First time at this fish restaurant that had big outside patio seating and live music. The bartender was nice and helped with providing information on specialty drinks. The draft taps were all inactive for some reasons but lots of cold bottle beers ready to serve. Oysters were being shucked right in front of me while listening to live retro music. The Mahi fingers were good and went well with my drink.

We went to an early morning breast cancer walk and we're looking for a spot to grab a brunch early. We came across Tin Fish. Our server greeted us as we entered- we were the first people there. To my surprise they had a solid brunch menu. We were a group of 5 and everything-drinks and food- came out quickly to us. They had some good 90s tunes in the background playing so we stayed for a while. Our server made sure to check on us frequently. I had the regular breakfast which was a good portion size. Everyone enjoyed their meal- I would love to come back to try the conch fritters- they looked good!

My mother and I had lunch here a few months ago. We were celebrating her birthday and we enjoyed everything. Lobster Bisque and New England Clam Chowder were both excellent. The Hush Puppies (served with honey butter) were a bit overcooked but still very good. The Clam Strips appetizer was the perfect portion for my mother, and she loved them. The chef made me Baked Clams (not on the menu), and they were worth the wait. I decided to order six and I ate them all. They were that good! A nice surprise was the beautifully plated Key Lime Pie they sent out for my mom. I'm not a fan, but their version was scrumptious. Our server was excellent! I forgot his name, but he was very attentive and chatted with my mom, and that made her feel special. Very relaxed vibe, with lots of Fulton New York fish market decor with a few Long Island fishing towns thrown into the mix. Fun atmosphere. Price points are fair for the fresh seafood they serve. I think my six baked clams were eighteen dollars. Fully justified as they are not even on the menu and were loaded with fresh clams and very little filler. If you ask nicely and the restaurant isn't packed, the chef will make you anything as long as they have the ingredients on hand. They have a full bar and are closed on Monday. Prices vary and change based on market costs, which are printed on their menu. Fresh seafood and great service, make this laid-back New York nautical themed restaurant a new favorite.

I absolutely love this place. The food is insanely amazing! I have been coming here since it opened. The owners are all so friendly and kind. They always walk around and check on everyone. The seafood is always fresh and delicious. I get the tuna poke appetizer as my meal. It is literally my favorite meal of all time. It has a nice refreshing ginger soy balsamic sauce on the field greens and tuna. They make homemade pita chips which come hot and delicious. Today we tried the kaboom shrimp and the drunken mussels as well. Both of which were absolutely incredible. Huge portion of mussels that were so flavorful and tender. The kaboom shrimp was lightly fried and had a very zesty delicious sauce which we enjoyed. My fiancé had the fried grouper sandwich which was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. Everything is always 10/10!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Can't wait to come back soon!

Let's just say that my husband and I haven't been this happy with our meal in a very long time. This place was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We got the ceviche and it came with the best chips, they were addicting. The tacos were so tasty and a great balance of fish and toppings. My husband loved his fish too and stated the vegetables made a great addition. My son didn't leave not one fish nugget. We were all so happy with our dishes. Everyone was extremely attentive and our waitress gave us great recommendations. They were playing live music and the atmosphere was great. The only thing was that it was too cold for me so next time I'll be taking a sweater. Can't wait to go back!

Tin Fish is one of the best fresh fish spots in town! I've had the ahi tuna, salmon, grouper, and snapper, and all were super fresh tasting and perfectly seasoned. The servers are always friendly and attentive. I also really enjoy their ceviche appetizer and the corn bread they bring out is to die for. They have a nice outdoor patio to dine at and their inside is decorated with sports bar/beachy vibes. Their happy hour is next up on my bucket list!

Came for lunch with my mom and we both enjoyed it. My mom was in the mood for seafood. It was a first time for us both. I wasn't hungry so only ordered the fish dip. It was good. I also got a fish taco to go. It was fine but I'd skip it next time. My mom got the shrimp and grits which she really enjoyed. The grits were cheesy, creamy, and seasoned well. She also got a salmon taco and really liked it. Is definitely return. Prices are more than what is expect from the area but not outrageous. I also liked that the restaurant did not smell fishy nor did our food. Tells me the seafood is fresh.

Ok why is isnt this place being talked about more. Today was our date night and my turn to pick where to eat. A friend mention this place so we figured we would give it a try. When we first arrived it was a bit empty which made me nervous but I figured it was because the weather was a bit crappy. We started with the oysters and drinks and boy or boy were we excited. The oysters were absolutely to die for, they were soft, plump and meaty. The horse radish was freshly grated and gave it just enough kick. We loved them so much we ordered three half dozens all different variety's. For our entrées, we ordered the shrimp appetizer and the ribeye steak with sweet potato fries. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Steak was cooked to perfection and those shrimps were out of this world. It was enough for both of us to eat and be full. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better the waiter Leo came over and entertained us with some magic tricks. He was fantastic from start to finish. We felt bad because we got there around 7:30 and they were closing at 9 yet they still allowed us to have a fantastic experience . We didn't feel rushed and we seriously had the greatest time ever. We will absolutely be returning again ! Thanks Tin fish for a great experience

Food was amazing, we had the mixed fish seafood combo. It came with garlic buttered veggies and one piece of salmon. One piece of mahi and about 3-5 pieces of shrimp. All were delectable. We also had the seafood Rueben. And let me tell you!! Outstanding food quality and fast service. There was a lady with red hair there, she brought so much energy and a high standard of service! The hostess was very nice also, our bartender quick and attentive. And that's not even our favorite part.... The LIVE MUSIC! There was a trumpeter there named Jamie Kahn...he was so smooth, and precise. Truly a lovely experience! I will return for the food, naturally. But the musician made the experience everything and then more for our date night!

