As time goes on I question why I still come here A lot of my disappointments with this location may or may not be the baristas fault. However, today I AM LIVID. I ordered a caramel macchiato with a couple customizations (extra hot, ristretto and blonde espresso). As I take my very first sip of my drink---it's mostly watered all the way down and not a caramel taste at all. I have an extra hot watered down milk! I've patronized Starbucks long enough to know that the drinks can vary based on the skill set of the barista BUT THIS IS BEYOND TERRIBLE! If I could make it back before work, I'd take this mess back. Good Lord I have no idea what's going on at this location today. 30 minutes, no exaggeration, to get through the drive-through. And it's one of those that is one lane so once you're in it you can't change your mind and get out of it. When I got to the window there was no apology for the wait. They acted like everything was normal. I understand that sometimes things happen that cause a back up. I have no idea what happened today but they could've at least had an apology for the enormous and unreasonable amount of time that it took to get through the drive-through. It took me 3 days to get a drink from this location, but when I finally did, it was worth it. Since Thursday's happy hour, I wanted to get Starbucks. Finally Sunday at 5:45pm, due to being persistent, I got my Starbucks. There was only one car ahead of me, as opposed to Thursday, Friday and Saturday when I tried to stop and there were cars in the drive thru to Main Street. Plenty of seating, a private meeting area where they do regular community activities, motivational post-its for you to take or make, a community board with all their scheduled events and events in the area, and several charity collection spots!! On top of the amazing space and offerings, the staff is crazy friendly! After just a day or two of coming in, they recognized me, welcomed me back and chatted with us like we were life-long friends. Back and better than ever! This Starbucks moved from down the street (next to Squeeze & Alex and Ani) into the plaza that was once Subway and Dunkin Donuts. Both businesses are no more and in their place is a shiny new Starbucks! The staff here has always been my favorite of any Starbucks in the area, and the new space is absolutely gorgeous. I've easily been here three times since its opening this week, and will definitely be earning my Yelp Dukedom here in no time. Since this building had a drive-thru before its reconstruction, it was able to bypass the 'no new drive-thru' restrictions that the Village of Williamsville recently established, so we've got a brand-spanking new drive thru Starbucks in the area, right by a thruway entrance/exit which is an absolute game-changer. For your furry friends in the car, they also have dog treats at the window, and can offer puppuccinos now! The space here is triple what the old location had, with a ton of small seats and even a few long tables, plus a private meeting room! Tons of counter space as well, plenty of room to fit multiple people and multiple workers. Starbucks is Starbucks, so you'll typically find the drinks here consistent with what you might find at any other location. This team is definitely among the better pourers here in Buffalo, so if you definitely want a consistent beverage then I would make this place a stop if you're looking for coffee or tea in the area. read more

The lines was extremely long due to the covid pandemic. So the only options at this time is drive thru. Still though, the line moved along fluently. I ordered the caramel frappuccino with almond milk. I was very satisfied with the drink, many times at other locations. Starbucks will always have a special place in my heart. I was a barista for over five years after high school. Starbucks is an excellent company with great benefits and awesome products. I love the taste of Starbucks coffee and like to try new products when they launch. I love the drive thru at this location. It's close to my house and sometimes I'll treat myself on my way to work. This location has friendly staff and fast service. I also like the digital menu. Recently Starbucks has remodeled many of their stores including this one. Inside it's a modern atmosphere. It's a clean look, but it has lost that homey/welcoming feeling. I do appreciate the size of this location and the multiple areas where you can sit. The North French and Transit location definitely feels cramped in comparison and it's mostly high tables, which I'm not a fan of. This location also has a bigger area toward the back that you can reserve for meetings, which I thought was cool, and I'm going to mention it to my book club as a possible meet up spot. I've been inside this store twice recently and there hasn't been toilet paper in the restroom dispensers... it's off to the side. I also do not like the Dyson hand dryer. It blows cold air(my hands are already freezing)and it is not very powerful, but I know it's about being more energy efficient. I've also been very cold sitting inside, so cold,that I've left sooner than I normally would. I usually love to hangout at Starbucks to read for my book club or catch up with friends, but lately it hasn't been comfortable. I of course will probably be back... This newly renovated Starbucks is great! It's so clean, well organized, and work-friendly. There are actually a lot of people with laptops working at this location; a lot of outlets! They have a mix of tall tables, regular tables, and a long standing table (which I'm a huge fan of!). The restrooms are super clean as well and very well maintained. The only tricky part about this place is that the parking lot is fused with the drive-thru traffic and since the parking lot is a bit narrow, it's not the best when there's a lot of traffic. A new Starbucks location opened up right next to the hotel I work at on Main St and of course I had to check it out! This one comes with a drive thru that will definitely come in handy on those rushed mornings but I decided to go inside and order to take a look. The customer service felt a little rushed and not too personable, but that was to be expected since they just opened last week and are probably still learning the menu and the process. My order was correct , two Frappachinos (one with an extra shot of espresso) and a grande coffee, black. The order took about 10 minutes to put together, a bit long since it wasn't too crowded but that could improve with time. I came here a couple days ago to get an iced caramel macchiato for a friend. I was in the area and wanted to life her spirits. I ordered a venti for her. There's not a Starbucks on my way to either of my jobs and they're pricy so I usually don't go out of my way to go there but I remembered there way one near my friend's work so I had to stop. Starbucks has the best coffee. It's the best because I can drink it black without having to add cream or sugar. I like their dark roast and their regular roast. It was a hot day on Wednesday and I couldn't remember what cold drinks I liked from Starbucks. I ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. It didn't disappoint and was quite tasty!!! To be healthier, I wanted the reduced-fat turkey bacon, cheddar & Cage-free Egg White sandwich. They were all out of it. (It was a sign from the universe to not be healthy!!!) I ordered what I originally wanted from their drive-thru menu which was the sausage and cheddar sandwich. It didn't disappoint and was so delicious. The service was prompt and efficient. We've been to this Starbucks location several times. Pre-pandemic, we've enjoyed our beverages inside. Not really a cozy space, but there is seating away from the congestion of the line, which is not always the case at Starbucks, so that is good here. But for the last year or so, it's been strictly drive-thru for our fam'. The drive-thru crew here is always very kind and helpful. The drinks are prepared per any customizations we may have with top-quality care. We have a vegan in the family, and any barista who takes our order here always has great suggestions for making a drink vegan that she wants to try. So no qualms with the crew here at all, fab' all around! My qualm with this location is it does not offer curbside pick-up, like some other Starbucks we frequent. So we have to get in the drive-thru line to pick up our app order. The line is regularly long, sometimes tricky to maneuver since there are two ways to get into the line, but it does move along most of the time. Even so, it just seems unnecessary to have app order pick-ups clogging up the drive-thru line when the parking lot next to the building is often empty. It would be great if this Starbucks could turn those spot into curbside pick-up spots, to accommodate patrons who don't want to come inside for pick-ups and who also don't want to bog down the drive-thru line. Do that, Starbucks, and I'll bump up this review to a five! :-D read more

