LOVE the people here, super friendly and great pricing! These are a local franchise and the coffee if locally roasted as well! I can recommend for a quick bite and coffee, definitely a step above Starbucks. Will come here again!

Cold no heat. Service ok. Food is an American con. Two very thin pieces of lunch meat, a little tomato and a 2" of lettuce in a wrap for 14.00. Wtf. I will need to go home and eat now. Thieves robbing the American people. Pretty soon it will just be lettuce. Not returning here,eh.

I am a big fan of Spot. I don't drink coffee but usually like their iced tea whenever I go. Went to grab a quick bite today after an appointment. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. It also held together well. I hate when a sandwich falls apart mid-meal. It was also super cheesy which was awesome! The Buffalo Chicken soup was good too. It had a good flavor and definitely was good on a colder day like today. The only drawback was the prices. I expect prices to be higher in the state of the world, but almost $10 for a breakfast sandwich was a little more than I expected. Good thing it was delicious.

I haven't been to Spot in quite a while so I was excited to go recently. I was shocked to find how much their prices have gone up and how small the portions have gotten. I stopped in with my daughter this past week and ordered my old usual: a roasted turkey panini on wheat focaccia and a mucho caramel macchiato in a mug. I also splurged and got avocado and bacon on the sandwich. My daughter wasn't hungry and just ordered a tall latte with almond milk. THIRTY DOLLARS. Surely the barista rang me up twice for something. Nope. The bacon and avocado were each over $2 extra. I think $2.25. That means that panini was EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. And the almond milk in my daughters latte was 5 cents shy of $1. I cannot even express my disappointment over the sandwich. It was SO much smaller than it used to be. I mean it's always been a bit of an extravagance but it was huge so I could justify it. But now it is not even close to what it was. I went in planning to save half for dinner. No such luck. I finished the second half off an hour after I left. Never again. Ever. Good lord I couldn't believe it.

Great coffee spot to relax, do some work on your computer, eat lunch and drink speciality coffees and smoothies. You can sit outside and enjoy your treats but it is loud with the traffic. Lots of tables inside to find a quiet place to work or relax. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Stopped in for breakfast in between appointments. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant with mayo and black pepper. Lucy, the cashier, informed they couldn't put black pepper on as it's out in the sitting area and not in the kitchen. I asked if I could grab it and give it to them to add to the sandwich to avoid me deconstructing the sandwich to add pepper. She went on to say it was "not something they do." I told her I really wanted to avoid taking the sandwich apart (also I really have an issue with temperature with my food so I didn't want to release heat in a warm sandwich). She then said "it's just not something we can do here and I can't allow it." The can't allow it statement threw me, because I didn't think it was that serious of an exchange or an unreasonable request, but whatever. I said ooookkk. Gave her my name, Rashika, paid, and found a seat. The sandwich had no mayo on it. Sent it back to be applied. It was good. What surprised me was my receipt. She called me RaSHITa. Wow! In all my years I never heard that one and can only attribute it to what Lucy felt was a bad exchange. So Lucy, I have nothing against you. Next time your uncomfortable with a customer don't take it personal, remain professional and respectful. That was disrespectful and ugly. And if you want say oh I just took a guess at the name, I'm not buying it. It was a clearly intentional jab as you never asked how to spell my name and had a clear attitude. For a first visit, it'll be my last. Kindness, patience, and decent customer service is lacking here despite the Jolly decor.

Not our normal coffee spot but happened to be wandering around the village (williamsville) when the urge for a cappuccino hit. This is a pretty decent size place. Not too many people there but there was a really nice dog in the corner, well not alone but with his owner. I like the location on Transit near Maple better with the fireplace in the middle of the room but nothing really to complain about here.

This spot location is cozy and inviting. We enjoyed a cappuccino and a London fog. The tea bag for the London fog was quality loose leaf tea then tied in a large sachet, which was appreciated. We enjoyed a grilled cheese on homemade focaccia and a bagel and lox. All in all it was delicious.

The food is decent and the wait isn't too long but the prices.... No breakfast sandwich is worth over $10 for just egg and cheese.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

It was a Saturday morning and while street parking was plentiful, the line inside was pretty long. That said, the line moved at a reasonable pace and tables seemed to turn over fairly quickly. By the time our coffees were ready, we were able to grab a seat without too much trouble. My mom ordered a black coffee while I opted for one of the seasonal lattes. Both were smooth, well balanced, and what we were hoping for on a cold winter morning! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food selection. We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. Overwinter is popular for a reason, and with better timing on my part, I know it would shine even brighter to me!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.
