I've eaten here a few times and have always had a good experiencewith both food and drinks. We only grabbed a drink this time around on the rooftop. I've never eaten downstairs but otherwise rooftop, you can order food and they will bring it to you. From what I recall, if you order food downstairs at the counter, you wait for your food but not 100% sure if they will bring it upstairs when its ready. The upstairs area has a full sized bar with several seats, high top tables and some bench seating scattered throughout with astroturf. It is an open air rooftop area. I enjoyed the El Dorado margarita. We wanted one of the stronger margaritas and the bartender recommended it. She also muddled some jalapeno in to it for an extra kick. It was very good and strong. I only wish they served brunch on Saturday too instead of just Sunday. We would've eaten here is they did and ended up going elsewhere for food because of it. read more

Since moving to the area this has become a regular spot for us. We're here on a bi-weekly if not weekly basis. Easy to get a table upstairs or down food is good. No issues with my sensitive stomach which some time has difficulties with texmex. The rooftop has great sunset views and is good for groups if you can find a spot. We tend to order the same things. I get a cocktail off the menu and tacos. My hushes a beer and a burrito. His burrito came out incorrectly two visits in a row so he has switched to tacos and has not had that issue since. Be aware. My only consistent complaint now is that I really with you could order your drinks at the same time and at the same touchpoint as ordering food. Having to wait in a line to order food and then wait again at the bar to get a bartenders attention to then wait again for a drink is a hassle and a bit annoying. The bartenders are also quite slow here we have noticed (both upstairs and down). We have waited for drinks longer than food on more than one occasion. So this leaves me alone holding our table while my husband waits for drinks to be made and often food gets delivered while that happening and starts to cool. Annoying right? But otherwise food is good. Drinks are interesting. Great rooftop. It's a decent and easy spot to grab a quick easy dinner I just wish they fix that issue. read more

My friend lives on Plant St and every time I go to her house, we end up here. First of all, they have a rooftop bar! Not many places in Florida have this, so we usually try to eat up there when it isn't too hot. Second of all, everything I have ever ordered here has been delicious. I ordered mahi tacos with cilantro sauce on corn tortillas on this visit. I love that the tacos come with chips because I am such a salsa lover and this place has a salsa bar! The mango one is hands down my favorite, but I usually get a cup of each because I love variety. Lastly, the food always comes out so quick! We were in Winter Garden for the spring festival. This is one of the many restaurants on the main street of the festival. We love Mexican food and also the outdoor seating made a great vantage point to still enjoy the festive atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was very generic and inedible. I had the fish tacos, very tasteless and dry. The salsa that came with the chips and salsa was pretty tasteless. Came across this restaurant after shopping at the farmers market. It is an open space with first come seating. You order at counter and they bring food to your table. They have good variety of options. I tried the crunch wrap with pork and a side of street corn and both were delicious. Perfectly seasoned. They also have a sauce bar which was nice. All the options were delicious! They also have a full bar which is great if you just want to sit for a drink. This was my first time to eat inside. Table service is only available in the bar. The rest have to order at the counter. I had chicken tacos on soft corn tortillas. It didn't come with salsa, but the salsa bar was nice--jalapeños, limes, hot salsa, mild and salsa verde. They also had two bottles of hot sauce. My tortillas were crumbly and didn't hold well to eat handheld. Also the chips were stale--surprising at a Mexican restaurant. We were there at noon and the inside was very loud and made it hard to have a conversation. I love the rooftop, but the weather was too hot. Yum!! My husband and I decided to stop in here while in downtown Winter Garden, and I'm glad we did! Upon entering, the restaurant is decorated very cute, almost like a Mexican cantina. To order, you are able to walk up to the counter or sit at the bar. We opted to sit at a booth near the bar and order from there. I ordered a Michelada to drink and my husband got the Espresso Martini, both were excellent! We arrived during brunch, and I ordered the chilaquiles and added steak, while my husband ordered the Crunchwrap. The Crunchwrap and most other entrees, aside from those on the brunch menu, come with a side of chips. They also have a large self-serve salsa bar, all the salsas we tried were excellent! My favorite was the mango salsa. Both entrees were delicious, I wouldn't change a thing! We can't wait to come back soon! read more

