Employees are the best, I never experienced hospitality as awesome as they've displayed.

The staff are so helpful and friendly even when they're outside in freezing rain! They did a great job of explaining the flavours and the differences in drinks and then any added changes for extras if I wanted any. I asked for their opinion and they gave helpful advice. One of the staff that helped me was Kaymya. She was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful!. She made this a fantastic first experience for me. Everyone was kind and seemed genuinely interested in their engagement with customers. It makes a big difference and is a huge reason I'll be a regular. The coffee - I got both an iced latte and a hot latte- I did marshmallow and vanilla in bit and the hot was sugar free and the iced was regular sugar syrups plus whipped cream. Both were delicious! The brew itself is smooth and a solid medium blend I'd say - not watered down or bitter. Very easy to enjoy. The sugar-free didn't have any odd aftertaste at all and I usually can pick those out right away. The whipped cream tasted homemade to me. Yummy As far as value goes, I think I paid the same or similar price for both and the iced latte was much bigger. But that said, the large hot latte was in a cup that probably rivals the Tim's XLarge. So the value is really good all around. I've been waiting to go because they e been pretty busy and I was so happy I finally made it. Saturday at around 6:45 andI was in line for about 15 min which was quick moving. Every step of the process was smooth and moving along well. There is a website where you can collect rewards too. And I read that certain days have better deals. This is a very very busy drive-through only coffee shop. It's on the corner of Bailey and Maple, sort of right behind Wegmans. Often they have traffic going out into the street, which seems very dangerous to me. They have two lanes of drive-through. The employees are super friendly. They don't use an app you have to order in person each time. And if you get stuck behind someone who has some very large complicated order you are definitely going to wait for a while. I would encourage them to find a way to have people pull aside when they have a very complicated large order so that the line can continue moving for the people who just have a coffee behind them. Or to have one lane where people are only having very simple, basic coffees, hot, or cold. That would definitely keep things moving a lot faster. I got my coffee, because it was a basic coffee, but I was still stuck for over five minutes behind a very complicated order in front of me that evidently had been done incorrectly the first time. That's where the system is going to break down and that's why they have all these cars pulled out into the street waiting to get into the drive-through. There's definitely some operations person that can figure this out to be more efficient and effective and less dangerous for all the traffic. The coffee was nice, but I would hesitate to come back because of the labor, intense time intensive process all around. I'm in the area often and sometimes the line goes all the way back to the light at Wegmans. There's no way this isn't going to cause accidents and traffic problems. I'll start by saying I'm not sure what the hype is about.. it's coffee, you can customize it but you can do that any every other coffee shop. But even if it's not my thing, I will still give them credit that they do a good job of keeping the line moving quickly and they were very friendly. The choices are insane and overwhelming for someone who typically does cream and sugar but I decided to get wild and try the cinnamon roll iced coffee and holy sugar overload! I know this is what a lot of people like but it did not even seem like I was drinking coffee. They also have energy drinks if you aren't a coffee drinker so it's nice they have different options and like I said, the flavor choices are massive so there is definitely something for everyone in your car! read more

The coffee is so so good though sometimes I wish it was a little less sweet, but you can just ask them to make a less sweet and they do. Just tried 7 Brew for their opening and I'm already obsessed. I got the iced cookie butter blondie with oat milk, caramel drizzle, cold foam, and extra toasted marshmallow and it was unreal. Super smooth, very sweet, and the cookie butter flavor actually comes through without being overpowering. The cold foam was thick and creamy and the toasted marshmallow was the perfect touch. The employees were amazing, the service was quick, and everyone was incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth the hype and I'll absolutely be back! read more

Opens on Dec. 15th (according to google) but seen a lot of cars lining up today while I'm on my way to Whole foods. Ended up checking it out after & they're giving away 1 free drink/person. Drinks were already made, so you just gotta choose from the color coded menu when you were approach by staffs in your vehicle and pick it up the front. The white chocolate mocha was so good. 7 Brew Coffee just opened on Maple and Bailey in Amherst. It's drive thru and/or walk-up only. The employees walk right up to your car and take your order. You can look online at the menu or on the employees tablet. I've been here twice so far and everyone is super friendly and enthusiastic even in the bitter freezing cold and snow. I've had the iced candy cane mocha which was amazing! Their espresso is very smooth and their flavors are natural tasting. The Santa's cookie iced latte seemed like it needed more flavor but still was delicious and very smooth. Their prices are very reasonable. You can sign up for their rewards program by giving your phone number. The only thing I will say is that it's really busy and getting in and out of here is kind of dangerous and slightly annoying. I kind of wish they would reconfigure the entrance and exit. Maybe after a few months it will be semi busy and a bit easier. Biggest issue with this place is the location. It's in a horrible spot. One way in and out so you have to make a left into the traffic entering the line. The coffee itself is okay, my wife and I got two different hot coffees and we agreed they both tasted like the cappuccino machines you see at 7/11. The workers are very nice though, and the outside of the store catches your eye if you're driving by. Overall, I wouldn't recommend having to deal with the awful traffic and very mid coffee. But if you want to see the walking phone booths taking your order, it's worth the stop. read more

Staff is always friendly. Not really a place for a good cup of coffee, but more so if you're looking for something different/fun and a variety of flavors. Traffic flow to and from the road is awful. You'll get waved to go around the block several times and still not be able to enter because of the line. This will hopefully improve once the hype dies down, but it was a poor choice for a location. read more

The servers there are wonderful! so sweet and personable every time. not only that, the coffee is some of the best, and the service is so fast. I know people have complained about the traffic but I have been there every day before work and i've never been there longer than 10mins. This place is such a terrible experience. It is my worst nightmare. It is like going through a two hour long customs line except I think I could get through the border during the holidays faster. The traffic is so bad, dangerous, and the workers get understandably frustrated. It is so chaotic and is not worth it. The drinks taste watered down and are so sweet. I got a chai and it has no chai flavor just tastes like fake vanilla syrup which I got very little of. I would so much rather get Starbucks or even go to dunkin which is saying a lot. read more
