Loved their coffee especially the brunette. First time ordering their Iced strawberry matcha latte-- the actual drink doesn't look like the ones with colorful layers (see photo). It tasted good, but felt like the drink needs more matcha. Friendly staffs. Shoutout to the employees out there still taking orders despite the heavy rain. Also loved the location for traffic wise. There's signs and cones placed on where to enter. Will be back.

I like my drinks without them too and my usually go to is the Tiramisu milk tea. It is perfect crafted with the flavor of tiramisu yet creating that creamy milk tea taste. The best part about their drinks is that they use real milk, not milk powder. They also offer some desserts but not all of them are made in store. Their tiramisu slice is decent too. Other than the regular menu, they have 2 new drinks that are rotational. I've really enjoyed their Ube matcha and salt foam Thai tea in the recent times. They also have coffee series with cool flavors for coffee lovers. There isn't a lot of seating though so most of the time my orders are a take out. You order at the counter and browse their large selection of toys especially labubus as you wait for your order. It's a cozy little space for a quick order and always delivers on the taste!

We could not tell the difference in taste between them, all you taste is "sweet", despite customizing it with way less sugar. If you're wanting a latte that tastes even remotely like coffee, I do not recommend. If you want a glorified milkshake, this might be your spot.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

I'm a stickler for a clean environment so this place checks that box down to the bathroom, that was very nicely decorated with art that made me smile. 10/10 Experience at Tea Leaf Cafe!…read more Tea Leaf Cafe in Buffalo is easily one of my favorite spots in the city. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cozy, clean, and welcoming. It's the perfect place to relax, hang out with friends, or just enjoy some quiet time. The drinks are AMAZING. Whether you're getting classic milk tea, fruit tea, or something more unique, everything tastes super fresh and perfectly balanced -- not overly sweet, just right. The boba texture is always on point too. You can tell they really care about quality. The staff is friendly, patient, and fast with orders, even when it's busy. They make you feel appreciated as a customer. If you're in Buffalo and love bubble tea (or even if you're trying it for the first time), I 100% recommend Tea Leaf Cafe.
