Very mediocre. The counter women are just about 18 and have that vocal fry that is so annoying. They don't know how to take an order. You repeat it three or four times just very annoying. Then the girl gets the order wrong- spilled it on the counter because she shoved it over to me ! The food was very mid. I won't be returning. read more

Huge disappointment. $70 for three wraps and three drinks. I had the matcha crème and chicken caesar wrap. The wrap tasted exactly like those store bought salad kits wrapped in a tortilla. The chicken was very bland and there was hardly any dressing. Cheese was definitely pre-shredded, not fresh. At this price, I would expect more homemade and fresh wraps and maybe a better side other than a bag of Lay's potato chips (you could also substitute for and apple or banana, which, I guess?) The matcha crème was very similar to a frappuccino however it's so sweet, to me, it's hardly drinkable. Others with me ordered coffee and noted that the coffee tasted very watered down and was served extremely hot. I also want to mention that we ordered it for here but received take out preparation. The decorative atmosphere is nice. Though, I noticed a lot of dust hanging from the ceiling and lots of flies inside which I understand the fly problem but it comes to a point when there's fruit flies in the baked goods case, no thanks. To be honest, Starbucks would never do this to me. read more

Yes, the Green Siren people are two doors down but this is #LocalCoffee and #LocalCoffee is always better than chain coffee. I am grateful that Goodrich opens early! I was here at 6:30 and spent the morning using their shop as my "office" for the day. Two excellent cups of coffee today - a latte to start and a drip to keep it going - with a muffin. And with that, speedy wifi and a power outlet to keep my laptop charged. A very clean restaurant, plenty of food seating and friendly people working here. This was fabulous! When I say I was SO SURPRISED!!!! My specialty shaken espresso was amazing, my breakfast sandwich was amazing, and the young girls behind the counter were also .... AMAZING!! I wish I lived closer because I would be here daily. The girls worked well together even during a busy rush. A special thank you to Grace, for her kindness. She made the experience even better. I stopped by Goodrich for the first time this morning and noticed it was a bit busy for a Friday, so it must be a popular spot. The inside is a bit small, but they do have a drive-thru and an outdoor seating area, which is nice. While waiting to order, I did notice a few flies (about 4 or 5) hovering around the coffee-making area, likely due to the frequent opening and closing of the drive-thru window. It wasn't a huge issue, but I'm not sure if it's a regular occurrence or just a one-time thing. I ordered the Banana Cream Pie Latte ($5.50) and the Spicy Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich ($9), which came with American cheese and chipotle aioli on an everything bagel. The latte was fantastic, creamy and delicious. I opted for whole milk, as oat milk was an extra $1, but next time I'd consider almond or coconut milk for just a $0.55 upcharge. I think those flavors would pair well with the latte's profile. The sandwich was huge and very filling, with a great balance of flavors. I also noticed their protein shakes seemed to be really popular, so I'd try one of those next time. Overall, I'd probably stop by again if I'm in the area. Solid 4 stars, but the flies did leave me a little hesitant. read more

I needed a spot with Wi-Fi to work remotely. I stopped here and I'm thrilled I did. Service is blazing fast. Kind of a quirky combination of a Tim Horton's but the workers don't seem exhausted and miserable to be there. Very pleasant. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Quite possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Incredible blueberry muffin. And the ice coffee tasted fabulous. It was def strong. My restless leg syndrome was out of control, and I felt like I could run through a wall. Lots of comfy seating with a big front patio. Internet was blazing fast too. read more

Bad service. Workers (multiple) act too "posh" to deal with you. Esp the one with the septum cowbell nose piercing. Food is good though.

