I recently stopped in on a Friday for some coffee. I came at 12:57pm and they close at 1pm. Looks like their hours are very limited 8am-1pm Friday and Saturday as of July 2020. As such, I haven't been able to try this place out properly. A 12:57pm, they didn't have any iced coffee and unfortunately didn't have an espresso machine either. I got some iced tea (which was a lemon iced tea with a little bit of sugar) and a breakfast sandwich to go. The breakky sammy was good, although a bit too much bread for the contents. I hope to be able to try their coffee later and I really hope they can expand their hours and succeed in this location. I oftentimes find myself wanting a coffee here at 3pm, but by that time; it's unfortunately closed. read more

Looking at the other reviews, this place provides a few options for food. I didn't have any of the food, and I can't even begin to tell you what the place looks like. My job ordered a cake from here, and I must say it was really good. It was a marble cake with frosting made from scratch. The cake was just right with the moistness, and the frosting was not overly sweet. Perfect in my opinion. I will one day see what the store looks like, and see what foods they offer. read more

A true hidden gem of Niagara Falls. This cafe has quick breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, and a wide assortment of coffee and tea drinks. The true highlight is probably their muffins and cookies which are absolutely to die for! Their tip jar even has an option where you can vote for the muffin of the day for tomorrow. Instead of stopping by Tim Hortons for your morning coffee and breakfast sandwich, I highly recommend stopping by here instead. The wait time in the morning is usually relatively quick and you can be in and out within 5 minutes. This is easily one of my favorite breakfast spots, and a great way to support local business! read more

Blink and you will miss it . A mini cafe on Buffalo Ave in Niagara Falls . Adorable in its smallness , this cafe has just about 4 or so tables , and bare bones decor . Service is friendly and efficient and they do have wifi . I had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg . It was fine . The sandwich came on a roll along the line of a sandwich or hamburger roll . I ordered a regular coffee and felt the coffee was quite good . Though I was not necessarily wowed, the friendly service , good coffee and my love for supporting small local business will definitely bring me back . read more

Cute local coffee shop in an area that doesn't have much competition. Loved the vintage tables/decor. Free WiFi. Delicious baked goods...and discounted day old items available. My chai latte was very watery though. Parking is street (on a side street nearby). If in the area, would be happy to support this business again! read more

The breakfast sandwiches here are the perfect portable breakfast sandwich. The roll is made daily and it's not messy so you can eat it while driving. My favorite baked goods here are the cookies and creams scones and the s'mores muffin. Once they had a tres leches cake and it was one of the most delicious things I've ever had. We just happened to be in the Falls and wanted breakfast, and I'm so glad we ended up here! I had the cowboy quiche and my wife had a peanut butter cup scone, then we split a cinnamon roll. Stopped here before our drive home. The place was quaint and very clean. The staff was friendly and we received excellent service. We tried the quiche, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and a lemon blueberry scone. All delicious and worth the stop. The scone was my favorite. read more

Disappointed to say the least. My mom ordered two dozen Easter cutout cookies at the cost of $20 per dozen. We had seen pictures of other custom orders posted and were impressed with the look of the cookies, and our previous visit had prove the goodies to be tasty. Though they taste ok, the cookies we received were very simply decorated and the majority were very small (little chicks approx 2" across) for the price. When my mom contacted Sugar Street to express her disappointment, she was told that "the photos on Facebook were custom orders that cost $30-36 per dozen due to their time consuming designs..." How were we supposed to know that? She contacted them to place an order for Easter themed cookies- isn't that custom as well? Besides excuses and apologies, nothing else was offered. Not even a coffee or pastry to entice us back in. We are no strangers to quality baked goods and are more than willing to pay fair prices for quality taste and appearance. Usually we'd order from Dessert Deli or Muscoreil's, but we wanted to try and keep our business local. We won't be giving it to Sugar Street again. read more
