Stuck at the Buffalo airport for hours in needing a snack. I decide to go for something sweet and try out Tim Hortons. We planned during our entire trip in Canada to try it, but never found the opportunity so this was my last chance. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect airport works to be, clearly not wanting to be there, they begrudgingly took order. I got a 10 pack of their donut holes, "Tim Bits". Trying 2 of each flavor available, all were great and filled my sweet tooth craving. Having grown up in the north east, I've always been a Dunkin' Donuts man, and these were right on or with Dunkin Donuts. Good quality, consistent flavor, not too sweet, just right. I'd grab a pick me up at Tim Hortons again, no doubt! read more

The food was the normal for Tim Cortana which is very delicious. The service was very fast for an airport. The ambiance was good with seating available right away. I like the new system that they put in the on line ordering system makes them so much faster. My bagel and hash brown were very crispy and delicious. The only thing was that it was very expensive. read more

What a bunch of jerks. They purposefully messed up my order and then would not give the correct one though I paid for it and had proof. The workers here were also really rude to everyone ordering though no one was doing anything wrong. We all ordered from the Kiosk easily. Just stop at any other establishment at the airport other than this place. I really wonder who owns it. I am upset that I need to give them one star. And they gave me the wrong donut too :( read more

Being from Boise, all we have is our local coffee shops, Starbucks and Dutch Brothers. Since we are on the east coast, I have been able to try Dunkin' and now Tim Hortons since these aren't fun options for us in our neck of the woods. This little coffee stand in the airport had quite a few options for breakfast sammy, donuts and drinks. The donuts looked really good but i passed on them today. I just really wanted to try their coffee. I see their drinks all over Tik Tok so of course I had to get one. I'm going to be brutally honest, I felt confused when I ordered an iced mocha. To me, an iced mocha is your basic chocolate, milk and espresso shot. So when I ordered an iced mocha with the cashier and she asked me if I wanted milk it was quite confusing. And to make matters worse, the "trainer" decided to educate me and let me know mocha means chocolate. I chuckled and went along with it. Nothing like being belittled while you're ordering the most basic drink. I got my small iced mocha with milk. I can't believe I paid 4 bucks for this thing. The coffee was so watered down. You can barely taste the chocolate and I got a little milk in my drink. I honestly could have gotten a better drink by buying a Starbucks frap that they sell at the gas station for 4 bucks. I was so pumped to try a drink from this joint. But the service and the product totally killed it for me. My husband did enjoy his apple juice but how can you f up pre packaged apple juice? I'm happy I'm heading home to my local coffee joints, Starbys and Dutch. I'm cool on Tim Hortons. This whack coffee is marked off my to do list. read more

First, you can only order by kiosk...so of course the people in front of me at all 3 of the kiosks have never used them before....so service screeched to a halt....sausage egg sandwich, the English muffin was stale....ill leave time to eat breakfast somewhere else rather than eat at the one in the airport again... read more

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I had an early flight at BUF airport and this was literally the only place open here. The Food was not hot nor fresh, the coffee was burnt AND THE FLAVOR WAS OVER POWERING!! I asked for my coffee to be sweetened and it was extra for caramel syrup, but it was not sweet at all. Even though I ordered sweet tea. The tea was unsweetened . I did not ask for unsweetened TEA! I also order an apple juice, and instead of them having signage tell the customers where to wait for your order, they told me to wait at the other side of the counter. 5 minutes passed and I hadn't received my juice so I asked the counter attendant for it I was scolded and told that I have to grab it myself out of the cooler. There was no signs telling you that you were able to grab them and go. They had NO utensils, I had to spread my jam on my COLD SANDWICH with a straw. The two women behind the counter were extremely rude. They were speaking negatively in front of the customers about another customer who asked for a simple receipt! Their level of professionalism is NONEXISTENT! I will never be returning. And the counters and ambiance was hostile! read more

