I left a voice mail on Tuesday, January 2nd at Anastasia Brow Studio at Nordstrom's to reschedule for Wednesday, January 3rd or cancel. I received a call a few hours later from Gretchen and she mentioned that the 3rd was available at 11:00AM which is what I had for the 4th. I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows. But what makes this different than anyone else that I have been to in the past is that they pay attention to details, do a good job and it is affordable. It as a random run in when I was shopping in Washington Square last and I decided to wait in line to get my eyebrows and lips threaded. The one downside to this studio is that there is no particular order of who goes first. On the surface is first come first serve but they also have a sign in sheet which makes it confusing. However, when it finally my turn, the gal who threaded my eye brows and my lip did a really good job. She even did the bottom of my lip, which I had never gotten done before, and my face now looks so cleaned up. Despite the confusion in waiting, I know I will be going back there again!
