The cookie was so amazing. It tasted freshly baked and was soft! The employees were very attentive and made sure I had everything. The store is clean as well although I didn't go to the bathroom.

My warmed chocolate chip cookie. I had already taken a bite out of it! ‍

I was here once a week ago and I'd definitely return again. I had such a positive experience. The employee was so friendly and positive. She had my order ready quickly. I ordered a grande Pike Place Roast with one sugar and a splash of heavy cream, a warmed chocolate chip cookie, and a bacon, sausage, and egg wrap. Everything was fantastic and filling.

This is a typical starbucks, has drive through for convenience and is usually busy unless you go certain times in the afternoon. Staff are cool, but I think staff at most Starbucks locations are nice. All I ever really get are the Fraps and they are constantly good.

More like Scarebucks, because of what happened here. And no, I don't name names, so don't ask. I'm not in the habit of ruining people's lives, but I am in the habit of writing honest reviews. I was perfectly happy with this Starbucks - in fact it's probably my favourite one in Buffalo which isn't saying much as I think Starbucks is an absolutely enormous pile of dog manure and dog poo isn't even used as manure so that just shows you how bad it is... but this particular store was okay and the people working here were really friendly, great people watching here, temperature in here was okay in midwinter, the product was okay which is better than it was at most of the others. However that changed when one of the Baristas here found me on Snapchat (and cleverly identified himself as someone who worked at this particular Starbucks and had "seen me in here a few times"), and that didn't bother me (I'm verrrry hard to creep out), I'm not exactly sure how he found me but I guess it's not hard to find me if you really want to, so he then added me and then asked me about a hundred times for naked pictures including getting really aggressive about it, and I warned him to back off and he didn't. I ignored him and didn't even bother deleting him, although I considered it. Eventually he deleted me with some nasty remark because I didn't send them. So other than the psycho creepy Barista it's a good location but I have to downgrade for that particular person. Sad for this Sbux though because I was literally about to give them what might have been my first *ever* 4-star review for a Sbux, because I really don't like Sbux. Creepy employee ruined it.

Great location...drive thru is fast, and I have never had my drink prepared wrong. There is a outside seating area, with plenty of space due to covid.

There is a Starbucks everywhere. But what makes a good Starbucks. Colleen does. She told my order and didn't make me feel like a jerk, she ask me questions and I got what I wanted. She was very nice and polite, that's what makes me return to a location. Thank you for your service and the drinks were good too.

I love Starbucks, but the one day I need caffeine, they totally mess up my mobile order. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a venti with just the milk! I tasted it and was wondering "where is that coffee taste?" OH WAIT, There was none! I didn't notice until I was at school. I had to drive all the way back and waste 30 minutes of my day. It wasn't like it was super busy either. I came in at 11 am. Not a good start when you paid $7 for a drink. Update: this location never fails to disappoint. I was closer to the Starbucks at the Boulevard plaza when I went to run errands and then I had to settle on this awful location. I ordered a grande and got a tall. This is absolutely the last straw. This drink cost $5 and I got a small. I'm so pissed.

    Loved my iced Caremark machiatto-YUM!!

Stumbled in here on my lunch break one day, I get an hour lunch and I had just gone to Rachel's next door and I was in search for something to wet my beak before I got back to business. My motto has always been a yawn is a silent scream for coffee. As I entered, I was greeted with a Luke warm gaze and half smile by a customer on a laptop who had earphones in and was an ugly white male-not a great start. After I moseyed on up to the counter I was enthused by all the wonderful options, being a basic whte bitch, I ordered the Caramel machiatto. It cost 5$ but being the stud that I am I was not phased. They have other options like coffee, hit chocolate, water, and teas. The drink came out stat and I was on my way back to work as an insurance broker as one happy camper!! I will Be back on lunch breaks in the future!!

I enjoy going to Starbucks as a treat. I typically get some type of a coffee drink or frappuccino. Now that the weather is changing I may transition over to the chai tea which is really good. The drive thru is usually a long line so sometimes it's quicker to be go inside rather than the drive thru. Either way a pleasant and smooth transaction and the drinks are always delicious

Every beverage/food item I've ordered have been made correctly and in a very timely manner. The staff are all friendly, and inside it is very clean. When the weather is nice, they have a great area for you to sit outside. It can be a little noisy, due to the fact that you're looking right out to Sheridan Drive, and also because of the fact that they're located in a plaza with several other shops. The drive-thru is an absolute mess. Because of the fact that they're in a plaza, when it's backed up, cars are literally blocking other people in. When you're pulling all the way out, you have to be very careful and edge out slowly, because there is a blindspot from people coming the other way. Really, the only issue I have with this place is the drive-thru. When I come to this location, I pre-order through my mobile app, and just walk-in. I'm telling you, you're better off doing that, than trying to wait in the drive-thru line.

This is a good location within the area of Tonowanda. It's right near UB (the college campus), whole foods, trader Joe's, and within a plaza with a variety of ethnic foods. I have been to this location several times and never has a problem with any of the staff/baristas. The building is clean and quiet; an overall good place to study or just have a chill hang out session over some coffee/tea ** the decor on the walls is a cute touch!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

It was a Saturday morning and while street parking was plentiful, the line inside was pretty long. That said, the line moved at a reasonable pace and tables seemed to turn over fairly quickly. By the time our coffees were ready, we were able to grab a seat without too much trouble. My mom ordered a black coffee while I opted for one of the seasonal lattes. Both were smooth, well balanced, and what we were hoping for on a cold winter morning! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food selection. We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. Overwinter is popular for a reason, and with better timing on my part, I know it would shine even brighter to me!