The food was decent so I was happy about that, but I ordered a medium iced coffee and received a large with so little ice that it was just a room temp coffee. A complete waste. Service was good because the long line went fast. Ambiance is that of the airport which doesn't offer much. read more

I've dealt with bad airport service before, but the employees at Tim Hortons in Buffalo Niagara International Airport take it to another level. The customer service is, at best, terrible. The staff comes across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Simple questions are met with attitude, and it often feels like you're inconveniencing them just by placing an order. There's no friendliness, no professionalism--just a general sense that they don't want to be there and don't care if your experience is awful. What makes it worse is that this isn't an isolated incident. After reading other reviews and experiencing it firsthand, it's clear this is a pattern. Management should really take note, because this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire brand. Plenty of travelers are already stressed--this place just adds to it. If you can avoid stopping here, you probably should. If I could give zero stars I would read more

I will not be returning here. The staff is very unprofessional, discussing other customers in front of other customers. The staff is grumpy and with very nasty attitudes. The food wasn't hot, and it wasn't even warm. I ordered sweet iced tea only to get cold unsweetened tea. I will not be returning. Nothing good about my experience at this location which is a shame since this is an airport location interacting with a lot of customers. I don't understand how a people can be so rude and so grumpy at 6:06am in an empty airport. If they don't won't to work, they should've stayed home! read more

Acceptable sandwiches and burritos but poor pastries! Good for quick come and go ordering which is completed at a separate location across from the food displays and pick up. This is great for reducing long waits during busy moments but the kiosk machines are not easy for everyone. The machine also do not provide orders with all of the options. I ordered the grilled burrito (sounds healthy but that just means grilled tortilla marks). This could come in bacon or sausage versions and the kiosk does not allow you to choose this. I also purchased a bottle of water and a honey cruller. I hurried to the food area to specify that I wanted bacon. I could imagine when it gets busy this could be problematic. I also had to ask if I should grab my water myself since they had a cooler in front. Again, when busy this could be problematic. The burrito was actually very good and had a helpful case to hold it with. The cruller was a bust. It was soggy in the inside and there was not sweet taste even though it looked coated in sugar. One staff member was friendly and one was not. read more

ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS. Unfreaking believable. The lack of integrity of these employees is an embarrassment and completely unacceptable. At 7:10 pm, I ordered a large lemonade. I guess the cashier misheard me as she handed me a large latte and charged me $5. I reiterated that i ordered a large lemonade and not a large latte. After she re made my order I inquired about the clear price difference between a large latte and a large lemonade. A FULL $2. As I pointed to the very menu behind her head showing the clear price difference, she continued to INSIST that the prices were the same and "that was an old menu". Yeah ok. I then got off the line and stood to the side to pull up the tim hortons app which very clearly shared the same prices as the "old" menu behind the cashier. I went back up to her and asked the employee next to her about the price difference between a large lemonade and a large latte. Knowing there was a difference, he kindly got the manager as little miss liar stood silently on the side. The manager gave me a refund for the latte i never ordered (and yet was charged for) as I informed her that her employee just tried to hoodwink me as if i was an idiot. The refund receipt said the cashier's name was dexter but I never caught her name myself as her tag was flipped during our interaction. Regardless, what should have been an easy transaction became something much more incredibly sinister. Shame on you Dexter. read more

First thing in the morning (7:00am) the lineup was long, perhaps 30 people long. They only had one person at cash, but later a friendly gentleman also started taking orders. There was a great selection of donuts and muffins. I ordered a small and medium coffee but they got the order wrong, gave me two smalls instead of one medium and one small. The guy making the coffees remade one, once I pointed out the mistake, and no apology was provided. Coffee was good. read more

