There really are no eyebrow threading places like the ones in CA... I used to get perfect eyebrows and great customer service for $9. Been searching for a new permanent eyebrow place in Oregon... still looking at this time. Anyway, I went to this place once a while back, months ago, and thought her work was acceptable. I had a quite a few hairs left behind that I had to pluck out when I got home, but overall my brows turned out ok. I didn't want to be nit-picky so I let it go. When I saw she had a Livingsocial Deal, I thought to give her another shot. BIG MISTAKE. I had the same experience as my fellow Yelper, MacGreen. I called her to make an appointment and mentioned the voucher. She immediately said she would not take it and it was only for first time customers. No where on the voucher did it state this restriction. She told me to contact LivingSocial for a refund and hung up. No apology or ANY sign of remorse in her voice. So rude. And of course, I contacted LivingSocial and they would not give me a refund but rather points for a future purchase. Wasted my time and money. Not only do you do only "acceptable" work, but you are rude and unapologetic for the inconvenience you cause. Yeah, no thanks. read more

Fantastic! This is the best salon ever! I found this salon on Yelp and dropped in to have my eyebrows, chin and lip threaded. I'm blonde with really light eyebrows so I asked to have them died too. I've been doing the threading for a while now, but this is the first time having them dyed. I am so glad I did! I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I had no idea my eyebrows could look so good! I'm hooked now and Lelah will be doing my eyebrows as long as she's in business. The threading, although never a pleasant experience, was perfect not a single hair missed and my brows are perfectly shaped and not too thin. The color of my brows are just right too. I was worried about having them dyed because I've seen blondes get them dyed a light brown and then they lighten up and turn reddish auburn which would look awful with my cool undertones. They are more of a taupe and they blend perfectly with my ashy blonde hair. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean. I convinced my girlfriend to try the threading and she will be returning with me. I'm so happy to have found this place. read more

Laleh knows what she is doing! I have had my brows threaded at another salon and they never told me to raise my brows so the full natural shape of my brows could be seen and styled. This was the first time someone explained why that was the correct thing to do. Simple finish with a cooling solution for redness which is appreciated. Fast service as I am always a walk in and other services that many come in for are brow tinting and hair. Great spot to wait with a variety of magazine selections too. I usually got my eyebrows threaded for 8$ + 2$ tip back where I lived in Tacoma but this costed me 18$ + 2$ tip. Little upset about the pricing... but she did do a good job on my brows. First time I went to get my eyebrows threaded was at Laleh's old location years ago (pre Corona) and absolutely loved the service. Also you cannot beat the price for such a quick and thorough treatment. Was so relieved to find out that she only moved locations and that she didn't have to close up shop. For starters, my eyebrows are pretty thin and I wanted them reshaped, so I grew them out for about 3 weeks and I was in desperate need of a good threading.I loved how Laleh (owner) was instantly welcoming, and she knew the best shape for my eyebrows. She also gave me pointers to grow the ends of my eyebrows out,and told me she would make a beautiful arch once they continue to grow. I felt that she cared! I've been getting my brows threaded for years, so I'm use the discomfort it can cause sometimes. This was painful, it looked like I watched a Nicholas Sparks movie when I was finished. We schedule a appointment and we showed up and place was closed. We waited for 30 minutes no one showed up. Door sign said open though.

I came at 10 AM and was asked to come back in 20 minutes. This didn't bother me. When I came back, the lady got me in next to thread my brows. She appeared to be rushing but didn't charge me for the service. She refused my offer for a tip. I got home and realized she threaded off a big gap in my brow that I now have to pencil in. I would've rather paid for great service than get free horrible eyebrows. Never returning and recommend Brow Bliss in Tigard instead. Also, the lady complained about the customer before me after she left, saying, "She was so picky." read more

It is nice that there is only one threader(the owner) who does your eyebrows so it is consistent. However, I am a long-time customer but got disappointed when I purchased Groupon for this. Presented the groupon and the owner did not honor it as it is only applicable to new clients (not stated in Groupon website). After reading great reviews I came in trusting my eyebrows would be as fabulous as they usually are after a threading. I took the time to explain my concerns and why I rarely switch brow bars. She nodded and said she could take care of it. The outcome was horrible! I had two different size eyebrows, one thick, one thin, one up, one down. It looked like I was making a face. I was mortified.
