I called to see if they had time to do a gel manicure, and they conveniently did. First impression when entering the shop, well, it isn't very impressive. One employee prepped my nails, he was very gentle removing the polish, while the nail technician finished up a pedicure on another client. I was handed one color color swatch ring to choose from, so not a big selection. My manicure was fast. The hand/ arm massage was even faster. Hardly any lotion was used, so didn't feel very enjoyable. However, my nails do look great! For me, a manicure is time for me to feel a little pampered. This place missed the mark. read more

I have been going to Natural Nails for almost two years. Thao is the best! She is super attentive and pays attention to my requests. I get dip powder manicure from her and she takes her time to get it perfect. Whenever I try a new color she always checks to make sure I like it before proceeding. Service is okay, asking if I could change to do full set instead and they refuse saying they got next appointment. Which is fine, is my mistake calling making for just pedicure and Medicare. I told them is okay just do pedicures I will find somewhere else to do medicare. They did their their part, but what bring them down to just one star is that they start talking in their language as soon as they refuse. It feel very disappointed and disrespected for customer. Only down side is she was slightly rougher than I recall this service being. 1 of my fingers were bleeding by the end and the rest are super sore and raw. Went in for a shellac polish because I have an important business trip tomorrow. Nails are so thick and lumpy! shellac pooled on my cuticle, parts of my nails are missed. I could have done better myself!! I brought to her attention that they were lumpy but nothing was done to fix them. Then, they charged me for a manicure, when I only wanted the shellac. I had gone here a couple times the last couple of years and had a good experience, however this last time was the worst experience as I was going to have a nice experience before vacation. Ill start with my pedicure I had reservations at 10:00am for a mani pedi and paid a little extra for the deluxe pedicure. The guy was rushing through the motions my pedicure was done in 30 mins and hardly got massaged and he was so rough. As for my mani the woman also seemed to be in a rush and didn't want to deal with my cuticles (the main reason I get manicures) and was going to start painting and I told her no she needed to trim my cuticles. When I looked at her tools they were dirty with someone else's clippings. She of course argued with me. And said her manicures last four weeks and she will do a good job. They lasted 10 days on vacation where I was hands free. This place is awful and I will never go back. read more

The owner tries to take on too many clients at a time resulting in doing a crappy job on everyone. If you set up a appointment she never gets in you in on time.
