If you're into pour overs, Detour has an incredible selection of their own coffee bean roasts. Not a coffee fan? No problem. I also recommend this spot to pick up the best artisan style sourdough I've had in this area (if you're not close to Dear Grain Commissary in downtown Hamilton). They might close if it is raining. After they shave the ice, they poke holes right to the middle so that the flavour syrups flow right through. We ordered the following: 1. The Kensington: Hawaiian style, with Blue Raspberry, Pineapple, Cherry, Snow Cap ($11.50). 2. Shaved Ice, with Blue Raspberry, Banana,  Strawberry, Snow Cap ($8.50).