The food here isn't great, so they definitely don't have any Starcooks. I like this one a bit better than the one on Sheridan because it's a little more homey, homie. Unfortunately it loses a star from the 3 stars I was going to give it, because the tall guy with a ginger beard (I think!?!) was less than friendly with me and I didn't appreciate it. But in general they are usually nice here. However it's an overpriced chain so I'm never going to give it an astronomical rating... Yes, it is a Starbucks, but this location has more of a neighborhood vibe than most. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and I have spent many a nights and mornings here studying. During bathroom breaks, and running to my car for this or that, the staff has gladly watched my laptop and books. As well, when looking for a suggestion to try something new, they are always knowledgable and have good suggestions. This is not a drive thru location, and the parking can get a bit hairy. As well, as all Starbucks, this place can get quite busy, but the staff handles your order and the somewhat organized chaos with ease. Overall, this is a fine Starbucks location, and it deserves 4 stars due to the staff. Warning: There is an older lady that frequents this Starbucks and likes to get into conversations with absolutely everyone. Look, I don't usually review chains because I just don't think it's necessary. But since I don't see a way to give feedback through the app, here we are. I'm here visiting friends and stopped in on my way out of town on a Friday afternoon. The place was huge - I can see it must be a great spot to study or hang out - but it was almost totally empty. I needed a pit stop but the bathroom was completely devoid of all paper products - no toilet paper, not even any seat covers, making it seem like it's probably been a hot minute since anyone checked it. I went to tell someone, but of the approximately 17 workers behind the counter, not a single one greeted me, offered to help, asked if I needed anything, etc. By the time anyone acknowledged my presence they were handing me my drink so I mentioned the bathroom issue and left. I've spent my career teaching middle and high school students. I love them. But if you don't train them in service and expect it of them, this is what you get. read more

I have been to this location maybe once before in the past, its pretty big inside but parking seems to be limited. Came in this morning at 7:40, expected there to be a lot of people but it was fairly dead to be honest. I decided to try the new smoked butterscotch latte, its pretty good but comparable to a caramel one. I got my coffee quickly, was able to get out of my street parking spot fast as well and made it to work just in time! This location is pretty much the same as any other suburban Starbucks that I've visited. Service is good and fast, the interior is cozy (albeit generic). There's a lot of seating inside and a fireplace, too. This location also has a small patio outside, which is where we like to sit when we walk to this location in the summer. My complaint is probably more customer-caused than employee, but the patio is always dirty. There always seem to be empty drink containers on the tables, even though there are multiple trash cans nearby. Seriously, people, put your trash in the garbage can. Were you raised by wolves? I'm sick of throwing your $15 venti caramel mocha double espresso whipped cream laden plastic cups of privilege away every time I want to sit down. That being said, it would be nice if the patio was cleaner when I came here to write and get my caffeine fix. It might make me more likely to stick around longer. read more

The Williamsville Starbucks location is pretty on par with every Starbucks I've ever been to. Same products, same menu. This location doesn't have a drive-thru but has a lot of comfortable seating. The atmosphere is very comfortable, I would argue more comfortable than other Starbucks in the area. There are plenty of leather chairs, couches, a fireplace and casual seating for working while enjoying a hot cup of coffee. I typically stick to my standard order, feta egg white wrap with a hot blonde roast coffee (surprisingly loaded with more caffeine than darker roasts) or I'll indulge in a Pumpkin Spice or Caramel Latte. I've never been disappointed in any coffee, latte, etc., the drinks are just rather expensive for my taste. Things I wouldn't recommend: The Frappula: looks more like smushed brains than the pictures you'll see online.. if that's what you're going for, then power to you. Mostly too much raspberry for my taste! Also, bagels. They give you toasted bagels with a flimsy butter knife and rock hard butter packets. Unless you have the time to pull your car over for a solid five minutes and battle this combo, I'd go a different route. read more
