, and it was affordable for the level of quality they give. FYI - If you want to tip, you need to bring cash. Twice, I've brought my daughter to get her nails done (they have kid pedi chairs just for the little ones!) and I've brought out of town guests in on two separate occasions who have loved their nails. I do Nexgen powdder now religiously. It lasts and lasts and lasts. And no matter which technician I've had, I've had gorgeous, perfect results. Plus, the powder is only $35. So, this place does a great job for a great price, they have a pretty impressive list of loyal clients and have techs who get booked the week out easily. Never in over 20 years of getting my nails done have I had a more disappointing experience than I did today. After almost 7 months of not getting my nails done (nexgen/pedi every 3 weeks) due to the pandemic, I decided to give this place a try due to the safety protocols I had heard they enforced (temp check, masks, shields, plexi glass, sanititation between clients, etc.) from several friends. I booked an appointment for myself and my best friend for 330 today and made sure to ask if they had two people who could do our services at the same time due to a time crunch I had. They said it would not be a problem. I get there right at 330 and immediately get seated for my nexgen in a pedicure chair. 40 minutes into it, still no pedicure...no water in the tub, no sign of anyone coming to provide me with a pedicure, just me sitting with my pant legs rolled up. During that time, 4 people walked in and were seated immediately with their pedicures starting. As the lady doing my nails (I didn't catch her name) sliced my fingers 3 times while filing, I was done with this place. Granted she apologized but after the first cut and an "ow" along with me pulling my hand away you would think she would be more gentle. Instead, she tells me I asked for narrow nails and thats why I got cut. She was in a rush to get my nails done and move on to the next client. 2 more cuts...bleeding, and she still pushes to file my nails. I told her im not interested in a pedicure, I've waited at this time 50 minutes now with no pedicue in sight and I'm unhappy because I'm bleeding. I'm done. The lady in the front taking temperature checks came to give me neosporin then changed her mind because she said I should wait until my nails dried. She said they could do a polish change for my toes and apologized for the delay. I said no, I wasn't interested They give me my ticket - $42 for the messiest, unprofessional nexgen I have received. I took these pictures as soon as I got in my car. I should have waited longer and found a better place but was sold on the safety precautions and so desparately wanting a relaxing nail salon experience. If something like this would happen and you cut your client's fingers, the least you could do if you don't want to provide a complimentary service or provide a discount as a sign of your apology and committment to your service. Nope. Not only did they not do anything for my current service or a future service, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Really? I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Still in shock as to the poor customer service and work ethic they demonstrated today. read more

I always love coming here. Kris is AWESOME!! she's basically the only one that I trust to do my nails. She's able to do whatever design custom and all that you bring to her, she's a true artist. I will say that I fell in love with her through trial and error with getting nails done by others but was only impressed with her work. I'm so happy to say that I have a nail tech. that I trust. Not to mention, Michael is THE BEST host for us, he deserves a tip all on his own. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable and replenishes your drinks when necessary.
