Love this venue. Drinks are good, and The Red is my favorite! The outdoor option upstairs is lovely and I enjoy the Indoor bar. Great service. I like that you can order, get a number and hang at a table and they bring your food.

We were in Winter Garden for the spring festival. This is one of the many restaurants on the main street of the festival. We love Mexican food and also the outdoor seating made a great vantage point to still enjoy the festive atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was very generic and inedible. I had the fish tacos, very tasteless and dry. The salsa that came with the chips and salsa was pretty tasteless. To add to that, the service was pretty awful, I had to go in twice to let them know we did not receive our food.

Came across this restaurant after shopping at the farmers market. It is an open space with first come seating. You order at counter and they bring food to your table. They have good variety of options. I tried the crunch wrap with pork and a side of street corn and both were delicious. Perfectly seasoned. They also have a sauce bar which was nice. All the options were delicious! They also have a full bar which is great if you just want to sit for a drink. They do have an upstairs with some seating and another bars really enjoyed the food and ambiance.

Beautiful rooftop bar providing full service menu too

This was my first time to eat inside. Table service is only available in the bar. The rest have to order at the counter. I had chicken tacos on soft corn tortillas. It didn't come with salsa, but the salsa bar was nice--jalapeños, limes, hot salsa, mild and salsa verde. They also had two bottles of hot sauce. My tortillas were crumbly and didn't hold well to eat handheld. Also the chips were stale--surprising at a Mexican restaurant. We were there at noon and the inside was very loud and made it hard to have a conversation. I love the rooftop, but the weather was too hot. I'll be sure to only go when the weather is nice.

The food was good--I had the chicken quesadilla, which was flavorful and satisfying. Service was quick, though the ordering system was a bit confusing (you order at the register and seat yourself; no table service). The ambiance was relaxed and laid-back. If I'm in the area, I'd will go by.

Yum!! My husband and I decided to stop in here while in downtown Winter Garden, and I'm glad we did! Upon entering, the restaurant is decorated very cute, almost like a Mexican cantina. To order, you are able to walk up to the counter or sit at the bar. We opted to sit at a booth near the bar and order from there. I ordered a Michelada to drink and my husband got the Espresso Martini, both were excellent! We arrived during brunch, and I ordered the chilaquiles and added steak, while my husband ordered the Crunchwrap. The Crunchwrap and most other entrees, aside from those on the brunch menu, come with a side of chips. They also have a large self-serve salsa bar, all the salsas we tried were excellent! My favorite was the mango salsa. Both entrees were delicious, I wouldn't change a thing! We can't wait to come back soon!

Philly cheesesteak tacos

This Mexican spot is a local chain with decent food and drinks. The tacos and enchilada were bland for my liking. I like fresh, bold flavors. It is inexpensive but perhaps better for drinks than eats imo.

Pork nachos with a side of queso (not included in price, have to ask for it)

I absolutely love going to this location! The perfect spot for a date night especially during the winter! They have a menu outside next to the door so you can preview before you walk in since you order at a counter and then they give you a number and bring the food to your table. The best spot is upstairs at the bar. The atmosphere is so fun at night and the lights are adorable. You definitely might struggle to secure a spot since it's the best spot. It's a roof top bar that over looks the city. During the winter they have heaters as well so don't worry about being tooo cold

Burrito with chips
Amna Q.

I stopped by with friends for the really cute rooftop ambience, and was not disappointed! I ordered their burrito which came with chips. The weather was really nice and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy the food or the various drinks at the rooftop bar. The service was quick and they brought the items upstairs to wherever you were seated.

Is there a happy hour?

Yes! Pitchers of margaritas!

Do you guys have happy hour?

Hi there, at this time we do not but we do offer bottomless brunch on Sundays from 11am-3pm.

Can the rooftop be rented out? My beau is turning 40 soon, and this place came to mind first to host his 40th

Please contact Drew Cardaci at +1 (407) 729-9556

Is this location dog friendly?

