LOVE the people here, super friendly and great pricing! These are a local franchise and the coffee if locally roasted as well! I can recommend for a quick bite and coffee, definitely a step above Starbucks. Will come here again!

Cold no heat. Service ok. Food is an American con. Two very thin pieces of lunch meat, a little tomato and a 2" of lettuce in a wrap for 14.00. Wtf. I will need to go home and eat now. Thieves robbing the American people. Pretty soon it will just be lettuce. Not returning here,eh.

I am a big fan of Spot. I don't drink coffee but usually like their iced tea whenever I go. Went to grab a quick bite today after an appointment. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. It also held together well. I hate when a sandwich falls apart mid-meal. It was also super cheesy which was awesome! The Buffalo Chicken soup was good too. It had a good flavor and definitely was good on a colder day like today. The only drawback was the prices. I expect prices to be higher in the state of the world, but almost $10 for a breakfast sandwich was a little more than I expected. Good thing it was delicious.

I haven't been to Spot in quite a while so I was excited to go recently. I was shocked to find how much their prices have gone up and how small the portions have gotten. I stopped in with my daughter this past week and ordered my old usual: a roasted turkey panini on wheat focaccia and a mucho caramel macchiato in a mug. I also splurged and got avocado and bacon on the sandwich. My daughter wasn't hungry and just ordered a tall latte with almond milk. THIRTY DOLLARS. Surely the barista rang me up twice for something. Nope. The bacon and avocado were each over $2 extra. I think $2.25. That means that panini was EIGHTEEN DOLLARS. And the almond milk in my daughters latte was 5 cents shy of $1. I cannot even express my disappointment over the sandwich. It was SO much smaller than it used to be. I mean it's always been a bit of an extravagance but it was huge so I could justify it. But now it is not even close to what it was. I went in planning to save half for dinner. No such luck. I finished the second half off an hour after I left. Never again. Ever. Good lord I couldn't believe it.

Great coffee spot to relax, do some work on your computer, eat lunch and drink speciality coffees and smoothies. You can sit outside and enjoy your treats but it is loud with the traffic. Lots of tables inside to find a quiet place to work or relax. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Not our normal coffee spot but happened to be wandering around the village (williamsville) when the urge for a cappuccino hit. This is a pretty decent size place. Not too many people there but there was a really nice dog in the corner, well not alone but with his owner. I like the location on Transit near Maple better with the fireplace in the middle of the room but nothing really to complain about here.

This spot location is cozy and inviting. We enjoyed a cappuccino and a London fog. The tea bag for the London fog was quality loose leaf tea then tied in a large sachet, which was appreciated. We enjoyed a grilled cheese on homemade focaccia and a bagel and lox. All in all it was delicious.

Stopped in for breakfast in between appointments. Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant with mayo and black pepper. Lucy, the cashier, informed they couldn't put black pepper on as it's out in the sitting area and not in the kitchen. I asked if I could grab it and give it to them to add to the sandwich to avoid me deconstructing the sandwich to add pepper. She went on to say it was "not something they do." I told her I really wanted to avoid taking the sandwich apart (also I really have an issue with temperature with my food so I didn't want to release heat in a warm sandwich). She then said "it's just not something we can do here and I can't allow it." The can't allow it statement threw me, because I didn't think it was that serious of an exchange or an unreasonable request, but whatever. I said ooookkk. Gave her my name, Rashika, paid, and found a seat. The sandwich had no mayo on it. Sent it back to be applied. It was good. What surprised me was my receipt. She called me RaSHITa. Wow! In all my years I never heard that one and can only attribute it to what Lucy felt was a bad exchange. So Lucy, I have nothing against you. Next time your uncomfortable with a customer don't take it personal, remain professional and respectful. That was disrespectful and ugly. And if you want say oh I just took a guess at the name, I'm not buying it. It was a clearly intentional jab as you never asked how to spell my name and had a clear attitude. For a first visit, it'll be my last. Kindness, patience, and decent customer service is lacking here despite the Jolly decor.

The food is decent and the wait isn't too long but the prices.... No breakfast sandwich is worth over $10 for just egg and cheese.

From the moment you walk in the door you hear the faint sound of music and the ambiance is welcoming. I was quite impressed with the size of this place, there is plenty of room for dining inside and seating for one person or a little group. The menu is pretty straight forward and there is a display case with wonderful cakes and other treats. The drink menu is pretty simple and there appears to be a featured item on display. We placed our orders and was given a timer to await our order preparation. We grabbed a corner seat with a couch like setting and waited patiently. Drink orders consisted of Cold Pistachio Latte , iced Adeni and a brown sugar oatmilk drink on special. We decided on a pastry also. So we ordered a Cardamom knot, Red Velvet Cake and Coconut Cake. It probably took about 10 mins from being seated before we were notified. We attempted to get up to go and pick it up, but the young lady delivered our items on a tray. The drinks were absolutely delicious! The flavors were a burst in your mouth. The Pistachio Latte was phenomenal. The Brown Butter was great, but a bit on the strong side and the Adeni was delicious, the cardamom really stood out in that drink. On to the cakes ...all were delicious.. The coconut was a little dense but delicious. There were 2 layers The cardamom knot was delicious. They usually heat them and that enhances the flavor. The red velvet was wonderful, I wondered about the type of frosting. It reminded me of a whipped cream, which I'm not a fan of but the cake was delicious. This was an awesome experience. Some additional features. The restrooms were very clean and well stocked. There is a corner area where they have games to allow people to enjoy. I watched some friends play a came of chess. Free water is available on the counter The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting.

I would like to return and try other pastries!

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

Absolutely 5/5 for everything…read more Ambiance- this is a cute coffee place but also so much more! They have many tables available for sitting and enjoying your meal. Everything was really clean and neat throughout the place. Service- ALL of the staff were wonderful. They greet you, explain all options to you and serve you too! Everyone made us feel warm and welcomed. Food- Now let's talk about the food!!!! Sooo many options. I think if I worked at the Apple Tree business park I would be in trouble! It would be hard to resist. For options, they have a ton on the menu. Lots of fried foods, sandwiches, pizza and also healthier options like hard boiled eggs to grab and go, along with salads and a lay-per-pound salad bar to pick your own toppings! Todays choice for me was a much talked about Fish Fry dinner! Omg. It comes hanging out the sides of the container and it's served with fries and all three salad options (potato, macaroni, and coleslaw). Everything was really tasty. Salads are definitely homemade and very dressed, not dry at all. The fish was fried right as we ordered so it was super hot and fresh. So delicious. We also tried 2 different types of pizza. I do wish the crust was a little more well done, but the flavors were good. My recommendation: come hungry!!! Fish fry is where it's at. I would come back here again.
