I took both me and my boyfriends daughter to get our nails done. I asked several times to have mine reshaped and the lengths to be even I had asked for coffin shaped and left with square. The colors she brought me were not the ones I chose as well and I double check with her and she said yes . I wanted an emerald green, I left with blue nails and the wrong colored cat eye on my accent fingers. My boyfriends daughters nails are all different lengths and shapes she asked for almond shape and some of them just look like a bubble. And on top of that neither of your nails are smooth, they have bumps and lint in them. Towards the end one of the ladies was getting very rude as well. If I could get my money back I would. I loved my pedicure it was perfect! My nail are beautiful. The problem was the lady that did my nails, had an issue with keeping her hands steady. I noticed when I first sat down, that her hands shake (she was an older lady), so when using the file drill she she knicked each finger several times, one bled a bit. It was a painful experience . Would come back, but an employee w/ steadier hands would have to do my nails. read more

They are so thick and very bumpy, Plus after trying to the technician to many times regarding shape I stopped explaining. I don't care for the shape of my . My toes are clean not too short. I have been to this nail salon a few times with a friend of mine, she has been going for years! The ladies are always so lovely and I my pedicure is always great! Today Rachel was my nail tech and her attention to detail was on point! I'll be moving an hour and a half away and will drive up here for my nails! It is a lovely salon... The salon is very clean & organized. It has a calming aura and a very nice decor. Rachel did an amazing job on my nails...I choose Dipping powder with tips. I had never been but I went here after seeing good reviews, it was my first time getting nails done in a couple years. I showed them my example and what I wanted done and all of my nails that were white came out great. The nail tech had to start over the accent nail dot flowers multiple times on both hands, added stars that I did not ask for to cover the mess ups, and the stars ended up popping off before I even got home. Another tech saw that they looked bad before I was leaving and tried to tidy up the accent nails before I left but it had been started over more than once and was now layered with glue. Overall they are not the worst nails but they could have been done better. Despite my experience the salon was clean and the staff were friendly. I don't live in the area so I likely won't be here again. read more

Last night I left a negative review for Epic Nails, but tonight I'm retracting it for a positive one. I left this place very unhappy yesterday. The end result on my full set of gel nails were not good at all. My pedi was fine, but I hated my hand nails. I felt robbed after I was charged full price after expressing my disappointment. My daughter, who is a regular here, suggested that I call today and speak to Laura the owner and give her an opportunity to try and make this right. I am so glad that I took her advice because Laura not only made it right, she went above and beyond to ensure that I left her nail bar one happy customer. She spared no expense on her personal time on my nails, spending over an hour and a half on them, and making sure that they were exactly what I wanted, constantly apologized to me & thanking me for giving her the opportunity to correct my issue and did not charge me one single cent more than what I paid yesterday. So if you happen to have a negative experience here, trust me, go straight to Laura and let her know. You won't regret it! True definition of professionalism. read more

My friend and I went here a few days ago. Attached are pics from right after I was "done" at the salon. This was by far the worst mani pedi I've ever had. So bad it was comical...Other than losing 88 bucks for nothing. We both had to go to my house to fix our nails immediately after. My hands had bubbles all under the polish and the lady tried to tell me it was bc it has tiny glitter in the polish LOL. When actually it was bc the scrubby stuff they use on your arms and hand was not even cleaned off of me before she started painting! It was all over my hands. Even gooey lotion stuff in between my fingers! My toes polish didn't even cover my entire nail. My cuticles were only taken care of at the very top of each nail. The sides were completely ignored. I paid for the 60 dollar special thing were there was supposed to be 20 min of reflexology " and she started the timer when she was painting my hands? I honestly could go on and on with everything wrong. It's very frustrating when you only treat yourself with a mani pedi once in a blue moon for an occasion and it's terrible ,and you lose your money ,time ,and have to end up fixing it yourself. I wish there were more reviews like mine before I went . Don't be fooled with the 4+ stars! ..So this is your warning. Find another place. Awful! read more

First time I came the guy destroyed my cuticle and my nails were awful. They apologized and gave me a gift card so I decided to give it another try. The people are super nice but this place is not worth it. Second time into today and she destroyed my cuticles and all my nails have bumps and Knicks and scratches and are all different shapes and sizes and crooked. Will not be back again. read more

I love it here!!! The first time I went to this salon was because my old one had closed. I am very particular about the way that I get my nails and toes. They listened to my concerns, allowed me to speak freely which made me feel as if I was understood. One of the biggest things is that they know me by name and always handles me with care. Before arriving to this nail bar, I googled surrounding nail salons. Other places had too many negative reviews about poor service and I couldn't tell what the inside of the salons looked like. When I came upon this location, the picture of their nail salon was VERY appeasing! When I arrived there were only two workers (Lucy and Laura). Laura greeted my daughter and I while she was tending to another client. That was amazing because most workers just tell you to hold on and wait. I told Laura what we wanted and she immediately sat us down and asked if we wanted anything. There was a long wait, but it was well worth the wait. I understood that we are in a pandemic and only a certain number of people can be present. I was in no rush for service because when you get your nails done, you never know how long the wait might be if you didn't make an appointment. Both Laura and Lucy constantly checked on me and my daughter and when it was our turn, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected. They constantly thanked me for waiting and I constantly thanked them for having great service. I would recommend them to ANYONE! I was visiting from out of town and I've already made plans to visit them again! GREAT JOB LAURA AND LUCY!!! read more
