Had an appointment. Sat down at the same time as my sister. She got started first. I waited for my nail tech and then got started about 5 mins later. She sped through my pedicure like it was a race. Barely any massage. Got up in the middle to start helping another woman who just walked in without an appointment. I ended up being done like 10 minutes before my sister. How does that work? Noticed several (white) women were offered drinks. My sister and I who are both black were not offered anything. The whole thing felt rushed and watching the white women there receive better service felt very racist. Won't be coming back. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for years off and on! But always had a great experience! Yesterday I had an appointment at 10:00am. I got a Full Set, Powder and Shellac polish. I also got a pedicure. I left so unhappy and in pain. First off with my full set, it came out ok. Most places they give you a Semi manicure before placing the new nails on and setting the polish. The lady didn't do any of that. She was in a rush and didn't evenly shape my thumb.. (their was no one waiting.) Next my pedicure that left me with a infection on my big toe.. I ended up going to urgent care.. While the pedicure was being done, she dug the tool to far down into my skin. It hurt and she knew she hurt me cause I jolted. But I let her finish and didn't think much more of it. Until after the pedicure was done and I was leaving, my toe was still in pain! The pain got so bad that I couldn't sleep. I went to urgent care aNd had to be prescribed antibiotic. I'm also 5 months pregnant! After I went to urgent care I went straight to the nail salon to let Tommy (owner) know what happENed. He made an excuse about my thumb. That they can't always evenly shape the nail... and that my infection could of been from a hang nail. I didn't have a hang nail. I was watching her do my pedicure the whole time! And I was more than aware about how my feet were before going in. I was refunded or even got an apology.. Now I know to never go back.. read more

I decided to try this nail salon since Yelp gives it such good reviews. I would go back! I went on a Tuesday night as a walk-in and was able to be taken right away. I got their 6-step pedi with gel polish and the French tip look. Total was $57, and while my nails turned out great, I don't think I would splurge for the same pedi in the future. I don't necessarily feel that the "extra" steps were worth the added cost. I am due to have a baby in a couple weeks and was really wanting to feel pampered. Unfortunately this just didn't do the trick. The massage was mediocre and my callus' were not well treated. You know when you have really rough feet that catch on your blankets? That was me after my pedi, but they were not like that beforehand :( Anna was my nail tech and she was super sweet and friendly. Very clean, and well lit and they have a working phone (looking at you Galaxy Nail and Spa) This place was the most affordable that I've been to (my first tiem going to a salon, wasn't sure what to expect) I called to ask if an appoitnment was needed and they said no, they weren't busy when I went (it was about 2pm. Tracy did an amazing job! I have not had a technician spend time on my nails like she did! she was so focused making sure she got everything straight and the same length. She took care of my cuticles, underneath, bumps, and the edges! She was so sweet the whole entire time making sure I was comfortable and if there's anything I did or didn't like. She is funny too! I love this place everytime I have came I am greeted so fast and with plenty of smiling faces! This is definitely my home for nails, I will be a regular here for sure! You can't beat these guys! seriously! I had tracy paint little clouds on my nail and what she came up with was adorable I really had a good time I've never been so comfortable getting my nails done! I made an appointment for 10 AM, but when I showed up they made me wait at least 15 minutes because it was busy. I was seated with a lady who tried to file down my previous manicure, but she was very rough and it ended up irritating my cuticles. I was then seated with a man who was very nice and professional. Despite it being busy, he made sure to do a quick and nice job on my nails. The biggest problem I had with this place was that they didn't have a price list anywhere. When I called they told me that it would cost $35 for what I wanted. Instead I was charged $48. A day or so after my manicure my cuticles started peeling off due to them not being cut before filling in my nails. Fast foward a little over a week and now my top coat is peeling at the edges. My nail design was done beautifully but I don't think I'll be returning. I did insert three pictures of the day I got them done. read more

I received an outstanding pedi/mani from Quinne . Not sure how to spell her name ! I've gone to many nail salons and I feel like this one is truly the best one because of their customer service. She even gave me a complimentary mimosa! She made sure i was relaxed and at ease! She made sure I was doing okay and gave an Amazing leg massage! I have come here in the past and had great results,,, unfortunately that was not what happened this Saturday. I had called the day before and booked an appointment for a manicure and a full set, when I got there all the ladies were preoccupied with other clients and we sat and waited. No biggie gave us time to choose our colors (was hoping for a wider variety of colors) we waited about 10-15 minutes for them to get to the point where we could be seated. They had asked us for a drink while we had our nails done which was nice and tasty.. but no refills darn it. There was another woman that had come in and obviously had an appointment as well and they finally got her going. I brought in a pic of what I wanted which was oval nails not too long, and my friend was getting a regular manicure with an accent nail. When all was done I felt like they had rushed both our jobs because they had over extended themselves. My nails weren't all rounded at the edges or even, I had asked for jewels hoping the might have some cool ideas... nope tiny gems they stuck on in a crooked line. My friends manicure was uneven and her nails weren't evenly shaped either. Both of us ended up going home to reshape and two days later you can already see where the nails are coming up. Really bummed I used to get my nails done by Tommy and they were always great. The ladies were nice but obviously rushed and didn't pay attention to detail or quality of work. Even tipped them despite poor results. We are getting our nails fixed at another place and wont be going back.. such a shame Looking at the pics from other reviews, they do not have that great wall of polishes anymore, I really wish they did read more

I have been coming to Supernails for over 6 years now. I couldn't ask for people of higher character or work ethic. They have always treated people of all ethnicities with dignity and respect. Went in with my daughter, she got a fill set of acrylics and we both got Solar nails done in metallic that looked pretty bad. But the very next day, they started peeling off and were all gummy feeling! So I went back the very next day and showed Queenie, one of the owners and she looked at my nails and proceeded to talk to the technician in a different language. Then told me to sit down. Nothing else! Well the technician doesn't know much English at all, so asking her what she was going to do was met with a confused look. She proceeds to spot remove the gummy polish and attempts to redo them in spots!!!!! This polish was gummy as well and boy did they look like a child did them! No joke! I spent over a hundred dollars there that day and have gone there before without any problems, but the way they handled the situation was just horrible and very unprofessional. I will not be going back and beware about going there yourself. read more

Very clean environment with super friendly, talkative people. I didn't have an appointment and they helped me right away. I think that they did a perfect job on this fill. It was $30 for a regular fill and $4 more for the "solar" nail which in the past has been worth it so I did it again. I will definitely be coming back. read more

When I first walked in I was greeted by Tommy who was working another customer then his wife Queen approached me and asked what I needed. I was there for both manicure and pedicure. As I sat in the chair to receive my pedicure I was given orange juice in a champagne flute, if I was 21 it would have been a mimosa. I don't remember who worked on my feet but they did a really good job. During my pedicure she gave me a wonderful massage and then she placed a bag of wax on my feet and legs, it left them really soft. I just started to wear shellac nail to help my brittle nails from peeling and chipping. I only had the shellac on for 7 days and it began to crack. I have had better quality at some of the other salons around town. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the tech was very nice. read more
