There were like 6 waxers just sitting in the lobby doing nothing when they informed me they couldn't honor my appointment. Do not go here, this place is toxic and the women running it are stuck up and don't know how to do their jobs. If something gets messed up they don't take responsibility, just blame it on corporate.

She is now 35 minutes away (on a good day), and I am still going to her for my facials. I tried to book with someone closer, but the thought of trusting my face and its issues to anyone else spooked me. I ended up canceling with that person and sticking with Christine. She is extremely knowledgable about all her products and comes up with a custom facial for me depending on what I need that day. Christine has a very gentle touch. In fact, I hate this but 9 times out of 10, I just fall asleep in the middle of my treatment. She is great fun to talk to! Also, Christine never pushes product on me ever. And as an added bonus, I was having a really really bad day and came in crying, and she gave me two big hugs and extra care because as she put it, I needed it! Christine is a very kind person. She cares about her clients. That's why I drive way out of my way to see her and take advantage of her talents.

Once she was done & I looked in the mirror I just literally didn't know what to say. She goes "oh for your face you should have thinner brows; thick ones don't look good on you." I've never had someone tell me how my eyebrows should look & be totally wrong -- especially after I specifically said how I wanted them. I got shellac on my toes and they did not even last 24 hours before they are chipping. I have two toes that are very sore and are getting red. I don't believe they keep up with their sanitary processing of instruments. I will not be returning and am very disappointed in the services I received.
