GREAT location!! If you are heading into Niagara Falls State Park and need a coffee here's your place! Service is on point, mobile app ordering very easy and loved the outdoor area. This was perfectly placed right across the street from our hotel so I could stop there first on our way out to sightseeing. S'mores cold brew was FANTASTIC!!!! read more

The staff were not friendly and though it was busy with customers they were very unorganized in how they were handling it. People were getting orders before other people that have been there longer than them. And the fact that it took 40 minutes to get a muffin from the quick service part while my coffee was cold by the time I got the muffin. And they were not friendly when you're trying to tell them that all you had was a muffin. And the prices were higher compared to normal which we expected where it's in Niagara, but some of the prices were written lower on the signs and then they would charge higher ,then they would just shrug when you pointed it out to them that you were ordering something that was showing as a lower price. read more

Nice clean Starbucks with very friendly staff. Great service and personality even with us coming in 5 min prior to closing. They accept the app even though it is attached to a hotel. Plenty of seating outdoors. read more

This Starbucks was super busy, but efficient. I ordered a regular coffee and a sausage, egg & cheese sandwich. My coffee was ready by the time I could tap my card and my sandwich followed in less than 5mins and they were already extremely busy. The customer service was cool and overall it was a good experience. I especially liked the variety in baked goods, I had never seen a waffle as part of their baked goods of which was cool. The store was set up nice! read more

Easy service. Fast and friendly. We will return tomorrow before we go to the airport. Line was long, but didn't take too long.

During a visit to Niagara Falls, had to sport here for some java. This SB store is in the Sheraton which is across from the Senaca Resort. Like most SB locations, there was a line but it went fairly quickly. It had a decent amount of seating, was clean, and was fully stocked. The barista was friendly and got the order correctly. read more

I love Starbucks and I do not hesitate to stop by an any time of the day. However, next time in the future I will skip this one. My Coffee Frappuccino two shots of expresso was $9 I have never paid this much in Florida or any other state such an expensive price. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

Always impressed with the folks at Starbucks. The team members are always full of electricity and happy to serve you. This Starbucks was in the Sheraton and clearly larger than most. They had the normal selection of food and sandwiches and made for the perfect stopover on the way to the convention center. The team is obviously used to this and moved very well to keep the line at bay. What was also noticeable was that their prices were noticeably higher than those store around me. That did not please me. I spent $23.00 for breakfast one morning for three people. The same items by me in Long Island would be around $15.00... Why this price discrepancy??? The store itself was big and bright with plenty of space to sit and relax. Being always on the move, I was not able to enjoy that experience. Other than the items noted, it was the usual Starbucks experience, only 400 miles from home. read more

Starbucks - Beautiful location - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

I love Starbucks and am frequent patron. This place needs to be either closed or restaffed. Almost every cup coming out was not filled to the top like every other Starbucks I've been to. My matcha tea lacked flavor as the so called barista ran out of powder and did not find more. read more

This coffee house was a life saver because despite this being a tourist trap town it was the only high quality coffee shop in the area. I kept coming back to enjoy my morning and late afternoon iced coffee break. read more

Starbucks - Good morning - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Niagara Falls, New York

Fast and accurate service. All my drinks were made well. This is located in the Niagara Falls Sheraton first floor.

Another location in the middle of tourist town so the prices are just insane - $17 for two drinks really? One was a cold pressed juice and the other a chai latte... Service was okay but they seemed over staffed for no line and only a couple tables there. But it seemed like they were training employees. read more

Got a coffee on Saturday after a bunch of walking and stopped into a well known place like Starbucks for it. The prices were higher, there's no doubt, and they were very busy (but also weren't) and things seemed to be moving by at a snails pace. They sort of messed my order up a couple of times having to continue to ask me what it was I even wanted and even then it still wasn't that good. I probably should have known better and tried a local place for a coffee but it was there. They are incredibly convenient when walking down Old Falls street and across from the Casino so you can't miss the location. You get what you expect, Starbucks with higher prices in a super touristy location. read more

