If I could give it a zero I would. I honestly wanted to walk out the first 5 minutes the owner who greeted me if you can call it that eventually got me into a chair didn't say a word just stood there looking at the TV finally a tech came over the owner shuffled around with a sour push look on her face the entire time I was there couldn't believe it but that's not the problem. This is the second time I've been there with the new owners both times it was a crappy experience and crappy nail job. The first time I went the owner did my nails shockingly she did a very subpar job the nail length was uneven the paint on the nail didn't cover all of the nails it was ridiculous. So fast forward 8 to 10 months and out of convenience I thought I'd try them again. Another horrible experience. This now Tech has been there for years she was there with the old owners. I took a picture in of what I wanted. I kind of mentioned something a couple times as I was worried because they weren't looking good but I was very nice so the last few minutes of it I could tell she was irritated and did not give a rip what she was producing. My two nails that were the design look nothing like the picture I took in in fact she did the style the rhinestones at the bottom which is a look that I hate I mentioned it to her when she was doing it and she mumbled something and kept on going. I got up I did tip her but I will never ever go back so my rating is based on customer service or lack of with their rude Behavior and the quality of services they're providing never going back my feeling is they don't care is like an assembly line in and out get as much money as you can and as quick as time possible read more

This was unfortunately not a good first time experience. Based on the high Google review score, I decided to give the nail salon a try. The eyebrow waxing was meh, and the deluxe (mid level) pedicure was okay. The manicure was where I was really disappointed. I don't like to have polish on hand, so I always get my nails buffed. Most salons use the rectangular block with the white, gray and green sides. Not sure if the technician forgot to use one of the sides, or if they were used incorrectly, but my nails were dull and scruffy; instead of the shine to which I am accustomed. There was no friendly greeting or thank you either. $45 deluxe pedi, $25 mani, $13 for eyebrow eye. Poor value for the experience and results. read more

This is the closest nail salon to my house (which I still never go to) and the shellac manicure I got the day before thanksgiving proves why. I was a walk-in, so I at least appreciate that they were willing to take me. But I would have waited no problem if it meant I would have gotten a tech who actually knew what she was doing. My tech rushed the entire process. Didn't put primer on. Started painting my nails with the color that I had chosen which should have been a dark burgundy with a gold sparkle and came out a light clear pink tint. The bottom she was using was separated and bad. So I asked if she had a new bottle. Guy came over and said to just do a dark solid on as the bottom coat and to still use the same bad bottle of polish on top. She didn't cure each layer long enough and they came out with blotches of full pigment. She also cure color all over the index finger and thumb. She said I was done, and I clearly still had color all over my skin. I asked her to at least remove it. She started scratching at my skin to try to pick it off. (Which clearly didn't work) so she ended up using clippers to cut it away. I was so fed up I just wanted to get out of there. (I still can't believe I tipped her...I grew up working in restaurants so it's my nature...but I never should have for the job she did). I left with color cured into my cuticles. Dull spots. Uneven pigment. They were just a mess. But the kicker is that they started chipping the next day!!! (This was shellac... the whole point is that it doesn't chip!) by day three it was lifting and breaking off in chunks! I called the salon that Friday, waiting on hold after asking to speak to a manager and no one picked up. Called back Saturday, no one called back. Sunday they were closed. Today my nails are pretty much bare. Save your time, money, and sanity and drive somewhere else. This place is horrible! read more

Stop going here if you are of color, they really don't value you as a human. Pink nails set is what I asked for. Drove 40 min to get my nails done at this shop. Went in for a fill and asked if they would not use clear to fill my nails because they used pink powder last time. I called and confirmed that I can come in for them to fix the color which looks like an white ombré and the nail that broke off after 2 days it lifted. There hasn't been any lifting even though my cat has been rude and occasionally chews on them and I am pretty rough with my hands so this is really fantastic. The ladies were super kind and friendly and no judgment was passed about my nails (I'm a biter) like at other salons. Turned away as a walk-in a couple weeks ago so today I called ahead and let them tell me the time my usual nail technician would be available. After arriving, I waited over 15 minutes only to be told that I had not asked for my usual technician (which I had made a point to do) and it would be an extra 15 minutes for her so I left. Almost every time I have scheduled an appointment over the last couple years I have still had an additional wait of about 45 minutes (the typical time for a service) to see my usual nail technician. Had an appointment. Sat down at the same time as my sister. She got started first. I waited for my nail tech and then got started about 5 mins later. She sped through my pedicure like it was a race. Barely any massage. Got up in the middle to start helping another woman who just walked in without an appointment. I ended up being done like 10 minutes before my sister. How does that work? Noticed several (white) women were offered drinks. My sister and I who are both black were not offered anything. The whole thing felt rushed and watching the white women there receive better service felt very racist. Won't be coming back. read more