I would give this place a 1 if the donuts weren't delicious...I went around 11am on a Tuesday and they were out of a ton of items. I asked if they had a black coffee without sugar and the server said yes but then gave me coffee with sugar and milk. The servers were incredibly rude when I tried to ask questions and said the order was wrong. I got the biscuit with egg and bacon and the ingredients were good but the meal was not super hot. The donuts were delicious so if you're coming here - I wouldn't plan to order anything but the donuts. My favorite was the funfetti one! read more

Went to the airport location in need of sugar to mitigate jet lag. Unfortunately, I encountered two of the rudest female employees- one black and the other appeared to be of Middle Eastern descent. Generally, I'd refrain from referencing gender/race in a review unless I found it necessary. Unfortunately, it's necessary to reference race because the black woman made it an issue. I went to a relatively empty counter to ask a menu related question when a group of young women ran in behind me. No problem, because I was first- but no, huge problem because the employee NEVER acknowledged my presence. Since I had a long layover, I decided to patiently wait it out (to no avail.) When I realized that I would never be acknowledged, I finally asked if the employee was going to help me. But alas, she and the black employee thought it more prudent to have a personal discussion without acknowledging the customers in front of them. I then had a polite conversation with one of the employees when the black employee interrupted with an aggressive stance and called me "entitled" for assuming that I should be helped?!? I'm still unsure why she misused the word, because entitlement would've caused me to act out- not patiently allow others to cut me in line while clearly being ignored. Taken aback, I reminded her that the conversation was polite and between myself and her coworker. She was overly aggressive and escalated a situation that was peaceful. My concern was that the donuts in the display case appeared to have been dropped as the frosting was smudged and I was unsure if it was old or damaged product. Nevertheless, there was no point asking an argumentative person a legitimate question when they're prone to random outbursts. Throughout my trip, I saw several locations and none displayed the awful products presented at this location. Do better and review the video from that day so you can correct your employees' behavior. read more

The worker did not want to make hot foods. Said "until her coworker gets here". Next person wanted a bagel and she said the same thing. Tim Hortons + 5:30AM + Being at the airport = breakfast of champions. I had an early morning flight from Buffalo to Chicago on Saturday and needed some fuel to get my sleepy body going. What was the cure you ask? A frozen watermelon lemonade and a maple sausage waffle sandwich thing that I forgot the actual name of, but real recognize real, right? The frozen lemonade was tasty and I've always been a big fan of these. The sandwich was tasty and way more filling then I could of expected, big props on the unique flavour the maple added to it. Overall, this is an airport Tim Horton's, you know what you are getting when you come here. Thanks for taking care of me bright and early! read more

They were out of all Iced Cappacinos and only had blueberry Timbits and a handful of honey Timbits. The line was moving at a reasonable pace, but it was pretty backed up. I ended up getting a large iced hot chocolate. The chocolate flavor was weak. I enjoyed my honey cruller. It tasted fresh and was fluffy. There is a food court seating area. The tables are well-designed to accommodate roller bags. Overall, it wasn't my best Tim Hortons experience. But in a pinch, in the airport, it will do. read more

Just got my final Tim Hortons of my vacation here at the airport in Buffalo and I'm so thankful it was here. I've had TH everyday the last 5 days because I love it so much. I wasn't sure if the airport would be the same and by my surprise it was and better! Waiting for me with a friendly smile was Scarlett. The donuts were fresh and their area was well kept and clean. Thank you TH Buffalo airport for making my final TH so good! Keep up the great work! I'll be dreaming of it in California!! P.s. please Come to Southern California please! read more

Tim Horton's I love you! We showed up at 4am on a Saturday and the employees were pleasant and courteous. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese bagel with vanilla iced coffee. He asked me if I wanted cream in it. Apparently it is not made like it is in Canada so you need to tell them to jazz up your drink with cream and sugar, because they just make it black even though it's vanilla iced coffee. Glad he forewarned me so we could add some good stuff to it. The bagel was good and the hash browns that come with it is different than the Canadian side. I forgot about that. It's not one hash brown, but hash brown sticks. Didn't matter to me as it was still good. We enjoyed our early morning coffee and food. For those who are in a hurry, there is an express cart with just Tim Horton's coffee and mini donut holes in a box. I am sure those who just want coffee appreciate the express cart. There wasn't a line when we got there, but there was definitely a line after we left. Thank you Tim Horton's! Please bring one to Austin, Tx! read more

