Delicious food! The calamari and peppers were really yummy and each pasta dish is outstanding. Their tiramisu is so good I wanted a second!

This is a lovely, hidden, understated venue that offers out of the ordinary Italian fare.My mango prosecco cocktail was refreshing, not too sweet and delicious. Wait staff very available. Appetizer of burrata and caponata was delicious but not classic Sicilian caponata. Still delicious! My linguine Mediterraneo with squid, shrimp and cherry tomatoes was soooo good. My dinner companion loved her osso bucco ravioli! No room for dessert! Highly recommend! Will be back!

Stepping into Prosecco 22 felt like being transported to a cozy trattoria in the Italian countryside. The warm red walls, intimate lighting, created a welcoming vibe. We dined here as part of a bachelorette celebration and appreciated that they offer a private dining room for special events--perfect for groups! We started with a classic selection of Italian appetizers: Bruschetta - Lightly toasted bread topped with bright, juicy tomatoes, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. It tasted so fresh and vibrant. Love the Italian Meatballs. It was perfect sizing, tender, flavorful in a rich, tomato sauce. Perfectly seasoned and comforting. The Burrata & Prosciutto so worth having! The burrata was creamy, and perfectly balanced by the salty, paper-thin slices of prosciutto. It's like it melted in my mouth. For the main, we ordered two traditional pasta dishes that absolutely delivered: Cacio e Pepe which was served tableside in a parmesan wheel. The bolognese a combination of pomodoro, pork and beef - meaty, and full of flavor with a little hint of sweetness from the tomatoes. It was comforting and so satisfying. I'm not a big tomato girl--usually get heartburn--but everything was so fresh and balanced that I felt great afterward. That says a lot! You know dessert was a must! I tried the tiramisu - Light, creamy, and not overly sweet. A well-balanced classic. Omg the Caramel Cheesecake is a must! Kind of a silky texture from the Carmel but decadent just the same - divine. Our server, Christian, was amazing--attentive, efficient, and incredibly patient with our group. The food came out timely, and everyone at the table left full and happy. Highly recommend visiting this spot.

Tucked away in the western burbs of Southwest Ranches behind some warehouses is a cool little find of an Italian restaurant called Prosecco 22. Once you step inside, the brick paneling and dim lighting belie the location. Ms. Ladyfriend and I were looking for a quiet Friday dinner after a busy workweek, and this hit the spot. Our service was pleasantly casual; we also loved the molten chocolate cake presentation at the end. We skipped appetizers and went straight to main course while saving space for dessert. By the way, they did have both our usual vittles of Pinot Grigio and Moscato by the glass. I enjoyed their classic fettuccine with meatballs. The noodles were a little past Aldente, and the marinara sauce a little on the sweet side a la Steve's Pizza #iykyk This was actually pretty cool. The meatballs did taste a little extra Smokey s / dry though. My ladyfriend ordered the lobster ravioli, and as I am here, writing this review and still alive, shows how clean the ventilation and food preparation is. Another reason I'm holding off a star is because we didn't get to try the appetizers. Still, I would make the drive or check them out next time in the area.

My wife and I came for Valentine's dinner. We came technically the day after on Saturday. I made a reservation online which apparently wasn't needed because it was very not crowded. It was our first time there so I didn't know what to expect though. We got seated in the first section near the bar. We shared the burrata prosciutto appetizer. It was tasty. Of course, wished there was more bread. I got the ossobuco ravioli my wife got the gnocchi. The portion looked tiny but there were a fair number ravioli on top of each other. It was very tasty. Could I have eaten more? Yes. My wife said hers was very melt in your mouth. To drink, we had a couple of their prosecco cocktails. I forget the exact flavors but some were stronger than others. We got dessert to go since we're old and lame. The tiramisu was decent later that night. Service was mediocre. We were left alone a bit. Prices are not low. I would come back for a special occasion but don't think there's enough value to go regularly.

Lives up to the hype!! Legit Italian food with sweet and lovely service. We were delighted with our delicious homemade pasta (the cacio e Pepe in the Parmesan wheel served tableside was so great!) and the meatballs and caponata appetizers were phenomenal. Very hard to impress me with Italian food, but BRAVO to the Prosecco22 team!! We will be back!

We had a wonderful Easter Eve dinner here last night! This Italian Ristorante is small, charming, and a total hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Every dish was delicious! We have to give a huge shout-out to Chef Mimmo for an incredible meal, as well as to our amazing waiter, Christopher, and the rest of the staff for the top-notch hospitality. If you are looking for an intimate spot with authentic food, this is it!

I was hopeful for this place, and as much as I want to give it a great review my experience wasn't great compared to other Italian places where I've been. The service was...awkward. While they were mostly courteous they took a while to get our order and had a hard time engaging with us socially. We were the only party at the restaurant on the 4th of July evening for almost 3 HOURS! The food was okay. The portions were small for the price and it took a long time to come out. Wild doing a lemon chicken with pale cafeteria looking chicken. Wild. Also serving the cafeteria chicken ON A PLASTIC CUTTING BOARD IS WILD Lmao. I'm already filled with plastic, I don't need to add more cutting my chicken on a plastic CUTTING board. The music selection was great, though. They had a playlist of Italian classics going. Overall, it's not a terrible experience, but I can't justify the price and wouldn't go there again.