Service, Service,Service!!!!!5 stars on that alone. Saturday day date the clams, mussels and shrimp were tasty and fresh with the right amount of garlic, the bread that was served with it was so enjoyable I wanted the entire loaf and I'm not a bread eater. Our main meals were sandwiches which I'm so happy we ordered because we were stuffed from the large portion is our appetizer. I had the fried snapper and wifey had the shrimp po boy both were very fresh tasting not heavily breaded and over all an amazing tasting sandwich!!! Can't wait to return.

I've always walked pass Tin Fish on the way to Doris Market and noticed it's always busy and lively. Finally I stopped in for dinner on a weeknight and though it was only 3 tables full, the food and service were great. I love seeing the history of the restaurant on the walls and having the servers explain the menu in detail for a first timer. I really liked being able to see the fish I order before they cook it. I started with their famous fish taco. It was loaded with lightly breaded fish pieces and veggies with this delicious sauce on a warm tortilla. I'm usually not a big taco person but this one has me wanting to come back for more. I also got the appetizer dual pot with clams and mussels. Super fresh and the garlic butter wine sauce it was stewed in was amazing. I took it to go so I could boil some linguine with it. It comes with garlicky toasted baguette pieces and just the bread is phenomenal. Crunchy on the outside, soft in the center and topped with fresh minced garlic. The fried whole fish we selected was a yellowtail and the smallest they had for 2 people was 2.25 lbs. It was pretty hefty but after it was fried, it wasn't as much as we thought. We got the Asian sauce on the side and it was delicious. Definitely will be back!

There were some customers there, but the place still felt very empty and honestly a bit boring. It was very quiet. There was music playing, but we could hardly hear it. The TVs were on, but with no sound, which didn't help the atmosphere. We were seated in the booth area where the other guests were. They had a 2-for-1 drink special, and the waitress was friendly and helpful. She let us know we didn't have to order the same drinks for the deal, which was nice. I ordered a passion fruit margarita, but it didn't taste like passion fruit at all. More tart than sweet. I didn't love the flavor, but I will say the bartender was definitely not stingy with the liquor. My friend ordered a Bahama Mama and had no complaints. I'm not a big seafood person, but I do love wings, and that's where Crafty Crab won me over. I ordered the 10 piece sweet chili wings, all flats, for $10.99, which alone is enough to bring me back. The wings were hot, fresh, and flavorful. My friends also enjoyed their lemon pepper wings and drinks. We originally came because we heard they used to have karaoke on Thursdays, which would have been perfect for the size of the venue. When I asked the waitress about it, she said she didn't know why they stopped. That's unfortunate because this place has so much potential. It's a large venue with good wings and cheap drinks, they're really just missing a vibe. Even playing music through the speakers would make a huge difference. Overall, I'd return for the wings and drink specials, but I hope they bring some energy back to the space. Based on this experience l'd give it a 3.5

As odd as it is to go during the day and have brunch, I would say it is the move. You pull into a plaza where everything else is closed except for this business and say hi to the security guard stationed at the entrance of the place---at 11 AM---to walk into a lounge beautifully decorated with green walls, floral accents and a disco ball. It is clear that the majority of patrons come much later in the day, like after 9 PM, to get bottle service listening to a DJ or any other performer. This would explain why the air conditioning was cranked so high, to accommodate the bodies and electricity that would pack the place much later. Our server didn't crack a smile but immediately brought us water after we asked and rounded back twice to take our order. Like I said, going during the day when there are only about 5 other parties dining seems to be the move for prompt service and food preparation. The dishes came out super hot and fresh. The Creole Seafood Omelette ($26) was chock full of well seasoned shrimp and lobster and cheese, with a creamy roux on the side that was good to occasionally dip a bite into but wasn't necessary all the time. The potatoes that came on the side were just the right amount of crispy while leaving some heartiness to them. The Fried Chicken and Waffles ($26) included flavorful fried chicken with breading that didn't quit when you tore it or cut into it. The cool part of this dish is the choice you have of the waffle it comes with. The Cookies and Cream Waffles should be your go-to. They were topped with the chocolate cookie sandwich crumbles and a great homemade vanilla icing. For a Lauderhill establishment in an area where you really don't know of anything else happening, this place is worth a venture out for your brunch. I'd go back to try the other items and drinks!

