The vibe is usually pretty chill. The nights when they are slower are my favorite because they can get pretty packed. Service is usually pretty great. From time to time, they have specials/deals. They offer nice, fairly affordable mid-shelf (or top-shelf) drink options (as well as well-drink options). They also offer hookahs, if you are into that. Please keep in mind that if you have cash on you, you can get the hookah at a discounted rate. They have a decent number of TVs if you are looking to watch any games.
