Had dinner here after booking a couples massage and the food was delicious. The portions were great and the service was excellent.

Dining at the 19th Hole at Bella Collina is always an experience. The food is requisite and the chef is always ensuring our tastebuds are enticed with the variety of delicious options available. Whether it's lunch following a round of golf or a romantic lunch or dinner date after spa treatments with your sweetie, Bella Collins's 19th Hole offers a variety of amazing food options for the palette. My friend had her intimate baby shower at the restaurant, which was recently remodeled and is so comfortable and beautiful, with tables overlooking the golf course and lake views. I ordered the Bella Collina salad, which is always a favorite of mine. It had greens, feta and almonds with a balsamic vinaigrette. For my main course I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my friend ordered the grilled fish sandwich with remoulade and sweet potato fries. The food presentation is always enticing and the taste is out of this world! Being at Bella makes me feel like I've been transported to Italy. It is a little off the beaten path, in Montverde, but you will enjoy the peace and serenity of the property and the scene if views that surround the restaurant.

I enjoyed a lunch here after having been pampered at the spa, and I have to say, I was surprised the food was really delicious. Upon looking at the menu and the fact that they brand it as American fare, I was pleased to discover it was more on the gourmet side, and that the menu had several cuisines. (Not that American food isn't good, but I typically find it to be either bland, or boring bar food). The portions were generous, and the service was friendly. I will definitely dine here again when I go to the spa. It has a Tuscan ambiance, making you feel like you're not in central FL anymore, and the old money vibe wasn't intimidating at all, in fact, the staff everywhere makes you feel welcomed.

Root and Branch is worth it! We stopped during a day of activity and had an amazing meal! The group shared the Lump Crab Cakes and Braised Short Rib Crustini appetizers that were sensational! Cooked to perfection and fittingly displayed as masterpieces. My wife and I had ravioli, mine was Braised Short Rib and she enjoyed the roasted vegetable version. Again the meals were flawless and ever so full of flavor, such a refreshing experience! The rest of the group opted for sandwiches and everyone was impressed with the quality and presentation. Definitely worth the traffic, visit Root and Branch soon!

The restaurant wasn't very busy, so we were promptly seated at a table by the window, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. The food was very good and exceeded our expectations. My husband ordered the BBQ glazed salmon, which was cooked perfectly and had a flavorful, well-balanced glaze. I chose the pan-fried chicken with pasta, and it was delicious, tender, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with the pasta. Another plus was the convenient parking, which made the entire evening even more stress-free

We were in town for Thanksgiving with…read morefamily and they wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday early...and we requested a steakhouse! We had a dinner reservation for the night before Thanksgiving and for a good bit of our meal, we were the only ones there - but it did start filling up a bit throughout the night! We were six adults and service was fantastic. My husband opted for a one of their steaks, as well as the macaroni and cheese; he also started with the lobster bisque which is poured tableside and was literally so good - not too heavy on the cream and full of lobster and flavor. I started with the tomato heirloom salad - it was so unique and fun; from the charred lettuce, to the pesto flavor, to the fresh heirloom tomatoes and cheese - I really did enjoy this light way to start the meal. Then, I opted for the scallop dish - which was good! I didn't love the candied orange bits that were used for garnish, but did enjoy the rest of the meal! For his dessert, they brought out an odd dessert - it was like a lava cake...but with strawberries, caramel sauce, and topped with cotton candy? Haha, we all enjoyed trying it and all enjoyed different parts of it - but as a whole dish, it was a bit of a strange concept. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would certainly go back!

The ambiance and music were really enjoyable and made for a nice atmosphere. The lobster mac and cheese and shrimp cocktail were both great and definitely the highlights of the meal. They were out of mashed potatoes and offered a baked potato instead, which was fine, but felt a bit underwhelming for the type of dining experience and price point. Unfortunately, the tomahawk steak was a major disappointment. While the center was cooked okay, the steak arrived only lukewarm, which made it seem like it may have been cooked too early and sat before being served. On top of that, the exterior was so heavily charred that every bite tasted burnt and completely overpowered the flavor of the meat. For a steak at this price point, that level of quality was really disappointing. What made the experience worse was the confusion over pricing. Since the tomahawk was listed at market price, we specifically asked beforehand and were quoted $125 by our server. When the bill came, we were charged $175. After my husband questioned it, the explanation became unclear, and we were ultimately told $125 was the correct price and the bill was adjusted. Had we not spoken up, we would have been overcharged by $50. We really wanted to love this place for a special occasion and appreciate supporting local businesses, but overall the experience ended up being just okay.

We opted for the alcoholic drinks, but if I came again, I'd opt for the mocktails, as both we ordered were crazy light pours. The food was pretty good. The highlights for me were the fries, onion rings, and the jalapeño ranch, which I suspect is housemade. The burgers were decent, but mine came out pretty much well done, when I ordered medium rare. Took the key lime pie to go, and it was good! Overall, worth a visit. They certainly have a great location.

When you arrive the parking lot connects to a walkway that is lined with tiki torches they light up after the sun goes down leading you to the bar area and then the restaurants tables on the docks. The open facing lake view is absolutely gorgeous, when you get to the restaurant area you can pick any open table and a server meets you promptly. They have everything from fresh seafood, delicious burgers, and crisp fried side options like tater tots, onion rings, and of course French fries. We ordered their Mushroom, Onion and Swiss Cheeseburger and the Smokin' Jalapeno Burger! Both were solid burgers with 1/2 lb angus beef thick patty and great flavor combinations. Ordered some drinks from the bar that were refreshing and for dessert we split the Key Lime pie that is a MUST order (sorry not sorry Publix)! For amazing views, great food, and relaxing vibes, I highly recommend making your way out here soon! We will be back to try out some of their seafood and specials very soon!