We stopped here for lunch after the winter garden farmers market and loved it! It's quick service but staff still bring your order to the table. They have two stories so tables and seating is available on the second floor. They also have a sauce/topping bar that includes diced onions, cilantro, mild and hot sauces, and jalapeños. I come here every Tuesday with my friends for their taco Tuesday special. It comes with two (very hearty might I add) TexMex tacos, chips, and a drink! I think it's an included margarita, or maybe it's a small charge but I'm pretty sure it's in the price of the lunch special. There's many different meats and toppings you can have them make it with. I also need to mention that the kitchen staff is always extremely fast. Granted, they're tacos and usually a quick make but still even at peak times I'm never waiting more than 10-15 minutes. Part of the reason why my experience is so great each time is because of Candy! Candy is so knowledgeable and kind. She's always helpful in helping me try something new when I'm feeling creative. The owner himself is very involved in day to day interactions and is always seen making improvements to the menu, and helping his staff. My wife and I went to Downtown Winter Garden to hangout with some friends. We were in the mood for tacos, so we stopped by The Whole Enchilada. My wife had the Fah-Hee-Tah chicken quesadilla! It was very tasteful. The quesadilla brought guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and tomato. I ate the Hasselhoff tacos in steak and I ordered an additional taco with pork. I tried the tacos in soft tortillas. I topped off the tacos with their Mango sauce. It gave it a beautiful touch to the flavors. The service was fairly fast. Stopped by this place on Saturday for a relaxing lunch. As usual, this place didn't disappoint. Even though it was pretty busy, the line to grab food was quick and the staff gave great suggestions to my friend who was there for the first time. Went here with a couple of friends on a Friday night! You don't need to dine in to enjoy the bar upstairs. It's an open roof top bar with different choices of margaritas. Their watermelon margarita wasn't sweet so we ordered a pitcher to share amongst the four of us. Service was fast but the drinks are on the pricier side. Lots of open seating but it does get crowded fast. The only thing I'd complain about is the restroom upstairs. It's unisex and one stall. It was a dirt mess. read more

The place wasn't too busy, but for whatever reason it took us like 20 minutes to be seated the place is very nice. They have outside seating which I hate with a passion because of Florida you never know it's gonna rain the humidity the mosquitoes, but we sat outside. It was a very nice very comfortable. Service was good but a little slow. I don't know if it was the back of the house or the front house issue. We started with a street corn, which was very good. It wasn't dry and we also had the nacho mama that was very good then we started ordering tacos. We tried all of them, except for the mahi one they were very good. then we shared a couple of burritos. We have a happy Gilmore very good. The sauce was good. The Bob was very good flavor wise it was a little too dry. We also have the red that was a very good. then I want the whole enchilada platter. I had the steak one. It was good. I had it salsa verde to it The only thing the steak had great flavor but a little chewy. We also ordered all of the awesome sauce selection. They were all great but the cilantro one whoever made it was a little heavy on the cilantro. We also had it on some of the plates that we ordered fried jalapeños with them and roasted peppers. I was not aware that it was a counter service restaurant for food, but the bar staff takes your drink order at your table. Seating is first come first serve. We checked out The Whole Enchilada after an event at the Winter Garden Theater. The building is very nice. It was very clean inside. There is a half wall near the ordering area and a half wall to block off near the bar. Those cut down on the seating area and make it feel a bit small. I was told there's a bar upstairs but I didn't go up there so I can't comment on that. The food was decently priced and came out quickly. The food wasn't bad but it was very average. The changing table in the women's restroom was also not fully working. It folded down but then when I put my child on it - it was angled to the floor versus straight out. Luckily, I still had a hold on him (he's only three months so he definitely wasn't too big for it). With so many restaurants in Winter Garden, this wouldn't be my first choice to come back to but it's definitely a decent quick choice if you're wanting something average and not fast-food. read more

I'd say it took about 10 minutes for our food to arrive. I had no issues with my burrito, it was good but nothing special. My wife ordered a replacement burrito as hers was cold. When the replacement arrived she was told all the ingredients in it are cold, except for the meat so that is why it was cold. I had probably the worst customer experience ever in my life here. They claim to be pet friendly with a few tables out front. When i got there with my dog someone took my drink order and my credit card from the patio since I couldn't bring my dog in. He brought my drink and my credit card back. After that I sat for 2 hours and nobody came to check on me or take my order. I will never go back again! I don't care what management will offer me. Very friendly with a big smile on there faces. I went and got the "Ex Wife Burrito Challenge" on a whim and was able to complete it. We love a good patio marg and rooftop hang, this place offers both with such a great vibe and atmosphere. The rooftop always has great music, incredible margaritas (get the skinny with Tajin and side cup of ice) guacamole is great! Drinks can be ordered with server but all food is counter order style downstairs. My go to orders are either the bob (smothered) or the nachos. Chicken or pork depending on the day with black beans. I always have left overs, the burritos are huge. My gf ordered the tacos, they were nothing to write home about. Very basic, chicken, cheese, lettuce. The food I would see is similar to a Tijuana Flats but the vibe and atmosphere are what we always come back for. Great little hangout spot. read more