A true hidden gem in Pembroke Pines where you can find great Italian food & Prosecco drinks. Came here for a lil date night with one of my closest and dearest girlfriends and it did not disappoint! We came on a Wednesday night and it was actually pretty empty which was great for a catch up date night with a girlfriend. They had a special for the night for Buy One Get One drinks (for each person). We opted in for this because, why not?! I have always heard about their tableside cheese wheel for Cacio e Pepe and HAD to get it. It did not disappoint with both the show and the taste. My friend got the gnocchi. Our dishes didn't come with any protein so we both added chicken to round out each dish. Everything was so tasty and I'll be dreaming about that Cacio e Pepe til next visit! The drinks were all so good, we each tried some of their spritzes. They don't have a full bar but they do have a good amount of drinks to pick from. The spritzes were all amazing with a good amount of buzz and taste in each sip! The service was great and very attentive. They checked up on us the whole night and even gave great recs. I can't wait to come back here again for another date night and try more of their menu. If you haven't tried Prosecco 22 yet, this is your sign to!

Pasta in the cheese wheel. My wife was mad that she didn't order cause it was so good.

The wife and I wanted to try something new. We decided to try an Italian restaurant near our house. Found this restaurant and it was amazing. The ambience was nice, calm quiet and it just gave such an incredible vibe. Ordered dinner and it was amazing. Had dessert just as amazing as the dinner definitely recommend this place, you would miss it if you drove by it so please get directions.

I live in Miramar so it was a 12 minute drive and my sister met me there from sunrise and took her about the same amount of time. This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is patio seating, which is where we sat for happy hour. I went inside to use the restroom and was impressed by the decor and size of this place. Very beautiful and very clean. I didn't order food, but did order mojitos on happy hour. They are known for their Negroni's so I tried my husband's and it was delicious! I'll be getting that next time. Prices are pretty reasonable and comparable to other similar spots. I'll definitely be back!

I went for weekend brunch, I haven't seen too much info on what they offer so I hope this is…read morehelpful to people. There seemed to be only one server, but plenty of staff (busser, hostess, etc.) So sometimes service got slow, and others it was pretty quick. Everyone was nice, but at one point I did have to ask them to bring out more plates and tortilla shells after no one had noticed for 5-6 minutes (which they then did promptly). When we got there the hostess told us it was brunch only, so if you're wanting to go on a weekend during brunch time I guess you can't order off the regular menu (fine with us, we were there to try brunch). There were a lot of options packed into a small space. It looks deceivingly small. They have a small carving station with flap meat, grilled chicken, and chorizo. They have the size of flap meat down perfectly- when it comes out, you will only wait for a person or two in front of you at most, it runs out in about 15 minutes, and then they're getting a fresh piece. Cycled often. Flap meat was a little chewy, could be improved if they cut up two thin slices instead of one thick one. I enjoyed it. The sushi area had two mixed rolls per container (I wish they weren't, I would have eaten a few more if I could grab one with just shrimp tempura), corvina ceviche (very good), and tuna tar tar (in a great soy sauce mixture). It also had soy sauce, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. They also had some typical breakfast offerings- scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages; salad options; pastries (different types of croissants, dinner rolls); huge balls of mozzarella; gyoza; ravioli in a vodka sauce (I think); sweet-and-sour pork; olive skewers; caprese skewers; baby back ribs; marinated mushrooms; pizza (cheese and pepperoni, small bites so you won't fill up and can try a little of everything); salmon toast with cream cheese; and probably my favorite, a little taco corner. The taco corner had both grilled chicken and al pastor. The al pastor had a very slight spicy kick to it, no pineapple; it was fine, but I preferred the grilled chicken. The onions and cilantro were mixed already, which I think was great but could be off-putting to someone who has that soap-cilantro-taste gene. I almost didn't notice the dessert station, but when I saw someone with chocolate strawberries- I found it! They have a chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows, and some small bites that included a cookie with a sort of dulce de leche filling, a chocolate ganache pastry, and little cheesecake bites. The restaurant is small and maybe a bit too dark for daytime. The layout was sometimes hard to manage. The main table ran along the main bar but was lower, and then additional things (like the pastries) were stacked along the actual bar which made it kind of a nuisance to reach over everything for (but to be fair, I'm short). If anyone was standing at the carving station, you couldn't get to the sushi table until they moved. The dessert station being out of the way was fine, but if you go you will miss it if you don't look for it (it's by the small bar behind the hostess stand). I can't give half stars, and I was really thinking that this is a 3.5 star experience, but I went with 3 because of the fees. They add a 2.8% fee for the staff (I don't remember what they called it) and an automatic 18% gratuity. (I'm sure this is listed on the menu, but you only get a drink menu for brunch). I usually tip 20-25% anyway, so i can't really explain why this irked me so much, and it wasn't really the gratuity that bothered me (though if service had been bad I guess it would have), but the 2.8% annoyed me. It's been years since I've worked in restaurants, and I'm pretty sure everyone is making minimum wage or close to it, and I know the servers have to tip out other staff, so I guess i just feel like that fee is something the restaurant should be factoring in as a cost of business. I don't think anyone would bat an eye if brunch was $36-37 vs $35. To add it on as an additional fee seems disingenuous. Ultimately for 2 brunches ($35 each) and 2 palomas (I think $16 each), our tab came to $128 (taxes, fee, gratuity). I think this is a one-and-done for me. Most of the food was fine, but it was just okay. If I had a friend that wanted to try it, I'd go back but wouldn't search it out myself.
