What a great idea this is! I went tonight with some friends from work and had the best time. You pick your meals ahead of time and they have it all ready to go for you. I mean really ready! You go in stations and they have all Your spices laid out for you with an instruction card on how to assemble each meal. The workers are so helpful! (Especially for someone like me who isn't the most skilled person in the kitchen!). I can't wait to go back and do it again. The menu changes monthly. The meals are divided into two containers but if you want smaller portions you could use smaller ones. For example I got the Gouda burgers. It supposed to make 6 burgers but I made mine a little smaller and got 8 burgers. You just throw it all in the freezer and defrost in the fridge when you're ready. Great for busy families! Loved it!

Do you have days where you just don't have it in you to cook? But you don't want to get takeout from a restaurant? Enter Time For Dinner! A woman-owned business that makes your life easier. I stopped by, got the Parmesan encrusted chicken, and popped it in the freezer. Couple days later I was feeling sick and didn't even feel like driving for takeout...I had this lovely dinner (which is not your average frozen grocery store meal they make things fresh) that only took 30 minutes in the oven. Loved it!! Their menu rotates monthly. Let's just say... I WILL BE BACK

What a cool experience for me. Sadly, i never knew some place like this existed.... I had the chance to meet Amy. She stated they have been around for 20 (!!) years! I told her this came at a really great time for our family as I have been looking into a meal prep kind of dealio (like hello fresh, blue apron, etc). I really like the idea of prepping my own meals, taking them home in freezer friendly containers and cooking them whenever we want. My daughter would love participating, and the fun thing is that she can tag along and help! The recipes look easy to follow and EVERYTHING is prepped for you to assemble. I feel this would save a lot of time and potentially money (if i can plan this right). I waited until I was able to try the chicken parm entree, and it was delicious!!! I am telling all my friends about this!

Beyond my expectations!! As soon as I stepped in I automatically felt welcome with the staff and atmosphere. It felt as if I was stepping onto a cooking show, as some of the staff were setting up for their next cooking demonstrations for the customers. I love this concept of providing meal prep and cooking demonstrations with the customers AND using fresh ingredients, definite plus!

Lively atmosphere, bartenders were welcoming and interactive. We ordered the Hot Cheese curds as an appetizer, and I got the Obscura as me beer of choice. Not going to lie, the cheese curds were as advertised! They were hot! Not so much that I couldn't handle but don't take them lightly, they are good. They came drizzled with a good ranch. The beer was great, especially with the hot cheese curds. Ordered the Friday Fish Sando with no cheese. Came out in a timely manner, large and crispy! It was messy in the best way. Crispy, beer battered cod, lettuce, and house made tarter. It was juicy on the inside with none of the batter mush you can sometimes get with fried fish, loved the house made tarter, all-around great sandwich. The fries were on point, too. Crispy but not greasy. Great space, friendly staff, good food!

Wrong. There were two simultaneous pasta classes going. Our group seemed to have no clear direction. There were two pasta rollers and each kept malfunctioning with the handles falling off. It was at this point one couple left. It only went downhill from there. My sister kept saying we should just leave but I wanted to learn how to make pasta! And I paid a lot for this class so i was going to learn! But I did not. The revolt began and people just began cooking on their own (which in the end turned out quite well!!) just so we could eat at some point. We could hear the other class drinking wine and sitting down to eat, and our lasagna wasn't even in the oven yet. Another ominous sign. Our chef was very kind but it was clear he was not ready for this. It was my second and last visit to the KC, I walked away with no additional skills. We heard about the DelMar Loop and also heard about this place so decided to drop on by! One of the best parts was free parking! OK, we saw they had a patio and that was perfect for us because our puppy needed a place too. They seated us quickly, brought us some menus, and took our drink order. We both had 0% beer because, you know, it was just 12 noon - a little early for the hard stuff! We both ordered some barbecue! I ordered the brisket and pulled pork, along with the potato salad and chili! OK before the food review I got it put in a great word for the waitress. She was very friendly, and gave us some good pointers on things to check out while in town - very cool. Oddly enough, we were the only one sitting on the patio, even though it was a very pleasant day, indeed. When the food came? I thought the brisket was a little odd because it wasn't chopped. It was cut into little cubes but paired with one of the sauces? Very nice! And pulled pork was great. The potato salad? Yup! The chili? Yup! The fried bread roll? Well, it was a little unexpected, but it was very nice as well. As we had heard that St. Louis barbecue was uniquely different from any other barbecue, we had to have it! I'm not gonna say it was spectacularly different, but it was good! We ordered a lemon gooey bar for dessert and shared it! Apparently it's a St. Louis thing? Yes! Would we come again? Oh yes, indeed! The baloney, with a fresh chowchow and Stone Ground mustard, was one of the best barbecue items I've had anywhere. The slaw some vinegar based and it's very tangy. It was very good.
