I also learned that some clients may see only subtle results. I checked my account and notice a charge for $29.99 for December and January for a membership that I never agreed to. I had my eyebrows threaded back in November 2025 they asked for me to put my information on their iPad as usual when you pay which I think it's weird they ask for email phone number and your name I paid I gave them a tip and somehow they signed me up for a membership that I didn't even know they had I don't even know what the membership covers. I went to get a refund and talk to them about it 1/11/26 they said they couldn't help me the worker there was having a hard time understanding there was a language barrier she told me to call the manager and gave me his number I called the manager the next day he told me he couldn't help me he told me to email corporate and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. It's frustrating to know that they aren't willing to help when it's obviously their fault. Please be careful. check your accounts.

After walking around the mall I came back a little early and was told by the same employee who helped me that Lehua would be right with me as she was with another client. I waited for five minutes and was helped. Lehua made me feel very comfortable as I was used to threading and explained what she would be doing. Also, she was really personable and is great at conversational skills while doing her job. She repeatedly showed me the steps she was taking and wanted to make sure she got all the little stray hairs, all while showing me the mirror to check the process over three times. After my brows and upper lip were done, Lehua filled in my brows with a brow gel that was not overdone and added some coverage too. By 6:40 when my appointment was done, and I saw the final reveal I was blown away! The brow area was so clean, and looked natural like I wanted and prefer. Upon checkout Lehua told me about an event that would be happening next month and if I wanted to set my next appointment. I definitely should of and will come back as even now, an hour after the appointment I can't stop staring at my brows and how cleaned up they are.

I have only met and worked with Deborah and she is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable during the appointment. The office is small but comfortable and very clean. One of my appointments was a bit late due to a machine issue, however, the other was pretty much right on time (big plus). I was one one of the people who purchased the living social deal, and while I admit, the first appointment was a bit hard to make, we've made the subsequent appointments while at the office and have had absolutely no problems with them. I have not had any canceled or rescheduled, and their automated email service sends you a reminder. They also have an online portal where you can make your own appointments (used this to make my first one, actually) and it works great. The only reason I gave this place four starts instead of five is due to the difficulty of getting someone on the phone (if you have questions), and that there is a slight burnt hair/skin smell when you enter the treatment room (may be a ventilation issue?). I do have to mention that this is a small place that has one employee working at a time, so yes, you will most likely have to leave a message, be patient, and wait for a call back. I've done this in the past and received a call back either the same day or next day. All in all, happy camper and would recommend to others.
