My husband and I have been thinking about remodeling our bathroom and have been to different places looking for the right tiles to use. Since I had a lot of questions I was not getting a lot of help. I came across Tiles Warehouse on Yelp. I had apprehension when I read all the negative reviews but I had to see for myself because the pictures of all tiles on the website was very appealing. When I visited I spoke to Steven. Right away I told him I had a lot of questions and he said no problem and how could he help. I told him I was interested in doing a bathroom remodel but I wanted to use the right tiles for such a high traffic area that would offer beauty, durability and of course not too costly. Steven answered all my questions and he was very kind and patient. I even told him that I have to come back with my husband and he said that he understood and said I could call him if I had anymore questions. I was very satisfied with the answers and I am sure that my husband will be too and would want to do our bathroom project with Tiles Warehouse. read more

I went to this place with a friend, both of us are in remodel mode. Steven was knowledgeable, friendly & professional. His products are high-end & the quality is top level, such a value for the prices! We both walked away as very satisfied customers & we'll be back for our next projects . Thank you, thank you Steven! read more

During our kitchen remodel I was agonizing over countertops. I was leaning toward quartz but I could just not get past the uniformity of the patterns. I wanted something that was stunning. I am extremely picky and had spent many hours looking at quartz and granite and was not happy with anything I had seen at the local granite stores. My wife had been by Tiles Warehouse and liked what she saw so I decided to go check it out. The first slab I saw I knew was the one. It was amazing. Steven worked with me all through the process as I had many questions and a few changes. We were able to pick exactly what sections of the slabs went where so we got the exact look we wanted. The installation was flawless. Fredy is the man. I could have had granite installed for less, but paying a bit extra was well worth it to get exactly what I wanted. read more

Steven and Tiles Warehouse did a great job with our quartz countertops! They are professional, precise, have a quick turnaround time, reasonable, and pay attention to detail. The customer service is above and beyond any countertop place I've ever used. I absolutely love my counters, they look like a Masterpiece! Thanks Tiles Warehouse! read more

So it seems like there are mixed reviews for this place based off what I see. The owner "Steve" is very good to clients if he assumes they are about to spend a lot of money. Anyone who he assumes is not spending a lot of money, he treats with a very smart, snarky attitude like he's better than everyone. Came in here just to browse and ask questions because I am about to remodel and I want to redo 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. He must have Thought I am broke or don't have money to spend because he never gave me the time of day. While I was walking around and trying to ask questions he was on his cell phone texting away not paying attention. Must have been having a bad day. Based on the snarky replies I see him making to people here on yelp it definitely makes sense. Little did he know I was ready to spend a lot of money and I am gladly shopping elsewhere. Plenty of other tile shops that will treat you like a decent human being which is all I ask for, I don't need the red carpet treatment. Thanks! read more

Bad customer service they don't even want to bother putting your purchase on the truck

My husband and I had been shopping for weeks and weeks searching for a countertop for our kitchen remodel. We had collected numerous bids, had looked at dozens of samples of quartz (the material we thought we wanted for our countertop) and still were no closer to a final decision. That was until we drove by Tile Warehouse and saw a big sale sign and decided to see what this company had to offer. We are so glad we did!! We met Steven and he graciously and patiently educated us about quartz vs granite countertops and what is the best material for kitchens. After our tutorial we toured the slab yard that had some very beautiful slabs of granite and other natural stone. There were so many different slabs of all colors and patterns to choose from and at excellent prices my husband and I could not decide. So Steven kindly retrieved a cabinet door of similar color and style that we have in our new kitchen and held it to the various slabs that we liked and that has made all the difference. We were able to choose a beautiful granite slab that complimented our new kitchen cabinets!! Besides Steven's excellent customer service and going out of his way to make sure that we are satisfied customers he made sure that we had a product that was not only a beautiful quality product but also a product that fit into our budget. Since we were so satisfied with our granite countertop top we have returned to Tile Warehouse for glass subway tile for our backslash which is once again absolutely top quality and budget friendly. Thank you Steven! read more