Only 2 people working in the morning. They cannot make lattes. There's a sign at the register they do not accept cash but it doesn't say they don't accept gift cards. Not a lot to say here. Customer service was fine, but I found the product REALLY lacking. My sour cream donut was SO meh that I only ate a little less than half of it. Did I mention that it was a donut. I litereally don't think I've ever had a donut in my life before that was so bad I stopped eating it. Even those little lunch bagged donuts in the grocery store I can I finish a whole donut. If a donut is that bad... there's really something wrong. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. The bacon on the breakfast sandwich was not just paper thin, it was tissue paper thin. The whole thing just lacked. Would not go back again. Sorry Tim Hortons. read more

The absolute worst Tim Horton's experience I've ever had. The employees were not knowledgeable at all on the menu items and when I ordered my frozen hot chocolate and when it was presented, the cashier looked at it and asked the employee who made it why the whip topping looked the way it did and she said the whip cream can didn't have a top on it. If you've ever traveled through this airport you know the coffee selection has been nothing less than depressing and has always been a disappointment, so finding a Tim Hortons was so gratifying, I've had my share of sub-par coffee in this airport over the years and the worst Tim Horton's experience is an upgrade believe me. Glad Buffalo airport finally open a fast breakfast place like Tim Horton, they have great coffee, donuts and muffins! And fast! I usually don't take hot breakfast at BUF airport, it would have be either a full meal, or just wait a bit long on Which Wich. I was surprised to see TH sign this week, and quickly zoomed to get a English muffin with egg and cheese. Flavor is ok but that what you get for, and I don't complain as jut to fill up my earlier morning stomach. Even at 6 am, there already is a line up here, but they move quite fast. It is located at the food court near the TSA check in, easy to locate, and there are plenty of seats. read more

Slow service, baked goods not fully stocked. Not sure how long this Tim Hortons has been in the airport, but every time I've walked by it lines have been horribly long, except for once, when I recently gave it a chance during a non-peak time. There were 5 people ahead of me and I spent more time in line than I did checking in my bag and going through security, combined. I realized once it was my turn that it wasn't due to the customers, it was 100% the cashier, so slow. I ordered a dark roast coffee black, waited a second, then asked for a donut when she stopped me and took forever just to put in that I wanted a coffee. Not sure if their registers are more complicated at this location or what, but just to order two things literally took her over a minute to put into the register. There were other people working but they didn't open a second register until after I got up there. I got a Boston creme donut and she put it in the bag frosting side down too, so most my frosting came right off when I took it out. :( Prices aren't bad for an airport location... read more

The best part of having an airport Tim Hortons is not spending an arm and a leg for a decent coffee and snack. While prices are appreciated, the selection is grim. No soy or nonmilk options for the lactose intolerant folks. Ugh. I must have visited at an off peak time during the week because there was barely a line and the donut case was pretty stocked. There were three workers. One was "missing" and the other two were debating who should make what. Staff appears young and not too dedicated to their job duties. When I received my iced capp it was covered in coffee and whipped cream. There were no napkins stocked to clean it off myself. What an annoying mess that could've been prevented. read more

Update 10/07/2018: After seeing how many people were working and how quickly they were moving the line I decided to grab a tea before my flight. Line moved pretty quickly and staff was pleasant. Took a couple of minutes for my tea but not terrible wait time. I'm not sure if this is a new Tim Horton thing but my tea was not double cupped. The breakfast was more than dissatisfying. The Hash-brown sticks were cold and soggy and the sausage biscuit was very dry and cold.
