SPoT Cafe was our go-to morning coffee while staying in Niagara Falls. The ambiance is super cozy, great for photo ops! The coffee options were exactly what my kids love. There were hundreds of different ways to make your latte perfectly customized. I think this is a tour bus gathering place, so be prepared for a long line or a bunch of people flowing in at once! When it's morning and you need a coffee before boarding Maid of the Mist, check out SPot. Service was a bit slow due to the longer line, but they are great here and the food is delish. This is my favorite place to get coffee in the falls area, they have great coffee with good syrups if you like a froofy one like I do. Last year I remember trying and enjoying a breakfast sandwich, this year I just came for coffee a couple times and enjoyed making my own version of one of last year's specials (pistachio rose latte). If you're walking to the Falls stop here first and grab a cuppa. Service was pretty fast when we were in both times this year and it's got a very cute space, albeit with some chairs more ergonomic than others. read more

At first glance it looks like it not very big. Once you go in it's a good size place. Walked in was in line not long. Ordered staff was very helpful and friendly. We can't eat spring leave salad staff was very helpful got it fixed they way we needed. Very nice spot to eat. read more

Very popular coffee shop with many breakfast options! Stopped in for a quick bagel to eat on our walk to the falls. Only negative is that we ordered our bagels with butter (not a fan of cream cheese) and it came with cream cheese. The bagel was really good though! The favorite though was the French Toast muffin. SPoT Cafe Niagara Falls, NY, is owned by the same corporation that operates Cadence hotel a few blocks away. In fact, we learned about it when asking the front desk about a good place for breakfast. She told us of SPoT and gave us a 10% discount card as an extra inducement. The large basement space is across the street from the bridge to Goat Island, part of the Niagara Falls State Park, a few hundred meters above Horseshoe Falls. Not a bad stroll with hot coffee to sip in the chilly weather. We had two mornings there. Both with very good Buffalo roasted java, and breakfast wraps, original waffle and toasted bagel to eat. Almost everything was spot on, but for the waffle which arrived too cool to melt butter due to sitting too long while the other meals were prepared. Nice to have real maple syrup, but it was lost on the room temp waffle. A little more quality control in the kitchen would solve this problem. Still, the freely painted wall murals and decent pastries, made this place a legit SPoT to settle in for good early repast. read more

This was such a cute little SPoT!! We stopped in for lunch after visiting the falls and everything here was great... The decor and atmosphere is welcoming and cute; baristas/front counter associates were friendly and attentive, the restaurant is clean, and the food was yummy! I forgot to take pictures of our food- but there were four of us, we all ordered different items, and everyone enjoyed it. The only complaint I have is that it was a bit pricey- I ended up paying over $50 (with tip) for two lunches and two shakes... That being said, we have had TERRIBLE luck with dining in Niagara so far-- we were pleasantly surprised and relieved from the moment we got here. I work at Niagara Falls State Park and eat here weekly, sometimes daily! Everything is excellent, the service, food and drinks are exactly what I'm looking for. A lot of the cashiers know me by name now lol and I enjoy seeing them. Please be kind to them if there's a line, it's one of the closest restaurant/cafes to the park! There's a ton of Spot Coffees in Buffalo where I live, but this one has the best ambiance. The mural of yassified Nikola Tesla is my favorite. Go sit in the suspended egg chair, it's fun. This is a great stop over near the US/Canadian Niagara Falls border. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the interior was. The menu has all your basic breakfast/brunch options. It is decently priced and has large portions. There is paid street parking around $3/hour. Definitely recommend for coffee, treats or brunch! read more

SPoT coffee is no tourist trap! The food here is fresh, quality and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is quick despite the high traffic of customers. We ordered two breakfast burritos, a fruit cup, a latte with oat milk and ice coffee. The breakfast burrito has an option of tortilla wrap choice (whole wheat and spinach). The burrito contents contained fresh eggs, plenty of melted cheese and salsa. The tortilla wasn't soggy at all and was pressed on the grill. There was some leakage from the salsa but the burrito was still delicious! I would definitely come here again and would recommend to a friend. Next time though I would not order the fruit cup as the fruit juice made all the fruit soft and that's not my jam :) read more

I have been here twice since early August. I work in the Falls 2-3/week and came here on my first day in the Falls. On that day, the wait wasn't too bad. It was about 10-15 minutes for the Cinco shakes for my coworker and I and for my lunch. (I also got us mini apple pies, which were heavenly.) I didn't realize the pepperoni pizza that I ordered was off of the kids menu, until the employee mentioned that. I got it on a cinnamon raisin bagel and it was good. It was supposed to come with chips and I didn't realize that they forgot those until I was already back at work. I didn't call to complain or vent because I didn't have time to go back to the coffee shop. Today, a friend and I drove up to the Falls to walk and hang out. Spot was our first stop. It was INCREDIBLY busy! We had to wait in line about 20 minutes. (I did notice one of the employees seeming lost an not knowing what to do but that's understandable when it's super busy. It seemed like many of the patrons were flooding in because of the inclement weather.) They have many fun drinks and food items to choose from. I ordered a large (mucho?) white chocolate pumpkin spice mocha, a peanut butter cookie, and a western omelette with sausage. The mocha and cookie were great. The omelette had an additional fee for the sausage, since their western doesn't come with that. It came with a bagel or one other choice (I think) for a side. They had many bagels to choose from. I chose a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. My food was really great and it hit the spot. That being said, prior to tip, it came to about $23.00. My friend ordered his drink and food right after I did but didn't receive his meal after mine came up. He had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and a few of the patrons who were in line behind him received their food first. He was a little ticked off. I am mostly happy with my experience here and the food was great. For the few reasons listed above, I didn't give this place five stars, but I will definitely consider it in the future. I will be back to try more awesome fare from here. read more
