They do not take appointments and hence when you first come in , you are required to sign in your name and details at the Register and you are attended to in a First-in basis . There was a small wait of around 15 minutes and due to Covid , they ask you to wait outside . I needed to get my eyebrows done and I explained to her how I like them and my preferences. She was quick and friendly and was done in about 5- 7 minutes. I was not the biggest fan of how they turned out . I had specifically mentioned that I do not prefer a very thin brow but once she was done ,that is how they looked to me thin and overdone in my opinion .Nevertheless , the place looks well managed and she was courteous and friendly. First few times I saw Nilo and she is just amazing which is why I keep coming back hoping she will be there. However last couple experiences were very bad and last evening was the worst one. I went there and this elderly lady literally butchered my skin, she uses all the force to the thread and literally it was so painful I had to stop her 2 times and request to be gentle. I have cuts on my both eyebrows and upper lips. She obviously isn't trained well. Second most offensive thing I found, the moment I sat on the chair she goes are you Indian, I said no I am Not Indian, she goes you have Indian accent. I mean whaaattt??? No one ever told me that. I was so blown away by how drastically Nilo improved the symmetry and shape of my brows that I've been coming to her ever since. In fact, I looked very surprise on one side of my eyes. I went in on a Monday hoping that my regular would be there (the young woman who wears a hijab -love her!), she was gone so I was seen by another stylist (the young Jlo/Latina looking one) and she was rushed, distracted, and obviously overwhelmed and not present.
