So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. Redeemability: 3/5 (requires app download and sign-up, kinda convoluted) Actual value: 2.5/5 (50% off a regular dessert) Though the birthday reward itself was pretty mid, Meet Fresh has been my family's favorite since the late 2000s in Taiwan -- especially my mom's. Honestly, I get it completely. A bowl of freshly shaved ice topped with condensed milk, brown sugar, taro tapioca balls, Japanese custard pudding, freshly cooked taro, red beans, and Job's tears etc -- it's an experience you just can't get from HK dessert shops or Korean bingsu spots. This was my favourite Belgian waffle, it had blondes, biscoff sauce that was nice and warm, biscoff cookie crumble with honey vanilla ice cream. Everything worked well together and tasted amazing. I loved the warm and crispiness of the waffle. It was definitely the star dessert at demetres! It was presented nicely with icing sugar and sauce over the waffles. I would most likely order this waffle again next time!
