It was late and my boyfriend and I wanted something different. I found this place on IG ad. It was 7:00 and saw they closed at 8:00. We literally jumped in the car and got there took us no more than 5 minutes. When we got there the place was nice. Something different. We were greeted right away and the girl took our order. We got 2 American Burgers. The burgers were ahh good. The Pattie's could've used a little more flavor but overall they were good. The fries though, my fav part. I love salty crunchy Fries and these were IT!!! Ambiance was pretty cool and to see their story on the wall was interesting how it all started. The lady who was cleaning up at the end was very sweet and friendly. She's what made the place for me. She was kind and talked to my son and just good vibe. Some of the flavors of soda were out so we were only limited to 3-4 choices but we'll live. Overall experience: I liked it. Haven't been there during the day but I would love to come back during the day to see how it is. Have to try other things on the menu. :) read more

This is my family's favorite brewery. (We have been to several throughout California.) The environment is great! The owners really know how to take care of you. The food is everything! The pub burger is AMAZING!! Basically all the food is, I recommend anything off of their delicious menu. My 10 year old daughter has a blast with the board games. So glad we finally made it to their new location. We had two children during the move/re-model but it was worth the wait! Beer was just as great as we remembered and their food was so good! I really enjoyed their cranberry stout (I think that's what it is called) and my hubby loved the single IPA, Imperial stout and their Irish red. I had their cheddar dog with bacon and green onion.. (AMAZING) and hubby enjoyed their pub burger with onion rings. Now I am not terribly fond of onion rings and I will be ordering them next time! Perfect ratio of crunch and onion! Batter was great! Gave us a sample of mozzarella sticks and they do not disappoint! Great brewery where you can enjoy craft beer and bring your children if you want to! My boyfriend and I went to their old location a few years ago, when the brewery was just in a tiny room, and it's so crazy to see how much they have grown since! Thompson Brewing is a small, family-run brewery, and I couldn't have enjoyed the atmosphere more. They have their daughter working the kitchen and their son at the register every so often, and they are SUCH polite kids with great customer service - their parents taught them well! Food was great and the beer was PHENOMENAL. They also have a little play area for kids downstairs, along with board games and comic books upstairs! My boyfriend and I definitely plan to make this place a regular hangout spot for our friends and I as it has everything you need: beer, food, and entertainment, with exceptional customer service! So I'm sitting here @ 4 on a Saturday having brunch. Fantastic as always. The food here stands on its own, so even if Somethings wrong with you and you don't like beer, come to eat. A friend asked me about this place what I liked more the food or the beer. That's like asking a parent which child they love the most. I'm eating the Chicken Fried Steak with Tots and a Mosaic IPA. I really enjoyed my experience at Thompson. The employees were very friendly, when we walked in the gentleman working explained where everything was, gave my husband and I a taster of each beer we wanted to try. There is tons of seating and games available to pass the time. Just wrapping up dinner with my wife, 4 kids, and my parents. Sitting here and thinking about how truly awesome the food, drink, and service are here. Let's start with the food. My buffalo style chicken sandwich was perfectly spicy, smothered in pickles, and needed two hands to hold. Wifey had the chipotle burger (which I've had previously and did not disappoint). My folks had the hot mess chicken sandwich and the sweet chicken. Both looked amazing. The fries are crispy and addicting. The kids meals are great with mini corn dogs, and there are a ton of board games to entertain while we relax with our top notch brews. Staff was beyond courteous, checked in on us (which is awesome when you consider they are counter service), and made sure we felt at home. We love coming here!!!! read more

Thompson Brewing is a very nice place. Both for the food and the atmosphere. The atmosphere is really nice with lots of seating areas and things to entertain yourself with. This spot is up there with my favorite designs/atmospheres. My family and I visited for Sunday Brunch, and the waffles and tater tots are delicious. My favorite is the Peach Waffle. Overall, a very good place I can't wait to go back to. P.S. I can't drink (yet) so don't ask me about the "Brewing" part. read more

Don't let the small front/entry area fool you, this brewery has a large patio area in the back and additional seating upstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for us being it was our first time there. There was a variety of beers to choose from and we were able to taste a few before committing to a full cup. We had their pretzel which was perfect with a side of cheese. It was yummy. I'm not sure where to begin , the people seem nice and the beer was OK. However , the ambiance is something related to a MAGA rally , weird-annoying music and people not following 6ft regulations/ people with no masks in line. I paid over 40$ for two drinks and 2 burgers, one of the drinks was wine and it was served in a plastic cup about 25% full. I ordered the craft burger and all I could taste was vinegar , I had to get rid of the buns but it didn't really help it was too late to save it. Once I was inside the place I couldn't wait to leave. Definitely not coming back. I would also add that their rating "A" is a sign made by them claiming they lost their original rating suspect at best. read more