It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect. Unfortunately, this is one of the only coffee shops in Niagara Falls (although one is said to be coming soon to Main St), so there are currently no other local alternatives. But, for a Starbucks it's comfortable and has reliable wifi. Unfortunately, they don't serve any breakfast sandwiches here, but they do have oatmeal for breakfast! I usually get it with nuts and raisins. read more

WORST Starbucks. The black girl with the nice glasses is the laziest, most miserable Starbucks employee I've encountered in 2 countries! :) I asked for extra toasted bagel, she gave it to me cold and rolled her eyes, whined constantly about any order; horrible! Must have been one of these that do 'well' in the interview. She hates working here; after 3 days of a conference held downstairs (May 13, 14, 15) multiple individuals mentioned the awful Starbucks employee. I know Niagara Falls, NY is pretty depressing but she needs to leave, quit, get fired. Bye Bye Sheraton.... read more

$$$$8 for breakfast sandwich when any other Starbucks charges $4. Oh and when I said never mind, thank you - the cashier rolled her eyes at me. It's annoying, but I wasn't about to fork over $8 for a pre made sandwich that you're just going to throw in the toaster with a big likelihood of it being cold in the middle... reviews below. If you go across the street to a "Canadian chain" you can get a hot coffee, a donut, sausage cheddar on a English muffin for $6 with change. read more

Of all of the Starbucks I've been to, this was probably the worst experience I've had. The staff was very condescending and rude. While they offered to remake my order, I refused just because I was too frustrated to wait longer and deal with their attitudes. Starbucks staff in Russia have been more polite than at this location. Also the coffee tasted like trash, but that was the least of my problems. read more

Amazing and relaxing place for a morning coffee. You are able to get some work done and the staff are friendly. You can't redeem Stars for products, but you still can claim Stars here. read more

Good place. It is mostly crowded due to the location, so expect some wait time. The staff is good and friendly. We just went there once and went for their Iced Chai Tea and a water based iced drink (can't remember the name) and they were great. Pretty much the standard Starbucks experience. read more

I made an error in ordering from the wrong location. Jenna at the 3rd street location was not only nice enough to honor my order she also made me a new order to support my diabetic needs. Thank you for great service Jenna and 3rd street Starbucks! read more

This place is a godsend for anyone trapped at a conference in Niagara Falls. It is conveniently located inside the Sheraton Hotel adjacent to the convention center and as far as I can tell, the only coffee shop in town. I spent a great deal of time there and I was super duper happy to have a place with plentiful cozy seating, nice staff, a variety of snacks, and of course the drinks. No matter how busy it was in there they kept the line moving. The only possibly unpleasant aspect is the number of homeless people who congregate there but while I was there, everyone kept to themselves. None of them appeared to be in anyway threatening but a few could have used some soap. Thankfully they got their coffee and hung around outside at the patio area seating. read more

This Starbucks was a life saver many times during my 5 days in Niagara. To be honest, there isn't a whole lot on the American side and picking up some snacks for late night munchies here proved quite necessary. The staff was always extremely friendly and the drinks were what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Also, recovering from a redeye flight was made easier by some coffee goodness. I did find it disorienting that I wasn't able to get the baked goods I was so used to in California Starbucks', but that is to be expected as local bakeries are contracted out for the good stuff. read more

It is a hotel Starbucks. Kind of small but nice. We actually stopped to get a Niagra Falls mug for our collection and stopped to have a coffee too. The coffee was fantastic and our service was great. read more

Starbucks in second floor overpass walkway connecting the Hilton hotel with Four points hotels. Starbucks as a brand is something that amazes me. It's aka in to Banana Republic. Back in the day many moons ago I was amazed by Starbucks as I was Banana Republic. I thought both of them were so cool and wanted to aspire to enjoying both. Nowadays I'm very meh to both. Maybe tastes have changed maybe both have become so homogenous with competition and new ideas that I believe they are stale. Prices at this location are Tourist gouge more expensive which is unfortunate but this is par for the course in NF. Drinks are on average $1 -$1.50 more than regular Sbucks. Quality is okay but it's expensive for the coffee that you get. Unfortunately many places still yet to understand serving a solid cup of coffee. Mcdonalds is the closest and best to understand this lately to improve their coffee game ( I feel like putting a brown paper bag over my head for saying this) but it's true friends! Sad that a clown can compete with a mermaid with green hair for coffee quality! Go figure, lol! read more

