She was super friendly and did let us know right away they were a little short staffed and it could be a little longer than normal service would be expected to be. We were ok with that and appreciate the transparency before we even ordered. I opted for a chicken Caesar salad since I was not too hungry. The salad was the perfect size and the chicken was grilled perfectly. One of the kids had the wings - she said they were cooked perfectly and the other had chicken tenders and fries - she liked them as well. We really didn't feel the wait was that long for food or for service, but you could tell the server and the manager were both hustling. Will be back for another meal. We found that a little bit strange because we knew the game was going on, but inquired a little further. They stated that they do not have the game on their TV system, even though one of their TVs stated they were a partner of UCF athletics. I cannot say enough good things about this space and its owners. They are part of the push to create community in Apopka through offering engaging quality businesses and venues (these are the people behind the future Hall's on 5th food hall right on the same street!). I have been coming to Propagate since we started building our home and have really enjoyed seeing their business flourish over the past few years. They have a loyal customer in me and I cannot wait to see what's next.
