My artificial nails done with gel polish on my nails
    Kaylee Y.

I got a manicure with gel and I got my toes nails done and my eyebrows done and the service was great and friendly and quiet and very warm hearted feeling in the environment and all of the store is clean and neat and tidy I would highly recommend you all go check out the place

Stopped by Tina Nails on a Tuesday after a friend's recommendation for a last-minute nail appointment, and they did not disappoint! The vibe was casual with plenty of service tables. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and my nail tech got started right away--no wait time at all. I got a basic almond-shaped French tip set, and the service was quick and well done. Only surprise? The $72 price tag ($80 after tip) for a short set--sheesh! Great experience, but definitely on the pricier side.

Tony did this set, lasted me 3 weeks with no lifting!

I recently started coming here. Not only is the salon super cute and clean, everyone is super sweet. Personally, I go to Tony for my acrylics and he is AMAZING. I've done my own acrylics/got them done professionally many times and I've never experienced better quality than from this salon ! If your looking for a new spot, go here. They also have a large selection of cute stickers you can add to your nails, just ask:) Lastly, the gel plosh they have is top tier, so smooth!

I took my daughters in for a basic manicure. One wanted dip ($45) and she agreed to pay the difference. Their own website states a basic manicure is either $20 or $23 (not sure why the difference). When I went to pay the total was $91. I asked for a breakdown and he said $35 for a basic manicure and $55 for the dip. I paid but will never go back, I don't like the whole bait and switch. If you want to charge more, update your website!!!

Loved it!! Best nail salon ive been to. I saw a bunch of people recommend Jay so i saw him and he was kind and did exactly what I asked!

Charged me $45 extra for these accents. 12 cheap stones and crooked lines that I could have bought an entire box of and done them myself.

Wayyyy overpriced, slow as all hell, subpar design skills and a total lack of care, and to top it all off, very unprofessional and rude enough to badmouth me to other customers because I had the audacity to tell them I was unhappy with my service. The pedicure: I asked for gold chrome and she gave me gold sparkle without even asking me if it was okay or showing me the color before she started painting. I even asked if it was going to turn chrome and the tech said yes, but by the time I realized the color wasn't turning chrome it was already done. The acrylic shellac fill: my nails had grown out only about 1/16th of an inch but I'm going to Vegas tomorrow so I wanted them fresh. You can see in the photos what the prior nail design and length was - I didn't need much filing and she didn't need to shorten them. But they still proceeded to charge me extra for "long nail design". LONG NAILS? WHERE? And since when does a fill have a long nail charge when there's zero shaping or filing or creation of the nail shape AT ALL? To top it all off, I was charged $45 extra for 12 stones on each hand. See photo below - I could have bought their entire BOX of stones for less than $10 on Amazon! And I had to keep asking her to make sure they weren't crooked, which was hard to even convey because she didn't speak much English. The other nail tech had to keep translating which only added to the slowness of the service - THREE HOURS for a fill. A fill!!FOR WHY THO?? There was no trimming of my cuticles either snd no cuticle oil. So why was my FILL $100?????? Make it make sense! When I finally get up to the counter I politely let her know that I was unhappy with my pedi and could I please have a discount. My tech and the main lady start arguing with me about how "well we don't have the chrome you wanted" "it wasn't her fault" okay then why not TELL me before you start painting a color I don't want and lie to me and say it will turn chrome?? I would have gotten black to match my fingernails if that was communicated to me. But instead I have sparkly gold toes that look terrible and don't match anything. They didn't even give me a choice of gold! They ended up giving me a measly $5 discount - but I'll be paying another $30 to go get these fixed somewhere else! Now the worst, most unprofessional part of this whole experience? I left the store after paying but had to go back inside briefly. The main lady is literally badmouthing me to her customer saying that I chose the color and was cheap and blah blah blah. I said very loudly "no that is a lie, I did not choose the color, i did t get a choice of color, I didn't even SEE the color before she started!" For $100 I could have gotten an entirely new, lengthier set with design in Vegas or even Seattle. I will not be going back. Which is disappointing because I have been going to them since March, but the service has declined terribly and the prices have inclines astronomically. My last set, the red ones in the photos? I was charge $15 for TWO appliqués that broke apart 2-3 days later. Thing is I might have even brushed aside the terrible service if I hadn't walked in on the lady badmouthing me to the other client. 0/5 stars.

Kenny always delivers. The nails were exactly like the inspiration picture. Love him and his work.

Yikes. I wanted a simple ombre pink and white dip powder full set. It was my first time here…read more My nail tech-Amy- seemed to be a bit flustered, stressed, irritated, and unknowledgeable with the process or at least that's how it seemed. Even though she tried not to show it. I told her the issue I would like to avoid- the edges always chip and lift after a week and I would like to get another week out of them if possible. When gluing the tips on she rushed through it, didn't size them appropriately, and only applied glue to the middle and didn't ensure the nails were completely glued on the edges. She stopped and left the station multiple times to gather different things and a certain point it seemed she chose to stop the process entirely to just finish with a rushed airbrushed version that looks terrible. She didn't communicate with me about her struggle to complete my request for dip ombré nails, or ask me if I would be ok with an airbrushed result. She just did it, leaving white paint all over my hands that would not come off for over an hour. I expected to pay around $60-65 max. So when I was told 74.00. I walked out paying 84.00 after tip for SIMPLE dip nails that were unprofessionally done with a stressed/unknowledgeable tech. I don't know if it was me, the day, the customer before me or what happened to make me receive the experience I did but I won't be back for a fill repair or replacement , just to pay overblown prices and walk out with nails I'm not happy with. It's been three days since getting them done and of course the edges are cracking, peeling and lifting. it's now very obvious she did not ensure quality of the tip fit or anything else as it looks like I need a fill, and repair, but probably better off with a full replacement of all nails....after 3 days. But like I said, Im not going back just to pay the same amount for poor results again.

Mine looked great, but after one week, the gel polish came completely off of two nails. My friend's gel polish on the big toe ended up super dented and looked bad. We assume that they had us leave while it was still wet. I wont go back, as I have never had gel polish come off so quickly.

I wasn't thrilled at the experience but planned to go back cause stuff happens. However my experience yesterday with my sister made me never want to go back... the nail tech working on her was very rude and after prepping my sister's nails to be painted she demanded payment while her toes where still drying and she had just sat down to have her finger nails painted after being instructed to wash her hands for this next step. This was very odd as we had been here before and never paid until the service was complete. The nail tech took 30 minutes longer to finish painting my sister's nails with normal paint than mine took doing several gel coats under the lamp... anyways the pain job was terrible and the lady just got up and stared at us, not finishing her toes or doing any of the finish oils that I got. Then I just heard they called my sister to ask why she never left a tip... what a joke of a salon very rude workers and will not return to this dumpy salon.