Second worst Starbucks coffee I ever had (the worst was in Los Alamos, NM). The girl's attitude was terrible, I'm sure she's not representative of all New Yorkers but she definitely gout out the wrong side of the bed this morning. Coffee sucked and second cup too. Won't be coming back to this one. read more

Super expensive compared to other Starbucks, almost $8 for a latte?? I'm mostly unsatisfied with the barista though; I told her I was gonna use my reward, she said ok so I scanned and it deducted from my balance. Only after i inquired when I noticed did she tell me, "Oh! We don't accept rewards at this location." Would've been nice to know that Karen (not her name) before I paid. read more

We are staying at the Sheraton, so this location was great. The coffee was on par with other Starbucks, but the prices were higher than average. Reason for the two stars ? I have been to Starbucks from the west coast to the east, and down south. The service at this location is abysmal, by far the worst at any location I have patronized. They simply do not care how rude they are to the customers. I've been here 3 times in 2 days, so this was not a one time deal. There is no such thing as good customer service at this location. read more

Great service and the employees were always smiling no matter what time of day. Thank you for making my mornings smooth.

So I'm on a road trip. All Starbucks are the same, right? Apparently not. Compared to service received in the past from SB, this was appalling. 1) prices were way higher. I can deal with that, but a breakfast sandwich was almost 8 dollars. 2) the food I ordered was cold. Namely, the cold spongy egg in the middle of the sandwich. (Bleh.) 3) my dad brings his own cup, which is a 10 cent discount. Yes, it's ten cents, but when the girl at the counter doesn't count it on his second cup of coffee, she tells him that it's only ten cents, and he shouldn't worry about her mistake. 4) when I paid for my drink, I asked nicely for a split between card and cash. When the barista accidentally charged all of the order to the card, he doesn't apologize or anything, but says "there was enough on your card" and hands me back my cash. I asked him if it was easy to fix, so he tells me "it's kinda a pain in the ass" 5) this isn't anybody's fault of course, but there wasn't Starbucks WiFi, at least the morning I was there. Starbucks is great, but hopefully they get better managers at this one. Good customers should get good service. read more

This Starbucks was sooooo dirty!!! Floor had trash on it, counters had trash on them, fabrics chairs were stained and glass doors were filthy. The coffee was good and service was ok. Visiting from St Louis. I'm a Gold card member and could not get my free coffee but could collect points at this location. Very disappointed. read more

Price gouging?! Why is this location so expensive?? $2.90 for a tall drip? Go down the block to the local store and enjoy a cup there.

Taking a look at some of the previous reviews, I was surprised to see such negative comments. I've been coming to this location pretty much weekly since November when I started working in an office nearby. So I've only experienced the winter months here, so perhaps things start to go downhill in the summer months when they are busier? Only time will tell, but for now, I am a satisfied customer. I've never had to wait in a long line, the staff is polite, there is always somewhere to sit, the wifi is fast, and my order has never been incorrect. I've ordered a few of their different sandwiches when I wasn't able to pack a lunch, and I've always been pleased with them. I'm a coffee or espresso drinker, so I can't speak to any of the fancy drinks, but my coffee (hot or cold) and espresso has always been good. read more

Just your average cup of Joe. This Starbucks was roomy. I stayed at the Sheraton and made a few stops at the Starbucks for tea or coffee. This location was dull and somber for a coffee place. Most Starbucks have chirpy baristas and lively music. But this one was just plain. It seemed pricey, the customer service was mediocre at best. At least the coffee tasted good read more

Typical starbucks. Gets crazy busy on the weekends and they took forever with my basic drink order. This is NOT a normal Starbucks since it's within a Sheraton, so they do not accept your Starbucks rewards! They will accept gift cards though. read more

This place is a ripoff. The prices are double the standard Starbucks prices. Latte was 1/2 air. Avoid using this hotel's Starbucks!