First time here, and was not disappointed. Food was amazing, staff was super friendly, and they even have some craft sodas if you're not a beer drinker. There was a small incident with a drunk customer. It was handled quickly and professionally by the staff with minimal interruption to the rest of the diners/drinkers. Super props for that. This place accurately deserves 3.5 stars based on the overall experience. I rounded up on behalf of the food, not the setting. The first part of this review will focus on the food. We tried the brisket sandwich, BBQ beans, pork fries, American fries and pub burger. The food was very good. The brisket was well cooked and had great flavor. The beans were a little too sweet, but still good. The pulled pork on the pork fries was also well done. The combination of flavor worked very well. The American fries were their version of animal style fries found at In n Out. However, these were much better and had tons of flavor. The pub burger was also very tasty, well constructed and a good portion. Now, for the bad.... The overall setup is very clumsy. Order at the counter, take a number and your canned drink, make up a cup of ice and then, try to find a place to sit amongst a series of benches. Various sitting areas, tables all pushed together. Some comic books to peruse and a partially functioning, wall sized scrabble board. All in all, the environment is not inviting and does not tempt you to exent your visit. This review is strictly on the food and service, not any of the beers. My wife picked this place out because they had some good pictures from people on Yelp. Initially, what made her want to come here was the brisket and Mac and cheese, but when we got to the restaurant she ended up getting the Brisket Nachos. Sadly she was disappointed by it and the German chocolate cake she wanted to try too. The only thing she liked was their soda. She mentioned the brisket was soft, but the barbecue sauce was too sweet for her liking and didn't go with the dish. I also ordered a pretzel with the house made cheese, but she didn't care for that either because she thought the bread was too dense, which I agree with. They also don't top it with salt like most places do. I decided to get the Pub Burger because it was award winning according to the menu. The burger was decent, not bad at all. I prefer the burger patty to have more seasoning and cooked medium. They served it to me well done here. The star today was the fries that it came with. They're lightly battered and they turned out really good while being crispy. I would come here again to try out the other things on the menu if I'm in the area. read more

AMAZING! Family owned and operated they are busy but always take the time to make you feel welcomed if its your first or 50th time there. Beer is freshly brewed and they usually have a couple that are seasonal or newly released. Been going here for a longtime so here are my suggestions on what to order. PUB BURGER and REUBEN equally 100% gotta try these with tater tots but also the brisket anything works. Beer BLACK IPA but also, his Reds, Ciders and Tripels are awesome. Just go for the flights and have fun. Games are upfront but you can bring them and Hang out upstairs or go to the back for a more brewery feel. Tried this place on a whim. I had the Alabama Fried Chicken Sandwich and shared some fried pickles and a bite of the pretzel. I tried the blonde, an ipa, and the tangerine wheat. OMG I cannot stop thinking of the food and the beer was all good, but the Tangerine really stood out. I cannot wait to go back. I was able to sit out with my group and our senior dog on the patio. First time at this brewery. Located in an industrial park facing the street. You walk in and there is the tasting/dining area and an open kitchen. This brewery serves food and the prices we're pretty good. Unfortunately, I was only there for the beers. The flights were price were good with 6 six 2oz pours being $6 and six 4oz pours were $12. There were 9 beers available. Another small detail that should be noted is the jars that are on the taps (see picture) to show the customer the color of the beer. I found the beers pretty good. I tend to like the lighter beers and they did have a good selection of them. I found them to be light and crisp. Looking over the menu, I will be back for the tater tots and what I can put on them. Overall, this is brewery is a good place for a quick stop for good beer. Looks like a place were any tater tot would like to get a quick bite. read more

This place was awesome! My husband and I came here for lunch on a Saturday. We brought our dog and he was allowed to join us on the back patio. My husband got the brisket sandwich and said it was great, and I got the jalapeño burger (subbed a veggie patty) and it was delicious! We each got a beer, and both were great. We enjoyed how you can see the brewery as you walk through it to the back patio, and that they supply games to play. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
