I came into Vive to get a manicure for the first time ever. We came as drop-ins but didn't wait more than ten minutes despite it being pretty busy. My friend is a regular here and highly recommends this place for their generous mimosas, great color selection, and quality nail work. I didn't know what to expect so I just followed my friend's lead and the ladies who did our nails were very nice. They were also very efficient! To be fair, they've got an edge up with their UV drying lamps, but they definitely know what they're doing! I just got polish - I went for cat eye nails which look awesome and are still going strong after two weeks. While I'm not sure I'd make manicures a regular thing, it was a fun visit and I'd definitely go back here again if I were to get my nails done. read more

I've been going here for years now. I don't go as often as I would like but when I can I always try. I've seen a handful of people but the one person that stood out to me was Tiffany. She is super sweet and always has me going out with the best looking nails! The wait time isn't bad at all but I also make appointments to secure a spot. Terrible. Do NOT come here. I got a fill here and within a week they were falling off. I came in to get it fixed, and they told me they'd fix it, no charge. I walked out and the very unfriendly, RUDE lady at the front chased me out and demanded I pay for another fill. I will NOT be coming back here. The front staff is incredibly rude, not helpful or welcoming. Stay away! read more

First time coming to Vive nails. Very clean and inviting, they offer you complimentary drinks and staff is friendly. I got a deluxe pedicure which was very nice! The only complaint about the pedicure would be that the towels were a little too hot when the gentleman put them on my already raw (from exfoliating) legs. I also did a full set of dip nails which is acrylic powder dipped onto your natural nail. I am a licensed cosmetologist myself and am extremely picky when it comes to my beauty services. I gave a 3 star review strictly on the quality of nails. They are pretty but I can see lots of flaws. They are too thick especially on the sides of a few nails and I actually ended up needing to file and reshape myself. Dip nails should still appear very natural which mine do not. They are strong but too thick and clunky in my personal and profession opinion. I would go back for a regular mani/pedi but for the price I paid for the extra services, I don't think it was worth it. My manicure experience was unsanitary and the nail polish application was done very poorly. She put two coats on my nails and the last coat was uneven, the color was splotchy and it looks very unprofessional. The worst part about this nail salon isn't that the color application was subpar, it's how unsanitary the technicians tools were. She did not open a new pack of tools, and I did not see her sanitize the tools prior to working on my hands. The worst part was seeing left over cuticles on the clippers she was about to use on me! This place needs to be inspected, because I am positive that the heir establishment does not meet standards. read more

New favorite nail spa! Sadly my typical go-to place is no longer open on Sundays and therefore through recomendation I landed upon Vive nails. The place is small but clean and the staff is great. All of them have name tags (THANK YOU!) and are certainly attentive. My pedicure and fill didn't take forever (like some places I've been to) and there was zero wait. Plenty of polish colors for you to choose from and overall they did a great job. Thirsty? They offer complementary soda, coffee, teas, and even wines. This is my go to place, but expect to have a wait even with an appointment. Been coming here since I moved from California 3 years ago. They offer a variety of drinks from margaritas to trulys. Bob is my go to man but he's pretty busy mostly. So book up clean environment, upscale salon, just again expect to be here a good amount of your day more than normal. read more

ViVe Nail Spa is exactly what I want in my local pedi place: clean tools, efficient service, polite staff, varied and fresh polish selection, and massage chairs that I can actually program to do what I want: rolling kneading. But most importantly: they are able to schedule me in last minute on a Saturday. Prices are fair. Wine, mimosas, margaritas, tea, coffee, juice, and soda are complimentary. It is sad that we have to leave a negative rating but it's not even 3 days one of my nail fell of and my cuticles are so bad I even asked her is she was going to clean them and she said she already had!!! That was like a flash I don't even remember if she did!!! I don't mind paying $30 dollars but it seems like they only care of the money!! sad I am not coming back!! read more

I went was to Vive Nails and Spa and yikes. My nails look good but I waited 30 mins after my scheduled appt time and the nail tech was not friendly, plus it was very busy and just not a good experience. The receptionist and someone else who worked there were arguing about how much to charge a customer for at least 10 mins during my wait and it was very awkward. read more

First time I came here I was really pleased with both my service & the salon itself. It's very clean & organized. I got a design on my toes that looked amazing. The second time we came, was for my best friends wedding. There were 7 of us & I had booked it about a month or so ahead. Again, the place is set up well to accommodate a lot of people at the same time, they offer complimentary beverages (including mimosas & margaritas) & they have lots of colors, will do designs you show them etc. Out of all 7 people, we got 7 pedicures & 3 shellac manicures & 1 full set manicure. Everyone's nails look amazing... besides the brides. We got gems on our nails & the lady put them on crooked on her ring hand. When we asked her to fix it she got really upset & was saying it was because Rachel moved her hand. But in my opinion it was because she had the UV dryer propped up at an angle; so when you put your hand in, it wasn't flat, but at an angle making the gems slip. I pointed this out, saying when my nail lady did my nails it was flat so mine stayed in place, Rachel's nail lady Vivian just got more upset & refused to fix it again. The only reason I'm giving such low stars is due to Vivian's service messing up the BRIDE'S nails. read more

I never write reviews but i just had to today. I had the pleasure to have Mimi do my nails. She did a wonderful job! Very attentive to every detail and so sweet. She was constantly asking me if i was okay and if i was happy with the result. I don't think I've ever been more happy with my nails. The shape, color and comfort are all top notch! If you want someone that really cares about your satisfaction i recommend Mimi. read more

I was encouraged to get "dip" nails and was so disappointed by how thick they were. When I went to have them removed, I was told they were thick because my nail bed was curved so I should go with shellac. I have had many shellac polishes but find they ruin my natural nails which are strong and healthy. The manicurist seemed miffed that I wanted to get a regular manicure and not a shellac or a dip. She charged me $40 and I have to say it is one of the worst manicures I have ever had. Polish is coming off the second day and there is still residue from the "dip". This place used to be good, but I won't go back. read more

I went in today to get a full set, eyebrow wax and a pedicure. Eyebrows turned out great, but my manicure / full set was horrible. They're shaped weird / sticking up and all uneven. They didn't trim cuticles or dry skin(I know they're bad ). She did a sloppy job with the acrylic so I had a bunch of it underneath the nail, and when I asked if she could clean it up after I paid she said "just pick it off". They also didn't help me put my shoe back on so my toe got smudged too. I'm a full time student, employee and mom of two babies- today is my birthday and I wanted to relax and treat myself and they I'm literally crying and embarrassed over how my nails look. I paid 90$ for cute nails and I didn't get that. The only time in my life that I've never tipped, because now I have to go to a different salon to pay to have these fixed. read more

Love this nail salon. Everyone is so nice and they make sure you're comfortable. Both nail techs I've had were so professional. The salon might not look like much when you see that the salon is in a corner between 2 other business's. Once you walk in the door you see a beautiful salon and are greeted right away. Prices are comparable with other salons, however the service is better than other salons I'm so happy I walked in and made an appointment I'm retired and have had my nails done for several years. Amazing experiences here everytime! They were short staffed when I requested a walk in pedi (time to kill before an appt down the street) Jenny came in on her day off to fulfill said request. They always take the best care of their customers. I was impressed when she asked if I wanted a flower-I did not expect such a detailed designed. I am in love! There's a reason I drive out of my way to get my nails done here or drop in at any chance I get. You will not be disappointed. Professional staff & very clean environment.