This has become one of my favorite go to spots for lunch or a coffee and you have to give them a try. They have a really nice menu with lots of food and drink options. I really enjoy the spicy turkey and spicy chicken wraps but everything is good. They have baked goods available and breakfast options as well which I absolutely need to try sometime. Everybody is so friendly and pricing is great too! The interior has a good amount of seating from comfy couches to tables and in warmer weather they have a covered patio as well. They additionally have a drive through but I think it's a limited menu for food options to keep things moving smoothly. read more

i have now been to Goodrich twice, and both times I enjoyed it very much. Their coffee isn't as good as Overwinter (whose is?) but it's still great, what really sets Goodrich apart is their staff. Genuinely sweet people, genuinely helpful and patient. I couldn't say enough things about their lovely baristas. I love that they have a drive thru - which is an absolute game changer for a local shop. The cafe vibe is delightful as well. Absolutely stellar. read more

Goodrich Coffee & Tea - Lounge - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Clarence, New York

I work on Main Street near Transit and for mid-day coffee runs, we usually head over to Starbucks because it's convenient. Earlier this week, I was craving bagels. I didn't want one from Starbucks or Tim Horton's so I searched "bagels" on Yelp. Goodrich came up and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was just a few miles down Main Street from us. I went and ended up ordering two hot coffees, a cold brew, a peach smoothie, a blood orange refresher and my bagel w/cream cheese. All of us were very happy with our orders. I love finding a coffee shop that roasts their own beans and all three of us enjoyed our coffees immensely. I only do black coffee if it is good coffee (I cannot do Tim Hortons) and this did not disappoint. They have an area to scoop your own beans which is great because you can do whatever size is convenient. A good bagel is not the easiest thing to get around here. I was craving them after thinking about visiting Ess-a-Bagel in NYC next week when we are there. While nothing can top Ess-a-Bagel, this is a really good, solid bagel. I will definitely head back. Another plus, they didn't skimp on the cream cheese. Nothing is as annoying as getting a bagel with the equivalent of a teaspoon of cream cheese! The peach smoothie and refresher were also both hits with my co-workers. We look forward to going again. read more

Every time I'm in Clarence every month or so, Goodrich is the spot. The coffee hits, it's strong and fresh, and is such a nice break from the competition that dominates every nook and cranny in this world. My biggest qualm is that GCT is not open Sundays, and I know I'm not the only one who hates this. If they could swap a day or close early a few days to switch it up, they would really dominate the scene. Sundays we have to venture elsewhere and it stinks !! Keep up the amazing work guys. So happy you're here. read more

The online prices are misleading, they advertise items as half of what the price actually is, which isn't the case. The service wasn't great either, the staff didn't seem friendly, and it took an unreasonable 20 minutes to get a simple breakfast wrap. The food itself was just average. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Really good coffee drinks. Hip little spot. Nicely decorated. Attentive staff. Good food.

Hipster atmosphere but small. Staff pretty slow. Extensive list of coffee beans to grind your own but in actuality, limited selection. Would hate to be here at a busy time of day. My party had a wrap, bagel and oatmeal. All good but nothing out of the ordinary. Same for coffee taste - nothing special. No reason to return. read more

This place is great. I had an appointment nearby on Tuesday. I left my car in that plaza, walked across Goodrich Road, and stopped into Goodrich Coffee & Tea before my 10am appointment. I was met with a trio of friendly sounding hellos!!! This place has an extensive and great menu. I ordered a power protein shake. It had chocolate, peanut butter, a banana, whole milk, and whey protein. I definitely ended the whey protein that day and my shake was delicious. I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter. I also came on Wednesday after an 11am appointment at the same place. I drove over and there were one or two spots left. I drove up towards Main Street, not realizing that it was the end of their drive thru. I had to double back. They share a small parking lot with the drive thru dry cleaners that's next door. On Wednesday I ordered a medium-sized coffee with cream and sugar, a (huge) peanut butter cookie, and a sausage bowl. The coffee was okay, the cookie was amazing, and the sausage bowl was pretty good. It was $1.00 to add fresh peppers. It was in a cute small bowl. Their bowl are varied. You can get anything that's in a wrap, in a bowl instead. I enjoyed the comfy couches in both days. The staff and menu are great. They have cool decor and comfortable couches. I'll definitely be back!! Next time I'll either sit outside or use their convenient drive thru. read more

I went there for the first time today to see what their breakfast menu was like. I got a scone and a breakfast wrap with veggies to go. The staff was incredibly friendly and social. My scone was large and tasty. The wrap was stuffed with egg and peppers. It appeared to be pressed on a panini grill. Very happy, would go there again. read more

Great food, nice staff, relaxing environment that is great for me to take someone for coffee of to go and work.