Not only was he very apologetic, he seemed like he actually cared about making the situation right. After inquiring a bit more about the service that night he graciously invited me back for another meal. I understand mistakes happens so it's truly about how they're taken care of after the fact. In this case, it was handled well. I decided to come for brunch this time & overall, it was a really good meal. They weren't super busy but service was good. Our appetizers, drinks & meals all came out in a timely manner. For the most part, everything was right but one of the hash brown sides came out cold (it was quickly swapped for fresh ones). My chicken & waffles were delicious. I especially liked how freshly breaded/fried the chicken was. There was a misunderstanding when it came to ordering our drinks, however. I ordered one that should've came iced but got the other coffee beverage which is served warm. When I brought it up to the waiter he was adamant that it's what I ordered & how it's served. After I questioned it once more, he stuck to that, so I kept the drink. Thankfully, it tasted really good & was poured well but it wasn't what I ordered. It was just a bit off putting that he said it was. He said he'd take the drinks off but this was after we went back & forth about it. This isn't a make or break situation for me but he was set in his ways. As a server, you need to be as adaptive as possible, even if you believe you're right. I'm super thankful to have been invited back because it was a nice meal, as I expected. I'm glad I can now tell people to try them out in good conscience. I was here at the Plantation location to attend this month's 4-course Martini Madness Dinner. The restaurant was packed for a Thursday evening. Servers greeted those in attendance, offering each person a glass of ice water and complimentary bread as we awaited the first course. Course one - Crab and avocado salad paired with Sparkling Cucumber Martini. The salad was a creamy mixture of avocado, lump crab, mango, and diced bell peppers on a bed of fresh spinach. Crispy tortilla chips was added for crunch. The martini was nice and light with a sparkling crisp taste. Course two - Scallop and shrimp scampi pasta paired with Lychee Martini. This was a very good dish. Nicely cooked shrimp and scallops tossed with all dente linguine in a light butter white wine sauce. Thoroughly enjoyed the lychee martini which was sweet and absolutely delicious. Course three - Mediterranean salmon paired with Island Breeze Martini. This was a filling dish. The salmon was nicely grilled and topped with sautéed spinach, feta cheese, diced tomatoes, and pickled onions; served with Jasmine rice and grilled asparagus. The martini was well-balanced with the vodka and various fruit juices (mango, passion fruit, and pineapple) without being overly sweet. Course four - Mixed berry mousse cake paired with Strawberry Rose Sidecar Martini. Moist, decadent cake layered with berry puree and coconut anglaise. In my opinion, the martini was too strong for a light dessert. It would have been best paired with a surf & turf dish. The whole event was well put together by the pleasant staff who made sure each transition between the courses ran smoothly and the removal of the empty dishes and glasses, as well as refilling the water glass was done in a timely manner. I look forward to attending another event soon.

So this was actually my second time at Naori, and I brought my brother and my childhood best friend…read moreTatiana because I wanted her to experience it too. I had a great time the first time, and yep it's still that girl. Let's talk about the vibe real quick. The ambiance is everything. Modern, and just really well put together. From the furniture textures to the contrast in colors it all feels super intentional but still chill. Like, they knew what they were doing when they designed this place. 10/10 on the setting alone. Let's get down to the items shall we? What We Had Drinks ____________________ + Naori Signature Drink ($15) : 8.4/10 This one's made with Pisco Berries and Triple Sec. It's a layered, fruity cocktail that's a little more complex. Personally, I prefer the Pisco Sour it's cleaner and more balanced for my taste. But if you like citrusy and berry-forward drinks, you might love this one. Again, these are my reviews based on my taste buds. You might feel differently and that's ok honey. + Espresso Martini ($16) : 9/10 Strong, chocolatey, and gets the job done. + Lychee Martini ($16) : 8.6/10 Clean and balanced. Not too sweet, just smooth and refreshing + Pisco Sour ($16) : 10/10 My fave. Fruity, with this nice cold foam on top. Pretty sure there were peach or passionfruit notes in there. So good. * Shots - We also did a round (Don Julio, I think), and it kept the vibe going. Appetizers/Entrees __________________ +Nikkei Tiradito ($19) : 10/10 Thin tuna slices with a shouyu sauce that had a little citrusy kick. I could've had another plate just for myself. +Grilled Octopus ($20) : 8.4/10 This was good! Cooked well, had a nice char. Not my favorite thing on the table, but still strong comes with Peruvian corn and potato. +Arroz Chaufa Special ($24) : 10/10 Babyyy this dish was everything. Wok-fried rice, perfectly seasoned. That filet was so tender, and the shrimp just brought it all together. Easy standing ovation for me. * Dessert - I honestly can't remember what we ordered for dessert, but it was decent. Nothing crazy. I'd give it a 7/10. Overall Experience: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10 Would I Be Back? Without a doubt. I even told my mom about this place and I think she went a couple months ago! This establishment has been Tamied™.

I would definitely recommend the poyoroki or the Lomo Saltado! Friendly waiter and staff, they told us about some fun events they have on weekends. Nice drink menu too with lots of options
