I've been looking for a place to get a manicure. I love the place I get pedicures, but I didn't have a good experience for a manicure. Natural Nails is close to where I live. I called to see if they had time to do a gel manicure, and they conveniently did. First impression when entering the shop, well, it isn't very impressive. One employee prepped my nails, he was very gentle removing the polish, while the nail technician finished up a pedicure on another client. I was handed one color color swatch ring to choose from, so not a big selection. My manicure was fast. The hand/ arm massage was even faster. Hardly any lotion was used, so didn't feel very enjoyable. However, my nails do look great! For me, a manicure is time for me to feel a little pampered. This place missed the mark. read more

I have been going to Natural Nails for almost two years. Thao is the best! She is super attentive and pays attention to my requests. I get dip powder manicure from her and she takes her time to get it perfect. Whenever I try a new color she always checks to make sure I like it before proceeding. The pedicure service is also amazing. The shop is always clean and bright! I love the location in Hillsboro as there's always tons of parking. I highly recommend giving them a call. Service is okay, asking if I could change to do full set instead and they refuse saying they got next appointment. Which is fine, is my mistake calling making for just pedicure and Medicare. I told them is okay just do pedicures I will find somewhere else to do medicare. They did their their part, but what bring them down to just one star is that they start talking in their language as soon as they refuse. It feel very disappointed and disrespected for customer. I feel like they talk s... about me. I still tip them right but will never come back again. What worst is that when I came home to check at my toe nail they didn't clean up the nail good. Honestly.. I just loved to the aloha area. This place had done a great job with my pedicure so I figured I'd stray from my normal nail tech since it's out in Wilsonville. Won't do it again. Got my nails done here today. Had little expectations. Haven't had my nails done in 4+ years. Went in just wanting my nails painted and shaped. She had little to work with from my end and I'd say I got what I wanted. I think the price was fair. Service was quick. Only down side is she was slightly rougher than I recall this service being. 1 of my fingers were bleeding by the end and the rest are super sore and raw. Went in for a shellac polish because I have an important business trip tomorrow. Nails are so thick and lumpy! shellac pooled on my cuticle, parts of my nails are missed. I received a pedicure worth $20 and I paid $65. My toes were not cleaned up well and the polish is lumpy and already chipping. Can you get a pedicure that's worth the $60+ you pay after tip anywhere in this area? I'm a loyal every other week customer but I just can't find a place that is worth going back to. I had gone here a couple times the last couple of years and had a good experience, however this last time was the worst experience as I was going to have a nice experience before vacation. Ill start with my pedicure I had reservations at 10:00am for a mani pedi and paid a little extra for the deluxe pedicure. The guy was rushing through the motions my pedicure was done in 30 mins and hardly got massaged and he was so rough. As for my mani the woman also seemed to be in a rush and didn't want to deal with my cuticles (the main reason I get manicures) and was going to start painting and I told her no she needed to trim my cuticles. When I looked at her tools they were dirty with someone else's clippings. She of course argued with me. And said her manicures last four weeks and she will do a good job. They lasted 10 days on vacation where I was hands free. This place is awful and I will never go back. read more

This was a great shop now is horrible. The owner has now started a restaurant also and is more worried about that then doing a good job on nails. The owner tries to take on too many clients at a time resulting in doing a crappy job on everyone. If you set up a appointment she never gets in you in on time. I dont think she understands what a appointment means. If she would slow back down and do a good job it would be a good shop again. But it will be a long time before I go back. read more
