Pedicure utopia ....I CANT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE ENOUGH. Ladies and gentleman I have been everywhere high and low and this is the ONLY place that it is worth to get a pedicure. Everything included for a reasonable price!!! No stupid extra hidden fees or add on's. Along with having massage chairs, They do it all. I suffer from ingrown toenails and holy moly ever since I have been coming here "NO PAIN" for about 2 years now. For pedi it totally worth it. I've been coming to Luxe Nail Studio for over 3 years now, and I'm always impressed with the service and staff. I have been to so many nail salons but this is the only place I trust implicitly to do a phenomenal job on my nails. The staff are always kind , professional, and friendly, and able to fit me in at last minute notice since my schedule is so variable. Prices are still what I would say "moderate" and I stand by my original review that they are worth every penny. I am always satisfied with how my nails turn out here, but in addition to this I'm extremely thankful for the level of sanitation and cleanliness of the studio. I feel that they take extra precautions to prevent any contamination of instruments or equipment regarding nail care. My friend has been coming here for awhile and absolutely swears by this place. It's sort of a family affair - her mother comes here and well now I have started. On a personal level - I have been diagnosed with cancer again and sadly I'm not able to have my long nails anymore. My friend had told me Tweety has some customers that she does their nails that are going through chemo and knows to not cut or do certain things that could than get us an infection because our blood cells are low after chemo and it's easy for us to get sick. She took my nails off and than did a nice shellac white tip nails on me. It was so weird having such natural short nails But she was extremely careful with me even though they are non stop busy here. Despite me coming in 30 min before closing and having my bf set up my appointment for a manicure, I wanted a full set and they did do the service, which I was happy and grateful that they did. Some of the reviews are comical and stupid and should be ignored if you're thinking about going to Luxe. Let them prove to you why they are so amazing! Two very different experiences. My first time here I went here with my bridal party for all of us to get mani/pedis. I requested Helen because two of my friends go here regularly and said she's awesome, and she really was amazing. She was very nice and skilled. She listened to exactly what you wanted and stopped through the process to make sure you thought everything was looking good. She was a perfectionist! My French tip nails were exactly the simple classic look I wanted for my wedding. (Last picture) I enjoyed my experience there so much that I decided to go again 3 weeks later. But this time I didn't request anyone specific but I did still call a few hours in advance to at least make an appointment. The woman I got was nice but never really stopped to let me look at my nails until over half way through. I noticed many specks of something in the polish and I mentioned it to her. She said they wouldn't be noticeable by the end so I didn't say anything else. Then at the end they were still very noticeable and there were also visible brush strokes on multiple nails and streaks from a completely different color that was much lighter on two of my nails. They looked terrible. She could tell I wasn't happy and she just said it was the color. That sometimes other colors or glitter gets in the bottle. That may have been the case but she could have told me and asked me to pick a different color, I didn't really care about the color I just wanted pretty nails. Anyway, I was very unhappy. (First few pics of orange/coral color) I showed my friend who goes here regularly my manicure and she agreed it was bad and told me to go back to get it fixed. I called back and they did agree to re do them this afternoon. I gave 3 stars because Helen was amazing and while I didn't like my second experience at all, they did agree to fix it. read more

For the sake of keeping it short, sweet, and to the point... I love this place! My friend, who is a regular, showed me this place and it has not let me down. Service is amazing, everyone is very welcoming and respectful towards all clients. Every time I have come here, my shellac lasts weeks and weeks and still looks fresh when I come back for another one. I called and scheduled my appointment for a solar full set. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and situated. The salon is very nice inside, and CLEAN. When I selected my style and color my nail technician laughed at me and said "all you girls are the same, always getting the same thing" okay whatever I laughed it off, sure of my choice. I mentioned I wanting coffin shaped nails that were on the shorter side. She once again laughed in my face, and said "Why? It's not like you young girls do anything" Not like it matters.. but I do in fact live a very active lifestyle, gym, hikes, a year old pit, and working full time, etc.! It just made me uncomfortable that she just wanted to undermine me in her slight remarks without knowing me.. a PAYING customer. That being said my nails were cute, great shape, and length! She did leave some nails feeling pretty sore unfortunately, and left globs of of the acrylic behind 2 nails. Would truly rate my experience 3.5. read more

I had went to a different place to get my nails done and one had broken. It had been about three weeks and this place is the closet to me so I decided to give them a try. I regret this so much. All my other nails came out great. The shape and size. The one she had redone was horrible. She kept telling me it looks the same and I had told her it didn't. Did not fix it either. The colors are amazing. They did not last at all. The first day it started chipping and it's gotten worse over time. I don't even want to get my nails done because of this. Price was ridiculous for a fill, one nail and color. You can see in the photo which one she had done completely. On my other hand the pointer finger has bubbles. She also cut my finger pretty deep and it's finally healed. Where I work, people see my hands constantly and it's embarrassing. DONT let the manager do your nails...she has to get up every 5 minutes to help someone else, answer the phone, etc. It took about an HOUR for a fill when the manager did it. The most recent time I went I was SO rushed. The lady did my fill in 20 minutes...all while cutting my fingers with the drill because she was rushing. I love coming here to get my nails done! I recently moved to the area and needed a convenient location to get a fill twice a month. Luxe Nailstudio popped up as the closest, and they don't disappoint! All the workers are very friendly and most of them speak English well. I used to fell judged and unwelcomed at other nail salons, but I never feel that way here. Update, I went back in after getting a phone call from them saying that they would refund my nails. Because it's not what I wanted or expected. I then get A call in the middle of the day on Tuesday. Saying they saw my previous yelp review about me and my nails with the Photos.. And decided that no longer will be refunding me. then when I called back they were *closed* and would not answer any calls. I came in today on Saturday to talk to them about it because I'm confused why a yelp review is making them change their mind and that is not professional at all! and the headlady pulled me outside to talk. And procededed to argue with me for 10 minutes about why I should not be getting a refund. And then when I told her that the reason I didn't want them to redo the nails is because I didn't want them to mess up what I originally asked for, again. She told me I was judging the nail studio and that does not mean every single person is bad at doing nails. And overall refuse to give me the refund... this studio is not professional, they are not nice, and do not take into consideration the customers. read more

Worst shellac pedicure EVER. If you plan on getting the shiny mermaid colors don't even bother. They put a black coat under so that the sparkle comes on better which is fine with me, but I could still see the black underneath. The toe nail was not completely covered with the polish so it looks like I have a black outline around my nail. Nail cutting is rigid and blunt. I have polish on my cuticles. I have gaps where polish is supposed to be. The guy there did my pedicure and I'm extremely unsatisfied with the result. It looked rushed, blunt, and patchy. I would suggest requesting someone else if this place is your last option. read more

I called on a Friday and was able to come in immediately. I was greeted when I walked in and they remembered me from the phone call which was comforting, everyone was really nice. I was directed to a seat then offered a drink and received a ice water in a wine glass, I felt fancy. I got a simple white shellac pedicure in addition to getting the previous pedicure removed as well. By the way there was a great selection of shellac colors. Anyways Josie worked on my pedicure and she was really nice and gentle. It shocked me I had a hangnail and I didn't feel any pressure from the nail while she did that.
