food was superb! service as well! ambiance brilliant! sunday buffet 12 to 4 for $30 including a mimosa or wine? incredible!

Our experience at Puerto Pacífico in Weston was extremely disappointing during my wife's birthday celebration. We were a large group seated in the outdoor area, and from the start, the service was subpar. The waitress was rude to some of our guests. When we tried to light a small cake just to blow out the candles, we were denied even this simple gesture, despite explaining that we wouldn't consume it. The owner, who was inside the restaurant, never came out despite being called multiple times during our more than two-hour stay. The staff's inflexibility was notable. To make matters worse, the food was mediocre, with poorly prepared dishes. Ultimately, we had to cross the street and light the cake at a Starbucks to celebrate. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Avoid at all costs!!! Eviten a toda costa.

We only came for drinks and they were delicious, my pisco sour was on the sweeter side and the mango sour I had after was delicious.

The food was really good, the service was attentive, and the seafood prices were reasonable. The kids' menu had good choices and was priced well. We almost didn't go because some of the reviews weren't great, but I'm glad we ignored them and gave it a try. My husband and I are pretty picky when it comes to restaurants, and we both enjoyed everything. Honestly, some of the reviews we read didn't match our experience at all. The service at the bar was great too. I brought balloons for the celebration, and the staff helped get everything set up, which was very nice of them. We had a great dinner and would definitely recommend giving Adrian Fish Seafood a try.

From the moment we walked in, I had a feeling there might be issues. There were only three other families in the restaurant, yet it still took quite a while for the hostess to seat our party of four. After being seated, we waited nearly 20 minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us. Once we placed our order, the food took a long time to arrive, only for my husband's surf and turf and side of fries to come out cold. We sent the meal back, but when it returned, the steak was overcooked and the same lobster tails appeared to have simply been reheated, leaving them overcooked as well. The waitress brought over the manager, but unfortunately he was not helpful. He seemed surprised the food came out poorly a second time and simply offered my husband a sandwich instead. Overall, the service and food quality were extremely disappointing, especially given how empty the restaurant was.

I politely asked if the seasoning could simply be left off due to an allergy, and my request was refused. Rather than accommodating a simple dietary restriction, I was told that the dish wouldn't taste the way the chef intended. While I understand wanting to preserve the intended flavor, customer health and safety should come first--especially when dealing with allergies. I find it concerning that no effort was made to accommodate a reasonable request or even ask about the severity of the allergy. In today's restaurant industry, flexibility and customer care are important. Unfortunately, I found the service to be very unaccommodating, and given the high prices, I expected much better. I will not be returning.

I ordered a pisco sour that was perfectly made. My appetizer was a fish and shrimp ceviche: the leche de Tigre was soooo fresh and well balanced, I absolutely loved it. Main course I was pleasantly surprised to see there was an option of a plate with half tallarines verdes and half lomo saltado (the menu says "steak" and you can choose how you'd want it); I've never seen this kind of split-a-plate before so I thought I'd be perfect because you get to try two things, it's a great value. Both the tallarines and the lomo were flavorful. I just wished there was some way to keep the juices from the lomo away from the tallarines because at the bottom of the plate the pasta tasted like lomo, not like pesto hahaha -still, yummy-. Against by best judgement and my capacity I ordered dessert and the dulce de leche was a little too sweet for me (I couldn't finish it) but I ordered a coffee too, that helped. The staff was on point; I loved they were always checking on us (and the place was almost full) and I also noticed they use intercoms so they are always making each other aware of what a table needs. The owner (or manager, not sure) is very sweet and greeting all customers. The bar service seems to be tons of fun, I noticed a few couples having drinks and enjoying the evening. The music was 80s-90s: I truly enjoyed it. I definitely will be coming back. I recommend!

In addition to their large list of traditional Peruvian dishes, they have a separate menu for Chifa (Chinese-peruvian fusion) dishes, as well as, sushi rolls. All of the dishes we tried were very well prepared and the restaurant atmosphere was casual and relaxed. Nice choice if you are looking for traditional peruvian food.

We got there at 9:30 & they close @ 10 (user error I know) however we were still greeted with excitement and sat immediately. Our server Angie came to the table and got our drink orders letting us know that the bar was closing soon so if we were drinking to put them in. We got Pineapple & Strawberry Martini's, both were very good but we both agreed the Pineapple was the better tasting option. To start I ordered the charbroiled oysters which were tasty but had a slight fishy taste I probably would not order them again. Now, entrees I was super overwhelmed and felt bad for keeping the kitchen waiting so I told Angie what I liked and had her pick for me. The choice was the Scallops and Shrimp Scampi Pasta which was great, my partner ordered the Pan-Asian Butterfish fish with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Funny enough, we actually preferred each other's meals and were talking about switching. Overall, this location did a phenomenal job with service, food, and presentation. I cannot wait to come back.

Not exactly the lively happy hour energy we were expecting. Things didn't really pick up until after 6, so if you're looking for a buzz earlier in the afternoon--this might not be your spot. Now, I'll give credit where it's due: the drinks were good and did what they needed to do and the appetizers were decent enough to hold us over. Nothing mind-blowing, but no complaints either. The bartender started off super friendly and welcoming, which we loved. But as the place got busier, the energy shifted a bit and the attentiveness dropped. You could definitely feel the difference. Overall, I had a great time--but that was 100% because of the company I was with. Would I come back for happy hour? Probably not. Dinner, maybe. Happy hour vibes? I'll explore other options.