I imagine the outdoor, front seating is, like all the other Winter Garden restaurants. I can't imagine the rooftop is, though, since you get to the roof via inside stairs.

Every visit we've had here has been consistently good. Service is usually attentive, the food comes out quickly, and most importantly the quality is always excellent and reliable. This time around we tried something new: the Azteca chicken soup, and it absolutely blew me away. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Best chicken tortilla soup I've had. For our entrees, my husband ordered the al pastor tacos with sides of rice and beans, and I stuck with my usual: the Grande Combination with a chicken enchilada in mole sauce, a chile relleno, black beans, and plantains. The mole sauce is fantastic, and the chile relleno is one of the best I've ever had. We always leave here happy and full. Quick question for the chefs at Azteca D'Oro--do you have any seasonal specials coming up? Would love to try something new next time! Pro tip: Don't skip the Azteca chicken soup--it might just ruin other tortilla soups for you.

From the outside, the restaurant is pretty unassuming, but if you've spent time eating at authentic Mexican spots, you know that's usually a good sign. Inside, it's small and quaint and honestly feels like you've stepped into someone's home kitchen in the best way. We ordered plain bean and cheese burritos to-go (a true test for any Mexican spot) along with a small order of chips. While waiting about 10 minutes for our food, we loaded up at the salsa bar. We tried four salsas: roasted tomato, enchilada, habanero, and tomatillo, and every single one tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Serious salsa bar goals. If I had to rank them, the roasted tomato and tomatillo were my favorites, but honestly you can't go wrong with any of them. Then came the burritos. One bite immediately took us right back to the LA food trucks we grew up with--simple, comforting, and exactly what a good bean and cheese burrito should be. Finally, a bean and cheese burrito that tastes like California. I wish I had taken photos, but honestly... I was too excited and dug right in. Safe to say we'll be back soon. This has officially become our new go-to spot for Mexican takeout. Pro tip: Don't skip the salsa bar--grab a few different ones and experiment.

The manager was going back-and-forth between being in the kitchen as well as seating people at the hosting stand which led me to believe that there must've been call-ins or scheduling has just been not great. We ended up being seated, but had to wait for them to clear off a booth because they didn't wanna seat in the other section. They clearly had closed off. We ordered our food, but our server seemed really disengaged like she was just going through the motions. Food came out super quickly. I did order a sparkling sangria that was nonalcoholic and it basically just tasted like Pepsi so not exactly sure what it was supposed to taste like but it definitely didn't have any sangria flavoring. My husband got a glass of water, but sadly you could tell that they must've either just got it out of the sink or just hand wash it because you could literally taste the soap. The Vibe: Located in a strip mall with shared parking, the restaurant itself is actually quite cute inside, with tablecloths on each table and a full-service bar near the entrance. That said, when we first walked in, there was an unpleasant, slightly mildew-like odor, which made us question the overall cleanliness. The restaurant was about ¼ full, which felt like a decent sign for a weekday evening. Service: Service was excellent from start to finish. We were seated quickly, given chips and salsa right away, and our server was attentive and efficient throughout the meal. What We Ordered: * Enchiladas Combination (cheese, beef, and chicken with red sauce, you can choose red or green) * Puntas de Filete in Salsa Verde * Sprite & Coke First Impressions: The food came out extremely fast--under 5 minutes, which made it feel more reheated than freshly prepared. Food Quality: Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor across the board. The chips and salsa were underwhelming--the salsa was very watery with little to no spice. The enchiladas were quite dry, lacking sauce, and topped with an overwhelming amount of cheese. My husband ordered the Puntas de Filete in Salsa Verde, hoping for something similar to chile verde, but it didn't come close. The dish lacked depth of flavor and mostly tasted like beef and raw onions. He also requested medium rare, but it came out closer to well-done. Even the refried beans had an unusual, overly garlicky taste that felt a bit off. Overall: While the service was great, the food unfortunately didn't meet expectations--especially for a place positioning itself as western-style Mexican. Average food, standout service. We were hoping to find a go-to spot reminiscent of California Mexican food, but this one missed the mark for us.