We purchased tile for our kitchen to go with our new counter top. Steven was very helpful with ideas and we left very confident in our choice of tile and color. We had gone to some big box stores as suggested by others and all three times we waited and waited, went to look for help and never got any. We would much rather support a local small business with the personal touch and customer service we received at Tiles Warehouse. We will be back when we start our next project! read more

Steve at Tiles Warehouse was highly recommended to us by a close friend who had worked with him on several home projects and remodels. The recommendation served us VERY well in our own home remodel project. We had already purchased from a different vendor beautiful granite slabs for our new kitchen and we needed assistance in some complicated fabrication work. (We were not acquainted with Tiles Warehouse when we made our purchase; otherwise, we would have considered buying from them.) Steve was extremely responsive to our needs and equally creative in his recommendations for fabrication. We had a matching pair of granite slabs plus an additional one, but we truly wanted one of the two matched slabs as our central island. Steve was able to use the two "mismatched" slabs to fabricate the countertops around the perimeter of our large kitchen. The seams are basically invisible. I don't know how he was able to make the pattern appear as if it were in a single slab when there were two seamed together but that is precisely the result he achieved. I recommend Tiles Warehouse highly for remodel or new construction work. Very skilled and very responsive. Rates are competitive. read more

We recently remodeled our kitchen and used Steven and his team at Tiles Warehouse for materials (quartz countertops and tile backsplash) and install. We simply can't say enough good things about the service, selection, price and ability to provide information throughout our project They we're more cost friendly than all their competitors and the service both in the show room and during install we're impeccable. We'll be using them for our fireplace project moving forward and we highly recommend them for any and all home improvement projects. read more

Steven is amazing! I stopped by his shop in Concord and found the most amazing assortment of counter top materials. I eventually chose the Portuguese Marble. The quality of his pieces far surpassed all the other shops I visited. But when it came to the workmanship and the install- best experience that I had in the whole house remodeling process. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was superb. Additionally we had a great conversation and he is an incredibly interesting person. I highly recommend his services. Totally impressed!! Thank you! read more

I absolutely love this store and Steven. Very friendly, helpful and the most gorgeous tile selection. I bought tile for my bathroom and it is so unusual and breathtaking. Can't wait to start my next bathroom, I love the unique choices. Highly recommended read more

Stephen is knowledgeable and very thoughtful with his comments. Tile Warehouse has an amazing selection of tiles (colors, designs, ceramics/glass/sizes). The prices are very reasonable with exquisite selections for different price ranges. The customer service was excellent when I visited the store. And if you can believe it even extended with communication via phone/text! He was on the ball with every element. This was the most pleasant part of my house renovation. Stephen's warm presence was focused on my needs, explaining the process of remodeling step by step. I will recommend anyone to Tile Warehouse and surely return! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. So much went wrong, from incorrectly measuring the granite area from the plans and coming back with a 50% increase in fabrication costs (8 sq. ft. was missed); which we were able to negotiate down, to the slabs being delivered with the wrong edge treatment and having to send them back twice to get corrected to an acceptable level, even with the wrong edge. Was told that the Owner had his own crews for fabricating, but the job was farmed out to another shop, with little or no follow up from Steven H. He was willing to refund the extra cost for the edge that they didn't provide, but was not at all willing to reduce the price further for screwing the whole job up, delays, additional work required by my contractor to correct their mistakes. Look, I'm an Architect, every Architect friend I know and every Contractor, and Client that I work with are going to know to stay away from here. Worst experience ever! read more

ABOVE AND BEYOND! We have purchased tile from Steven at Tiles Warehouse on two occasions ~ once for a master bathroom remodel in our Lafayette home and a second time for a new home we are building in British Columbia, Canada. Both purchases were marbles and Italian porcelain tiles. Steven has an impressive selection of both. As important as the amazing tile selection is, the customer service and support provided by Steven is second to none. We needed to export our recent marble tile purchase to Canada for our build. Due to the pandemic related border closure this was a big hurdle for me. Steven took charge of carefully repacking all the tile, engaged the commercial shipping company and customs broker. He safely transported our beautiful tiles to British Columbia in perfect condition! We are very grateful for the amazing service, commitment and beautiful product we received from Tiles Warehouse. We highly recommend this shop! Thank you, Steven read more

