I recently just relocated from Atlanta , Georgia to the Hillsboro area. Looked up some salons and came across Super Nails. Not a large establishment like i'm used to but very cozy and welcoming. I went in asking for a basic pedicure with a fill in on my big toes. I wish i'd gotten the woman's name but she was very sweet, had great communication, and fast! Nonetheless , i'm VERY PARTICULAR about how my pedicures are done and all i'll say is i'm throughly impressed. I will be returning.
I have been coming here for quite awhile now and I am impressed with the friendly atmosphere, the customer service, and most of all the artistry talent they display when doing nails. Yesterday they were able to service 5 of us at the same time and everyone left extremely happy with their high design nails. I highly recommend them!
My heart!! It was my birthday this past Saturday (June 29th) and my gift from my husband was all paid set of nails WITH design I absolutely love my nails! I went to this salon for the first time because of a high recommendation from my husband's coworker (bless her ) She specifically pointed Monkey and Mina as the ones she recommended to go with now I don't get my nails done a lot but I can recognize bad service/nails and this was NOT one of those times staff was friendly and attentive, wouldn't mind coming back in for a mani pedi and or just getting some new nails
If I could give it a zero I would. I honestly wanted to walk out the first 5 minutes the owner who greeted me if you can call it that eventually got me into a chair didn't say a word just stood there looking at the TV finally a tech came over the owner shuffled around with a sour push look on her face the entire time I was there couldn't believe it but that's not the problem. This is the second time I've been there with the new owners both times it was a crappy experience and crappy nail job. The first time I went the owner did my nails shockingly she did a very subpar job the nail length was uneven the paint on the nail didn't cover all of the nails it was ridiculous. So fast forward 8 to 10 months and out of convenience I thought I'd try them again. Another horrible experience. This now Tech has been there for years she was there with the old owners. I took a picture in of what I wanted. I kind of mentioned something a couple times as I was worried because they weren't looking good but I was very nice so the last few minutes of it I could tell she was irritated and did not give a rip what she was producing. My two nails that were the design look nothing like the picture I took in in fact she did the style the rhinestones at the bottom which is a look that I hate I mentioned it to her when she was doing it and she mumbled something and kept on going. I got up I did tip her but I will never ever go back so my rating is based on customer service or lack of with their rude Behavior and the quality of services they're providing never going back my feeling is they don't care is like an assembly line in and out get as much money as you can and as quick as time possible
Love this place! High quality work! The people that work here are really nice too! There something about getting my nails done that somehow helps my mental health went for a bright cheery unicorn nail color and I'm totally obsessed. Very well done and very relaxing!
This was unfortunately not a good first time experience. Based on the high Google review score, I decided to give the nail salon a try. The eyebrow waxing was meh, and the deluxe (mid level) pedicure was okay. The manicure was where I was really disappointed. I don't like to have polish on hand, so I always get my nails buffed. Most salons use the rectangular block with the white, gray and green sides. Not sure if the technician forgot to use one of the sides, or if they were used incorrectly, but my nails were dull and scruffy; instead of the shine to which I am accustomed. There was no friendly greeting or thank you either. $45 deluxe pedi, $25 mani, $13 for eyebrow eye. Poor value for the experience and results.
Great,friendly service! This was my first time getting acrylics and everyone was super friendly & helpful! I love how my nails turned out! They lasted 3 weeks before I needed a fill and my nails never broke off , I went back and great service again! Love this place!
This is the closest nail salon to my house (which I still never go to) and the shellac manicure I got the day before thanksgiving proves why. I was a walk-in, so I at least appreciate that they were willing to take me. But I would have waited no problem if it meant I would have gotten a tech who actually knew what she was doing. My tech rushed the entire process. Didn't put primer on. Started painting my nails with the color that I had chosen which should have been a dark burgundy with a gold sparkle and came out a light clear pink tint. The bottom she was using was separated and bad. So I asked if she had a new bottle. Guy came over and said to just do a dark solid on as the bottom coat and to still use the same bad bottle of polish on top. She didn't cure each layer long enough and they came out with blotches of full pigment. She also cure color all over the index finger and thumb. She said I was done, and I clearly still had color all over my skin. I asked her to at least remove it. She started scratching at my skin to try to pick it off. (Which clearly didn't work) so she ended up using clippers to cut it away. I was so fed up I just wanted to get out of there. (I still can't believe I tipped her...I grew up working in restaurants so it's my nature...but I never should have for the job she did). I left with color cured into my cuticles. Dull spots. Uneven pigment. They were just a mess. But the kicker is that they started chipping the next day!!! (This was shellac... the whole point is that it doesn't chip!) by day three it was lifting and breaking off in chunks! I called the salon that Friday, waiting on hold after asking to speak to a manager and no one picked up. Called back Saturday, no one called back. Sunday they were closed. Today my nails are pretty much bare. Save your time, money, and sanity and drive somewhere else. This place is horrible!
Loving this as my new go-to nail place! I've been here 3 times so far and my nails look great! I've brought in a photo and Tommy has made it a reality. Fantastic value for the quality and service received. I actually feel welcomed here and the staff remembers who I am, unlike some of the other salons in the area. Highly recommend and looking forward to trying out a pedi soon!
I called around 1430 and the gentleman answered and I asked him if I could make an appt and he said just come in. I get there and was greeted. I was asked if I had an appt and I replied no. They took me right in. I choose a color and was greeted by Anna which was my technician. Anna was very professional and friendly. She made me feel welcome as well as doing a great job on my feet. I found myself with a free morning and decided I needed a pedicure. I called to see if they had any walk-ins available and they said come on over! I got seated right away and while I was soaking they brought over the nail colors for me to pick my shade. I decided to go big and did the deluxe spa pedicure (paraffin wax, hot stone, callus scrub, etc.) and thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair back rub while the nail tech pampered my feet! read more

