Usually my experience at this Tim Hortons is better compared to other locations in Lockport. When I went on Sunday my bagel wasn't toasted, was cold,and the texture was very doughy. I was the only person in line so I don't understand why I didn't receive my food as ordered. My coffee also didn't taste like there was any sugar in it. I stirred it when I pulled over. Next time, I'll be ordering it with the liquid cane sugar to prevent this issue. I don't order sugar all the time in my coffee, so it's a special treat when I do. I was happy to see they've updated their lids and cups. Better quality and less likely to spill. read more

The service at this Tim Hortons is genuinely terrible. Workers at the drive through were so rude and angry for no reason and there was a clear lack of professionalism shown. I don't recommend working at this location. I witness what I presume was a manager publicly ridiculing the young person waiting on me in front of customers and coworkers because she filled my order of donut holes and was making my frozen hot chocolate (to complete my order) Before dealing with the empty donut hole slot that I had created by purchasing them. If you're laughing uncontrollably then it's Tim Snortons. Whereas if you shouldn't wear long pants because it's too hot out, then it's Tim Shorts-on. And if your young lad is tiny, then it's Tim Short-son. Whereas if you have only 3 or 4 inches down below, then you have a Tim Short-one. And girls don't tend to appreciate Short-ones, not nearly as much as they do Hortons, anyway. This is a brand new Tim Hortons, so new in fact that I'm putting it on the Yelp map for the first time. Indeed, so new that it regrettably hasn't figured out how to make coffee yet. Service was just okay, nothing too friendly or special. Access is tricky, weirdly because there is so much space yet there's only one entry point (I know girls like that too). Worst of all, the coffee was both lukewarm, and not sweet at all, which is a double strike. It was milky, but 1 out of 3 doesn't cut it for me. Worse still, I've tried this place twice since it's literally right next to the doctor's I take my Horton-loving friend to, and both times it was similarly bad. Two strikes, you're out. 1 star. Chain info: Canadian coffee chain that is literally all over Buffalo, where I always order the 4 & 4 which you should try... it's very milky and very sweet and very delicious. It is for a good friend, but I always have some of it first (since I'm usually paying for it these days) and then judge it compared to all the other locations in town. I love Tim Hortons. It's a place I need to visit every time I go home since we do not have Tim Hortons in Vegas. The last time I visited they had the pumpkin drinks available since it was almost fall. I decided to get the pumpkin spice iced cap and it was awesome. I was very happy with my choice. I also got some tim bits (tiny doughnuts). I had to get the cake batter one because that is my favorite and those didn't disappoint either. This location is right by my house so it's really easy and convenient to drive to on Sunday morning. It was crowded but we were able to easily get a seat. Being from Buffalo Tim Hortons trumps both Dunkin Doughnuts and Starbucks and I love being able to visit this establishment whenever I can. read more

I asked for a carry try and she has such an attitude and said "they are right here" and handed me one. She literally just stared at me like I offended her. Lockport has 4 Tim Horton doughnut shops and a few satellite stores within stores, this is my go-to. Working second shift till midnight, I can still get inside and wind down with a coffee, beagle and browse the internet, without waking anybody up. A 24 hour store, I like the fireplace, TV, about 10 small tables and two lounging chairs. The other locations are fine, but more austere, restaurant doughnut shops. I find the din slightly quieter when busy on the weekends when I go, as well. It is a chain so, soup and sandwich, a piece of fruit, and a doughnut about rounds out the menu. I don't ever use the drive through so I know of no advantage or otherwise, but I feel that the interior excels and is inviting. Is it worth a special trip? NO. It is a better place for a break (inside) than the other local franchise shops. Late at night or very early few other local options. read more

We go to Tims for coffee and donuts. . It was 8pm and they close at 10 pm . They were out of donuts and said they only had a few muffins an a few cookies . They weremy making sandwiches either . Ordered a medium unsweetened ice tea with lemon and extra ice-no lemon and two pieces of ice also ordered the ham and Swiss sandwich with no tomato-they gave me a sandwich with tomato and like two little pieces of lettuce! My husband decided to surprise me with breakfast! We opted for Tim Horton's breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and a hot chocolate, pretty simple. He went at 9:30 because he figured it is not their busy rush hour and he was right! He walked in to find the place empty and the workers gathered around behind the counter chatting it up. He placed the order and waited while the one girl reluctantly left the group to prepare our sandwiches. While she worked on the sandwiches, she worked harder on keeping up with the gossip girls' hot topics. The lady who cashed him out made the drinks when she noticed none of the others had no intention of doing so. In that split second that he took his eyes off of the breakfast bagel broad she messed up the sandwiches. My hubby managed to get his sausage and egg on an English muffin just as he ordered, however my bacon and egg on a bagel turned into sausage and egg on some sort of nasty croissant. Once again this location delivers poor, slow, inaccurate service topped off with unprofessional conversations and general contempt of the one and only customer they had to wait on. This is a GREAT location ! So far that's about it. I have gone thru drive thru 9 times and 7 of those my order was wrong, I went back when I had the time and they would correct it but I barely got an apology. Done. There are too many other choices in the area to deal with this. Also they have signs posted all over asking DO NOT LITTER. Yet they are too lazy to place a trash can anywhere along the silly zigzag drive thru path ! Not beginning. Not at the end. Not in the middle. So I have witnessed cars in front and back of me tossing or setting garbage on the ground. Cmon Management wake up !
