John said this is a favorite of the locals- meh. Donuts were ok. The hot breakfast items we ordered just weren't good. I got the mini omelet rounds and only ate one and regretted that. John's food wasn't any better- he ate all of it and suffered the consequences of junk food a few hours later. The coffee was fine- best part of the visit. There was a line and the service was slow for what it was. Tables in the dining room needed to be cleaned, I had to wipe down a table for us to sit at. All in all, I wouldn't waste my time again.

One of my favorite coffee shop to go when I'm around the Canada area. There Ice Cap is the best, I would normally get a large side for my Ice Cap. Because it is so addicting. They do sell other bakery item and warm food as well. Like breakfast sandwich, hash brown, donut, cookie, and etc. In my opinion, Tim Hortons is way better than Starbucks and cheaper. Wish they would have one in Seattle... Overall, loving it!

Cool icicles! People are gross and dirty though.

Solid timmy ho. The store is at the end of a plaza so you drive around the whole plaza to go through the drive thru. Great staff! The drive thru was moving at a really fast pace, even in crazy rush hour during an ice storm. My special order was done fast and accurately. My coffee and food tasted great :) I'll stop by again.

I got to have it with my Baklava... Can't believe I piade for these coffee! Were brewed very bad!!!! Taste like water!

Double toasted means completely burnt on one side and cold on the other. Guess today is a bad day for their staff.

This is probably my favorite Tim Hortons location and not because they wake me up in the morning before work (I drink decaf these days) but because their staff is quick, efficient, friendly and they make my decaf double, double perfectly! I've noticed that the coffee at the surrounding Tim Horton's locations tastes a bit too strong for me and I never get that perfect amount of cream and sugar in my large cup but I will only stop at this location when I want a fresh cup of arabica decaf. Just my personal preference. As for their donuts, I don't really care for them but I do buy an assortment of their donut holes every once in awhile and those satisfy my sugar craving just fine. I'm ashamed to admit that I have ordered their breakfast sandwiches. Ashamed because it's fast food devoid of anything healthy but it is what it is when you're hungry. I prefer their sausage over the bacon even though I appreciate bacon over sausage, but their bacon is like that crispy microwaveable bacon you buy in a box from Oscar Myers at the grocery store. So... They'll put the sausage on anything you ask for. I've tried sausage on a bagel, croissant, English Muffin, multigrain flat bread (eww), biscuit and wrap, and the best in my opinion is the sausage and cheese on a biscuit with a bagel coming in second. Truth is, they're all dry, microwaved crap but if you're starving in the morning, it's all deadly. I also don't like their eggs so I skip them. I frequent this establishment during my morning commute only. They sometimes have a really long line (makes sense with all the airport traffic and city commuters coming from the 198) but I never wait more than ten minutes to get through it. Oh, the things I do for a decaf...

Oh Tim Horton's, how I love you so. Your coffee is delicious, your prices are fantastically low, your soups and sandwiches make me happy, and you can't go wrong with your delicious bakery treats! I am sad to say I moved away from Buffalo and no longer have you around, but when I come back for a visit, I make a visit or two before flying back out. You should really build some locations in Seattle and down the west coast ;) If you're thirsty, try their coffee. Hungry for a meal try the Chicken Stew or Chilli..or both! Yearning for a sweet 'n tasty treat?..get any of their donuts or the Berry Explosion Muffin. Your taste buds will thank you!

Fast friendly and awesome. Thank you brewing the freshest coffee. Ready to venture our mini getaway.

Turkey bacon panini what? This was how my order looked like from this Genesee St. ( in front of the Buffalo airport) .

Awful service. Meal was missing hash browns. Wife's muffin was wrong. 7 employees behind the counter, all 7 looked totally lost.

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)

Upon walking in, the store looked like a standard "hole-in-the wall" place and had a simple selection of donuts to choose from. If you want to use a credit card, you have to spend at least $5. Donuts: I got the classic glazed donut, peanut donut, red velvet, and a cream filled donut. The glazed donut was soft and delicious. The peanut donut was more on the crumbly side but still great flavour. The red velvet had a nice cream cheese icing. The cream filled donut had a typical white cream filling. Personally, I liked the glazed donut the best - great texture and wasn't too overly sweet. The pricing here is amazing - $1.50 for great quality donuts! Easy to park on the street. There's no seating inside, so it's more of a takeout place. They also sell lottery tickets alongside donuts. It is certainly worth the visit along the way coming from Toronto.

They have a large selection and variety of donuts and they are fresh and sizeable. They also have other treats like cinnamon rolls and bagels. There is also a separate check out for things like smoothies (and they have a wide variety of those as well). The inside is bright, festive and clean.