They did a great job, start to finish!! They have a good selection of more unique granite slabs and I found the perfect one for my kitchen. Steven was great about planning the layout of the kitchen and communicating throughout the process. I definitely recommend them! read more

Steven was wonderful and helpful. (We bought a granite slab there.) And his recommendation for granite installation was professional, friendly, and attended to every detail. We appreciated every minute! - Theresa read more

Please do not use this place for any services. Unless you spend over $15,000 you are not a priority. The owner doubled the price on my job and when I asked why, he would not even itemize and explain. He just said "its a lot of work and its not worth my time to itemize it". My job was still almost $2000 but I guess that was not enough, so I said NO THANKS! I will go where my hard earned money is appreciated. The owner seemed really nice at first but when it came time to discuss price, he looked at me like my questions were worthless. read more

I bought my counter top and my backsplash tile through Tiles Warehouse and I had nothing but the best experiences with them. They went above and beyond to not only be professional but caring as well. When my contractor made an error in calculations for the tile order, Steven the owner personally called me to tell me about the error and was happy to call my contractor. He explained the situation and everything worked out perfectly even though they would have sold more tile and made more money if they just went along with what I originally ordered. Not only do they carry a great selection but they are more than willing to give input on how to make any project, big or small, look great. I am very happy with how everything turned out and I certainly could not have done it without them! read more

Tiles Warehouse is fantastic. Steven has a wonderful selection and the prices are reasonable. We looked around at many different slab yards across the Bay Area, but no one else had the variety and flexibility of Tiles Warehouse. We redid 4 bathrooms and a wetbar. We wanted each to have a unique and distinct look. If we were to have went with any other slab supplier we would not have been able to do that. Tiles Warehouse allows you to buy 1/2 and 1/4 slabs. Most other suppliers require you to buy an entire slab. Additionally, since they do the fabrication in house, you are not having to pay for a slab pick up fee. We would highly recommend Tiles Warehouse to anyone. read more

I purchased a few items for my condo, including floor and wall tiles that my contractor did and a wonderful custom granite slab for the kitchen that Stephen custom cut and installed along with the backsplash (around 2 plugs & switches.) Stephen even allowed me to block out the areas I liked on the slab for individual installation. The prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Installation was top notch and the end product was amazing! It was exactly as I envisioned it. They have a large selection of tiles and stone, much better and more unique than the warehouse stores. Overall, a winner! read more

As anyone who has gone through the process of picking a slab for a countertop can tell you, it can be an agonizing experience. Is it the right material, how will it look when it is installed, does it match the color schemes you are working with. That's where Tile Warehouse excels. Not only did they have a selection of the most beautiful slabs we had ever seen, Steven and his staff helped us every step of the way, and made our decision process very easy. The very unique Brazilian Quartzite that we picked, has made our new kitchen world class. Fredy and his crew took their time to insure the installation was perfect, and left our kitchen spotless. If you're looking for the "personal touch" and excellent customer service, we highly recommend the Tile Warehouse. read more

My husband and I were looking for some sort of stone countertop for our kitchen. Tiles Warehouse had a very nice selection, and the customer service far outshined any other place we looked. Both Steven the owner and Jason the sales rep., were very curtious and helpful. We got our Brazilian Quarzite and a new stainless sink installed today, and love it! I highly recommend it. read more

Was very pleased with the service that I rec'd from this company from the beginning to the end of the job. The owner was very friendly and kept in contact throughout the process of the job. Which is not to often you find from a company now adays. The work came out just terrific. The workers were polite and did an amazing job. I am so happy with the way my tub/shower turned out. I would recommend this company and I will definitely be going back when I decide to remodel my other bathroom. read more