The coffee was cold, asked them to heat it up in the microwave. It didn't taste good at all. I ordered a turkey quesadilla. Blah. Just some turkey with cheese sauce. Way too salty. I only ate half even though I was very hungry. I was very disappointed. I won't be going back. read more

We ordered a basil chicken panini and a greek salad wrap. Both were delicious; created quickly and fresh. We had the option to substitute apple or banana instead of chips. My husband also enjoyed a Strawberry Slender protein shake. That was yummy, like dessert. The cafe was clean and organized. Staff members came through to make sure everything was tidy. The restroom was clean. If you like fresh coffee beans, you can buy different flavors by the pound and grind them yourself here or at home. This was an enjoyable discovery for a Friday lunch. read more

Lots of breakfast sandwich, wraps, bakery options to go with your specialty coffee choice!! The spicy turkey bacon sandwich is sooo good! The iced caramel macchiato was overkill... Atmosphere was simple, clean inviting and the background music was just enough to cover all the detailed personal conversations but for some reason it was shut off and the place just got noisy ... it seemed that voices got louder to talk over and the other voices when the music was off... Counter order system seems to work for them to handle in and drive thru ok...surprisingly the sandwich came up 20 min before the coffee...did they overlook my drink? read more

I have been here a few times and only ordered food the most recent time. I think this place is a bit overpriced. The iced caramel macchiato comes in a small and large. I ordered the large size and it wasn't very "large" and was also around $5.00. The sausage wrap was pretty good and was also $5.00. I would try it again although I think the price mainly for the coffee was a bit high. read more

Goodrich Coffee & Tea - Sugar Free Caramel Cappachillo w/ almond milk & whipped cream - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Clarence, New York

This coffee shop is located in Clarence, and is not really close to anything. (You can't park at the coffee shop and check out nearby stores because there aren't many!) I think more people use the drive-thru to order instead of going into the store - not many people were in the shop when I went in (Thursday morning), but I could see the drive-thru was very busy. This place is very spacious with tables and sofa seats, as well as a long table for meetings or groups. Most of the furniture is wood, and the place has a modern, rustic design. This place also has coffee beans that you can scoop in your own bag to purchase. I ordered an almond milk latte and a double chocolate muffin, and they were quick to make the drink. I will say, the almond milk latte tasted unlike any other almond milk lattes; it was a bit watery but definitely less sweet. It tasted more like a drip coffee with almond milk added than a latte. The double chocolate muffin - aside from the odd shape - was pretty good. It wasn't moist or super rich, but it went well with the coffee. When it comes to service, I think this was probably one of the coffee shops with the most friendliest baristas. They were very nice and helpful! read more

This is a nice little coffee shop in Clarence on Main street. I like to go from time to time and have a cup of tea. I stopped in the other day and had a cup of cinnamon and cardamom tea along with a raspberry scone and if was DELISH! The tea was piping hot ! There are always young people working mostly, which can sometimes give you a slight feeling of being rushed. I stopped in at 5 PM on my way home and they close at 6. Had I not known they were opened I would have sworn they were closed. Everything was wrapped and they were very prepared to leave. But none the less they were great about answering my questions. The ambiance of this place is great! There are comfortable couches, chairs, tables a television and soft music playing. It would be a great meeting place for a small group meeting or something. It's very clean. The tea selections are some I have NEVER seen. The tea is loose, very fragrant and taste great. The flavors are on point.
