We got our cold brew coffee son after, the lox bagels showed up some minutes later. Their cold brew is very good; usually I add some milk, but this coffee doesn't need that at all. The smell alone was enough to turn your stomach. This isn't a locker room. It's not a sidewalk. It's a place where people come to eat and drink. There was no awareness, no courtesy, no basic respect for shared space. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and frankly shocking to witness in a setting that otherwise prides itself on atmosphere. The bakery deserves praise for its food and environment, but management needs to step in and set clear expectations. Allowing behavior like this diminishes the experience for everyone else. Staff is friendly every single time, remembers regulars, doesn't rush you out. If you're in Lockport, Niagara Falls, or anywhere in WNY and searching for a local coffee shop that's actually worth it -- this is the answer. Not a chain, not a compromise.
