I put off checking this place out because my wife and I dont care much for beer. I finally visited when I was looking for a new place to do brunch at and discovered what I was missing. This place is not just a brewery but serves up some really good food. The smoked brisket sandwich has been my favorite item. Now back to the drinks... While we don't drink beer we tried the seltzers here and it was amazing especially the cranberry pineapple which to this day remains our favorite seltzer ever even after trying other options from so many other breweries in SoCal. read more

This place is the place! The food is fantastic! You won't find a $6 burger but the quality is unhooked. The brews on tap are quite good. Make sure you ask about the rootbeer! It's a hidden gem crafted by the kid there. The atmosphere is A wonderful and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They have games scattered all over the tables, comics upstairs and table tennis and corn hole in the back. You can actually walk right behind the scenes here. Some of the food may come off as a little pricy but I encourage you to try it. They really made something special here. Go and have a conversation with them, enjoy a good night. I finally got the chance to check this place out, and man am I glad I did! From the moment I walked in I was greeted friendly, and the beers were GREAT! I tried a flight with a variety of each category since I'm a beer lover, and I would say my two favorites were the Juicy IPA and the Smokey Brown. The Juicy IPA was super smooth and the Smokey Brown has such a unique flavor that I fell in love with. I will definitely be coming by more often, especially that I live a walking distance away. So we went inside with our dog. First thing that was said as soon as we went in was if our dog was a service dog and only except's service dogs. Update. My son and I have been back 5 or 6 times. Neither of us are beer drinkers, but the family atmosphere and consistently delectable offerings keep us coming back. We're so taken with Thompson's Brewing that we've brought different family and friends along when we go. Everyone has the same experience.....fantastic service (you'll be treated like family), great food (tacos, the award winning burger and the Mac n cheese with the pulled pork), and welcoming experience. This is our new favorite local brewery! Other breweries in the area are bland compared to what is offered at Thompson's. We absolutely ADORE Brian, Martha, Bella, Corbin and all the others! We are always greeted with a warm and friendly hello, and Corbin often comes to play with our 12 and 8 year olds, which is so nice! I love their burgers and the bleu cheese tots!!! The cranberry Belgium is the best, but all the beers are perfect!!! I like that they aren't IPA heavy.... I appreciate all the warm touches such as board games, comics, darts, ring toss, ping pong, etc! There is so much for us to do without being distracted by electronics! Excellent brewery I love the atmosphere. Their food is very delicious and you definitely get your money's worth for the size. Even if you don't drink beer they have other drinking selections. Specifically their Root Beer and Cream Soda pops are phenomenal and made there at the facility. Came for the beer, stayed for the food. So many things to love about this place, the staff are all awesome and friendly and it's even more apparent when you see them interact with their regulars. Awesome variety of beers and I appreciate all the options of sours. They also serve different flavored booze slushies every weekend. The food is insane- can never go wrong with the smoked meats like pork fries to share or a dummy thicc burger to gorge on solo. Trash service. They announce last call for food orders and then insist you take it to go, and rush you out the door. One of the male servers with the long hair and pony tail was beyond rude. He dropped my burger on the table and said "I can give you 10 minutes to eat this then you gotta go" When I asked for a napkin they were making remarks about us to the rest of the staff. It feels like you are dinning in the Thompson's back yard - that homey and welcoming vibe. This place is great for a night out with friends or an evening out with the whole family. The crispy fried pickles and organic vegan patty as a classic patty was delicious! As well as the Pub Burger made with organic grass fed beef. Friday night long week Mr.GC was tired and was looking forward to a simple night of food, beer and relaxing conversation. We walked in clean white atmosphere, kinda going towards a modern strimline feel to me. Color wooden chairs tucked in under a dark solid counter table top. Our cashier which I believe is the owner and master mind behind the food. I know there establishment is family owned cause I looked it up. We ordered a flight and with quite a selection of food between Mr.GC and I. The majority of or 4oz. Beers were light. Types were, Cranberry, cherry, pear, Belgium, and Carmel whisky ale which was the only dark we got. We try to change it up. The food was delicious upscale beer food, gourmet style for sure. Off the sharable we chose the cucumber sides, I liked them it was quite refreshing.. a nice break from the fried foods. Mr.GC and I both wanted to try the fried grilled cheese wrapped in cornflakes for the breading, of course he wanted the jalapeño version including his main meal which was this supreme style beef hotdog. Oozing white cheese, cream sauce packed with eye popping green jalapeño peeping through. It did end up all over his shirt. Lol... can't take him nowhere. I had to go with the Bratwurst covered in brown mustard, sauerkraut, pickled onions on top of a warm kozy pretzel bun. It was delicious and to add spicy mustard for the kick, made it amazing. I would go back just for the dog. Out of our flight we didn't choose any of them. We both ended liking Imperial Irish red. Ordering a glass of it or two. The game taboo was on the table, so I asked Mr.GC if he wanted to play or ever had, he said no.... So of course what do I do... I teach him and we start playing. I was just rolling on how his mind process to describe words...no matter what it was he used it some way to do with private parts. It was just classic fun and laughter as it should be... Such a cool little place, with a fun menu. My whole family, 8 year old included, enjoy going here. She loves the root beer, and my husband and I love their fun craft beer selection (of course!). The menu would be considered upscale bar food. They have different types "loaded" fries and tater tots, which you can add cheese, onions, bacon, chili, blue cheese, jalapeño and so on. They have fun gastropub type hamburgers and "shareables"- which include crusted wings, cucumber bites, and other cool little bite size items. Beer is good, lots of Belgian types, which is a nice change from some of the other breweries that try to "hop" you to death. read more

Looking for a great non chain burger place, read they had great bisquits and gravy (saturday 12 to 4). Burger was great, nothing overpowered in taste, all worked well together. Tried the mac and cheese crisp, great flavor and texture, best mac n cheese ever(and I don't like mac n cheese). Biscuits are home made as is the gravy great flavor. Owner is very personable. They have a variety of seating choices, but at some point with as busy as they are could use an upgrade. That is the only reason not a 5th star read more