If I could give it a zero I would. No matter which nail technician iv had, they always have come out AMAZING! The owner is a super sweet guy who goes above and beyond for all his clients. They really love to make you look your best here and are always willing to try new ideas. They work hard and it truly shows in all of their work! I really enjoyed there service and the lady who did my pedicure was so nice and talkative. my oldest son got an essential oil pedi no nail polish but he loved it so much he said it helped him feel at ease. I want to see if they will do airbrush next time instead of stickers though we shall see read more

I absolutely love Tommy & Queenie. I've been attending here for about 2 years. My daughters also attend this salon. I appreciate hard working businesses during these trying times. Tommy and his staff have absolutely always made me feel respected and a happy customer every time. During the Coronavirus, many places are over charging customers because they see the desperation in people. This salon has character and they communicate with you. Genuinely. Not just to be doing it or putting on a facade. They enjoy laughing and making sure their customers are priority. I would definitely recommend this Salon in its highest. Well appreciated. read more

My nails are on fleek. Got a fab fill yesterday courtesy of the owner, Tommy. He is friendly, fast and chatty. I requested "thin and short" for my solar nails and tommy did a great job fulfilling just that. The location is convenient, located on TV highway- a major vein in the Hillsboro and Beaverton area. The location isn't the most glamorous, or white glove clean, but the prices are good and the service is great. read more

Stop going here if you are of color, they really don't value you as a human. Pink nails set is what I asked for. Drove 40 min to get my nails done at this shop. Went in for a fill and asked if they would not use clear to fill my nails because they used pink powder last time. I called and confirmed that I can come in for them to fix the color which looks like an white ombré and the nail that broke off after 2 days it lifted. Read next post The manner came and told me you asked for this so this is what you got. I asked him why he told me to come in for the fix if he didn't want to fix it. My clear coat is bubbled over and looks like a child did. This is what they said. " you're welcome to get your money back and go get your nails fixed At any salon other than ours. We will not help you here" so I asked you can't even just fix the nail that broke and he said because we will refuse to serve you if you don't know what color you chose" I'm confused.... I took my money and let them laugh at me because you think it's funny to treat me with disrespect. I am a person, I won't call you racist, because you actions are more racist than you can even comprehend. Have a great racist business. read more

It has been one week since I got fake nails here. I have actually never had a set stay on more than about 5 days or less. There hasn't been any lifting even though my cat has been rude and occasionally chews on them and I am pretty rough with my hands so this is really fantastic. I'm not much of a nail girl but I'm really considering getting them filled and any time I get nails it will definitely be from here! The ladies were super kind and friendly and no judgment was passed about my nails (I'm a biter) like at other salons. The owner tommy did my nails and even with him being rushed it was the most time someone has ever spent doing my nails. My total was $120 with a deluxe pedicure and this full set. The sets start at $35 though but very good prices compared to other spots read more
