Great place. We stumbled upon it after going through the museum of natural history. Great food. Lots of happy hour specials. Friendly wait staff. read more

The rudest bartender ever. The manager was a joke don't try to understand the situation, just bluntly reacted with zero customer experience filter. Do not recommend, unless they upgrade their staff read more

Great food, great service , great ambiance, what an amazing addition to our neighborhood. We love that it is trendy yet sports bar like atmosphere(more high scale thought) you can dine or just have a few drinks with some finger foods and so far their menu has not disappointed. It's been great for bigger groups and a casual date night. Hope this helps!! I definitely recommend this place 100% read more

Would be 5 stars but had a bad experience last night with one of the waiters. They had a new Oktoberfest beer and we asked if we could taste a sample. Waiter said No. We asked a second time and he said No again. Hard to believe. Anyway, overall a great place to watch a game. read more

We were only here for happy hour and had a great time! The staff was great and we had well made drinks. It was well designed and we are going back definitely. read more

Came here after a morning spent in Central Park and had great food and service! I enjoyed a margarita and the smash burger. Would definitely return. read more

my friend and I had a 5:15 reservation and the minute we walked in the young guy at the door immediately said just so you know we have another reservation at 7. We were taken aback but stayed. then at exactly 7 the same guy walked over to us and had the nerve to say again it's 7;00. we had already asked for the check. We could not even order dessert. how rude! I will be contacting the owner and letting them know about. their awful employees Telling our friends to not go there for sure. read more

Great food, value and service! We liked everything: drinks, appetizers and burgers. One of the top three Brussels sprouts plates i've had outside of Belgium. If I was going to go to a Brussels Sprouts party I would have to stop here and get a plate of these Brussels Sprouts to go and take to that Brussels Sprouts themed party. That would be worth the money. I also like the french fries. read more

the bartenders are young and unexperience, they try to deceive me by saying that I get a free drink, finding out later that they charge me for it. read more

Stopped in for a burger and a refreshing drink, both were great. The staff were nice and smiled often, which is always appreciated. Next time I am in the mood for a burger I can definitely count on this place. read more

Stopped in for some lunch. Had a drink and several apps - food was delicious and the waiter was so nice!

It is basically a bar with pub food. Not many tables. There are better options out there, but if hamburgers are your thing then you will enjoy. read more

Dined here on a whim in the past few weeks, and I was so pleasantly surprised about how delicious everything we had was. I love that this is more of an upscale sports bar. We were seated in the back area which is the perfect space if you're in need of a bit of a quieter section. The service was top notch and so friendly and helpful with narrowing down what to get on the huge menu that all looked delectible. I'll definitely be back! read more

First off, I need to praise our attentive server, Becca, and also the manager, James, who went above & beyond to make sure we were happy customers. We went for brunch, and we arrived at 11:15 a.m. on a Sunday, and the place was practically empty, while Sarabeth's next door was packed. I understand that The Wolfe is fairly new and known as a sports bar (& Sarabeth's has been around for decades), but The Wolfe has an exemplary brunch with a wonderful variety of choices. The brunch crowd did arrive about an hour later. There's also a nice outdoor area (which was great for our dogs). I got the skillet Huevos Rancheros. It's a little different than a basic Huevos Rancheros, but I loved it! I wish I got a photo of it. My friend enjoyed her Bananas Foster pancakes. I'm looking forward to coming back! read more

The food was so good! The service was fast and amicable. Vibe was very chill. Highly recommend recommend.

Why does this place allow dogs inside the restaurant? There were two at the bar today. One was sprawled out by the front door, chewing napkins and making a mess. They were obviously not service dogs which are trained to assist the blind or deaf. Unsanitary and insensitive to people who are allergic to dogs or afraid of them. Also, against the law. read more

Love every single thing about the place. The decor , the happy hour drinks , Brussel sprouts , caullini, vegan meatball!! Staff was attentive. Went to celebrate a birthday. They gave us a free drink. We told them we wanted liquid dessert when we were offered the option of real dessert or liquid dessert Great vibe! Locals!! read more

Great addition to the UWS! Cozy bar vibes with many tvs playing various games.. happy hour until 7pm during the week was a great deal. Smashburger was delicious! Will be back read more