I would recommend Tiles Warehouse to anyone and everyone!! They have a great selection of granite, tile and hardwood flooring. My kitchen came out better than it would have if I had not used them. They are responsive, helpful and have great design ideas. We went several places and ended up here and am so glad we did. We had such a great experience with the granite counter top that we bought the tile back splash there and had them install it. All of the prices were more than fair compared to other suppliers with lesser quality materials. We also bought our kitchen sink there and they gave us a lower price than the lowest online price. It is the nicest sink I found and no one else in the area had it. Now we are having them install the hardwood floor that we bought from them. The cost of the flooring was significantly lower than anywhere else and their tile and flooring installer is awesome! read more

I recently used this company for a slab of Quartzite for a Kitchen island, we searched all over the bay area looking for what we wanted, most places all had the same styles but this place had very high end and unique slabs. The owner is there all the time to discuss options and very helpful, they install was incredible, they took their time and made perfect cuts for the rangetop install, could not be happier. They know what they are doing, I highly recommend them. Keep in mind it takes about 2 weeks after you pick the stone for install, they are busy but are worth the wait read more

When I first decided to replace my countertops, I started at the bargain prefab granite spot. After one of the larger outfits couldn't meet my schedule, not to mention their void in customer service, I looked elsewhere. I am so glad that I did because Tiles Warehouse came through with beautiful custom granite, met my tight schedule and was only slightly more than the subpar prefab spot. They even helped me with the design of the backsplash by pointing out the intricacies that I didn't understand such as texture, finish, color, etc. Before making a purchase, take a trip here and ask for Steven, he will take care of you. read more

Tiles warehouse is definitely the place to go for your kitchen countertops. They have a great selection of exotic granite slabs. Their fabrication and installation of custom designed countertops are impeccable. Seams are kept to bare minimum, but are almost undetectable when needed. High quality products and service at very fair prices make Tiles Warehouse the right choice. We couldn't be happier about choosing Tiles Warehouse. We know that you will be too! read more

We are extremely pleased with the job that Stephen and his excellent team at Tiles Warehouse did for us. They installed beautiful countertops and backsplash in our kitchen and also a new countertop for our laundry room sink. The kitchen remodel included converting the two tier island to a single level. We initially wanted to do an inexpensive job (our kitchen island only), but we could not get any granite contractor to come out to look at our kitchen. Steven was the only one willing to come out and take on a small job. He was very accommodating to our schedule and was willing to take on a small job. Half way through demolition, we changed our minds and decided to do the whole kitchen in an exotic stone. Steven, again, was very accommodating and credited us back for the stone he had already purchased for our island. Fabrication and installation were fabulous and price was reasonable. We could not be happier and would recommend Tiles Warehouse to anyone. read more

Tiles Warehouse is amazing and so is the owner, Steven. When no other granite contractor was willing to come by our place (they wanted us to take measurements and send photos), Steven came by to view our project and discuss our options. He was very patient, not pushy, but extremely customer service oriented. We initially had a small job, probably around $4,000. Steven was very willing to take on this small job and had already ordered a slab for us when we decided to replace all of the kitchen countertops instead. We were constantly being updated with the status of our job. When it came to the backsplash, Steven presented us with various options (at various price intervals) and showed us material that complimented our granite. We highly recommend Tiles Warehouse. The price was on par with other granite contractors (we obtained 4 bids). You won't be disappointed. read more

We recently completed a remodel on our home and after receiving over 10 quotes to install our Caesarstone kitchen countertop, we hired Steven and his company, Tiles Warehouse. We could not be happier! In order to install Caesarstone, the installer has to have completed training with the company and be certified to install their product. Steven is not only certified, but is tremendously knowledgeable about the various countertop surfaces, both quartz and granite, and was a true pleasure to work with. Steven kept in continuous contact with us about the status of our job and even texted us photos of our slabs once they arrived at his warehouse. On the day of the install he was at our home overseeing the installation and ensuring that the job was done meticulously. Once completed, Steven reached out to us to make sure that we were satisfied. Did I mention that his bid was actually the lowest? Amazing! We have a second job on the horizon and I look forward to working with the Steven and the team at Tiles Warehouse again. We give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work and product at a reasonable price. Kudos! read more
