I asked if there was an earlier spot and she said yes at 10:00AM with her. I told I would take it. I wasn't too picky who did my brows as long as it got done. When I arrived yesterday, my appointment was on time and Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen asked if there was anything in particular that I needed done other than the brow clean up and my response was no. I only pointed out that it's a medium shape for stencil purposes and she agreed. She was friendly, outgoing and a perfectionist like me. I walked out with lovely brows. But what makes this different than anyone else that I have been to in the past is that they pay attention to details, do a good job and it is affordable. It as a random run in when I was shopping in Washington Square last and I decided to wait in line to get my eyebrows and lips threaded. The one downside to this studio is that there is no particular order of who goes first. On the surface is first come first serve but they also have a sign in sheet which makes it confusing. However, when it finally my turn, the gal who threaded my eye brows and my lip did a really good job. She even did the bottom of my lip, which I had never gotten done before, and my face now looks so cleaned up. Despite the confusion in waiting, I know I will be going back there again!

When making my appointment I was told who would be helping me and what chair I would sit in. After walking around the mall I came back a little early and was told by the same employee who helped me that Lehua would be right with me as she was with another client. I waited for five minutes and was helped. Lehua made me feel very comfortable as I was used to threading and explained what she would be doing. Also, she was really personable and is great at conversational skills while doing her job. She repeatedly showed me the steps she was taking and wanted to make sure she got all the little stray hairs, all while showing me the mirror to check the process over three times. After my brows and upper lip were done, Lehua filled in my brows with a brow gel that was not overdone and added some coverage too. By 6:40 when my appointment was done, and I saw the final reveal I was blown away! The brow area was so clean, and looked natural like I wanted and prefer. Upon checkout Lehua told me about an event that would be happening next month and if I wanted to set my next appointment. I definitely should of and will come back as even now, an hour after the appointment I can't stop staring at my brows and how cleaned up they are.