The food was good, albeit expensive for what it was, but I saw a roach under the table as we were eating. When I used the bathroom I saw another one. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like...I would try again if they got their pest problem under control. read more

The double smash burger was to die for- but the most unexpected yum was the bright tangy dressing on the side of greens! Compliments to the chef! The server/bartender/hostess was amazing as well! Great spot! read more

A nice first time for NFL Sunday afternoon experience on nyc marathon day as brunch omelet very good and service and vibe were excellent. However please lower the music as it was not necessary during the games at all. I know this is more than a sports bar with this nice elegant appeal but keep the music down from 1pm forward on football Sundays. Thank you. read more

My wife and ordered takeout from The Wolfe over the weekend and both had SEVERE food poisoning. This was the only meal we shared the exact same thing within a 48 hour period. Not sure they handle food with care. Would not recommend. read more

My wife and I and some friends that were visiting from Atlanta had dinner and drinks @ The Wolfe on Saturday the 13th of January and what a wonderful experience it was. The drinks were amazing and the food and dessert were delicious. Our server Jake was phenomenal, he was funny and extremely engaging! We will definitely take the drive from Staten Island to visit again, keep up your great work!!! PS sorry it took so long for the review read more

great food especially their specialty hamburger and special frenc fries. atmosphere is noisy but if you sit in the back it is much quieter.

Great little neighborhood bar restaurant. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Food was yummy. Felt warm and cozy.

Our fries came out cold, we sent them back and all they did was stick them in the microwave before returning them. Its glamorized bar food with worse quality and for a worse price. The one saving grace was that the service was decent and the staff is very friendly. But due to my experience with the food, they're clearly not serious. Do not recommend read more

This place doesn't know if it should be a sports bar or a nice restaurant. I think it'd be better as a sports bar. Service is amazing. But the food is pretty bland. It's not too expensive, but should be better quality. I got the steak frites and it was a pretty dry, cheap cut of meat. Pork belly sandwich also lacked flavor. Fries were good. read more

Excellent mimosas; food was delicious. Rebecca was our server and was amazing. Fun to talk to, very attentive, and an absolute pleasure!

Rebecca was the coolest experience one could ever have on a brunch date. She was warm , friendly, inviting and definitely tried to fake her way through a hockey review. Loved the experience. Food was great. 10/10 will come back. read more

NEW NEIGHBORHOOD SPOT! The new renovated space created by the Wolfe is stunning inside. Beautiful fixtures all over the space. The servers was friendly and attentive. We had a great brunch. My husband had the best Irish coffee he ever had topped with hand made whipped cream/cold foam they made to order with the coffee. We got a bunch of apps - great smash burgers with a tasty cheese sauce, light and delicious burratta with cherry tomatoes and yummy pesto, and parm peso fries I could not stop eating. So glad we finally stopped in and so glad to have another go to spot. Can't wait to come back for post work drinks or a dinner with friends. Love what they have done since taking over the space. UPDATE and NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Okay I've been back twice since my first review. The food and drinks remained great. And love that they have a mocktail menu. I will say you should double check your bill when you receive it. 2/3 times now we have received the wrong bill (not add ons to our bill but fully another tables check). Once this happened before we paid and they appologized and delivered the right one. Totally understandable. The second time, they gave us the correct check but when they brought back the check for us to sign after paying, they had charged the wrong check to our card. I have no idea how this happens when you've already delivered the original check but it did. The staff again was nice and worked to refund the original charge and recharge us for the correct check. But this simply should not happen. MANAGEMENT should make sure they are training staff on table numbers and use of the POS. read more

Food and service very good. Server was attentive. Our brunch, huevos rancheros was tasty.

Great food and friendly staff, great lunch specials and double smash keeps you coming back...fein

Two good experiences here, making it my new favorite neighborhood spot! Love the ambience, the food is yum (MUST have the brussels sprouts!), and the servers are all super friendly. It doesn't hurt that the drinks are solid too. read more

Good addition to the upper west side! Great food and drinks. Some tables are too small to eat dinner at though and they should be mindful of who they're sitting there. read more
