This UPS Store offers shipping, packaging, printing and other services like office supplies. This is very next to where I live. Went on a weekend to ship some things internationally. It needed packaging and the staff was very helpful and patient in wrapping all the fragile items. They did a great job and the transaction was smooth. The associate was super helpful while smiling the entire time. I appreciated that they enforce their mask rule, asking customers to wait outside if they didn't have one. They took care of their needs nonetheless. I give my business to UPS since it is very convenient, affordable, and the hours are good. They have ample free parking in front of the store and is shared with other businesses as it is located in the shopping plaza. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in and around the area. read more

They lock the doors before they are even closed! Ridiculous. Not good customer service! Lock doors when you are actually closed! I am really grateful after I dropped off a box and realized that I put in the wrong address. Initially on the phone they told me they wouldnt be able to sort through hundreds of boxes to find mine but when I explained that I couldnt make it back until after their pick up for the day, the manager was kind enough to search through all the boxes and finally locate mine. They Closed and locked the door several minutes before closing time. I sat there in the cold with my child and box with prepaid label, box already taped and only needed to drop off. They didn't look up once or acknowledge me. I called several times and finally gotten an answer and then kindly asked about store hour as the doors being locked and was hung up on. The UPS Store 3939 Lavista Rd Tucker GA 30084 770-270-0951 I went into this place to use their computer to print out a label. Their computer wasn't working properly with internet explorer or chrome. I tried 3 or 4 times. The store owner tried. I wasn't able to get my label but I was still charged 11.80. The computer charges you per minute while you're logged in. This needs to be posted and communicated to the customer. So, I left with NOTHING but a charge for 11.80. I asked if there was someone I could speak with about this and I was told, " I am the store owner and I don't know who else you'd like to speak with. I was left speechless. Your computer wasn't working, you assisted me but you still take my money. I think that is awful. I will also be filing a case with the BBB. I will tell everyone I know that I do not recommend this location. This is insane!! read more

I have to warn you how rude and ridiculous this place is. The staff, Will, assaulted me, calling me "idiot" for not wearing a mask, shut the door and refused to apologize!! I visited this place for Amazon drop off and stopped at the front door by him because I didn't have a mask on. The only reason to go into this store is for Amazon returns, and those days are numbered as we see more and more Amazon lockers pop up. Each time I go here there are different employees. The high turnover indicates to me that the owner does not take pride in the product or service. I sympathize with the workers and employees. It's no wonder there are new people on each visit. The culture here is absolutely awful. Instead of pride, all that I see and experience is a culture of indifference and unaccountability, with an occasional dash of rudeness. It's sad because there is an opportunity to take a mundane task and turn it into a great customer experience. I sent a package from the Tucker office and it never got to its destination. I use the tracking service We stated that it hadn't been shipped yet. I call the office For the past 3 weeks And was told that the package was on its way back to the Tucker office. I was told that I would be called when it arrived. It HASN'T arrived!!! I usually have exceptional customer service here, but just got done talking with Rupal who basically informed me she was too busy training people to help me out with something another employee attempted to help me with the day before. She actually refused to give me the same option. She did mention, though, that she would charge me $5 to print something that the other employee said would be "just pennies." A lazy scammer, huh? Come on enough enough already, it's been two years. The CDC even said you don't have to wear a mask any longer. If you've got the vaccine then what's the problem? If I could give no stars I would. The rudest place I've ever been. I waited in line only to be told when I got to the counter that I would have to go outside and be helped with a tablet because I didn't have a mask on. I told her I only needed to return a cable box to Charter. I waited outside until they had helped EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER and still no one came. I opened the door and asked if anyone was going to help me. An employee came to the door and asked what I needed. I was then told that they could only help with Amazon returns outside. I went to another much more friendly UPS store and all that was required was to scan the device and print a return receipt. I will NEVER go to this location again and I will tell everyone I know how rude and ridiculous they are. UPS corporate should be aware of the bad reputation of this location. read more

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Here is my experience. This store owner and manager are rude and dis-respectful. First, they charge $6 to print Amazon Label- for "hazardous" or battery included products. They charge $3 to use a computer and $3 to print. Most other stores do not charge this much, maybe $2. Then to add insult, they charge $3 for 1/4 inch of TAPE. Yes you are reading this correctly. TAPE if the label is not TAPED on or if the BOX Is open they charge. BUT you DO NOT NEED A BOX to Return AMAZON ITEMS! This is beyond Ripping off customers. This is outrageous and no one should ever use this store. Also, Will the manager is beyond RUDE he must really hate working there because I have witnessed him being rude and outright mean to customers. People do not deserve to be treated with dis respect and to charged $3 for a 1/4 inch of Tape which can be purchased from dollar tree for $1.25. I will be writing to the Corporate Offices about this Franchise. $3 for a 1/4 inch of TAPE and $6 for printing a label. This needs to be on the 11Alive News. Avoid this location, unless you want to be dis respected and charged for use of a pen. I am sure they will start to charge a cover to get in the door soon. Do not use this location. Went in to drop off an Amazon return. Signs on door said mask was required. I don't carry a mask anymore for more than one reason, but they are apparently bitter clingers. Went inside and was told I "should" be wearing a mask. No. CDC guidelines have changed, I shouldn't be wearing a mask. Was told to wait outside and they'd be with me when they finished with a customer. Fine. Another more polite and happy employee greeted me outside and said she'd be right out to help me...finally a welcoming person. Too bad the 2 inside were rude. Makes me wonder if they think the customers are there for them and not the other way around. If they really wanted to be effective with their masking then they'd be wearing a well fitted N95 mask and leave the rest of us the hell alone! Luckily there are a lot of UPS stores around that aren't so...what's the word? Ridiculous. Never again will I darken their doorstep. read more

Today was the first time I stepped foot in this UPS store on Lavista. The rude behavior of their manager, Will, was absolutely astounding. I had no idea that their store required masks...as I stood in line, I noticed the mask required sign on the door. I politely asked him if I could have a mask, as I did not have one. He told me I shouldn't have walked in knowing masks are required. I told him I didn't see the sign. He interrupted me and said I did see the sign and told me I could not walk to the counter without a mask. So I had to leave my three large boxes and walk next door to Kroger to get masks. When I came back, the sales associate at the counter was in the process of giving a mask to another customer. I asked the customer if she had been offered the mask, since they didn't offer me one. She said the sales associate offered it to her despite the manager telling the sales associate not to! Unbelievably rude and unnecessary. I will not step foot in this store again. I hope UPS will help Will find a new job that doesn't require interaction with the public that he clearly couldn't care less for. read more

It's been a few years since my last review and this store is a go to for me now - mainly because the location is convenient, but also because the staff is now super nice and helpful. They're even enforcing distancing during COVID-19 by making everyone wear masks and wait outside of the store if there are too many people in there (understandable since it's so small). Be aware this store does not provide refunds and the return label can only be addressed back to the store. As a result my mortgage company would not overnight a check with the return envelope I paid $26 for and ultimately returned the label to me. I called the store numerous times to ask for a refund on the return label that was not used. I was told that this happens to other customers and the payment cannot be returned to me because the store cannot process refunds from UPS. I informed the Store Owner (she advised that she was the owner) that I would be doing a Yelp review and her reply was "you have to do what you have to do". I have worked in the area for 5 years and used the store numerous times but the owner said that does not matter to her because she cannot refund any fees on a label that could not be used. HORRIBLE! The store owner RUPEL was very rude and RACIST. The experience I had today was one of the WORST I have ever had anywhere else! She insulted me and my fiancé by saying, "Do YOU people know how to read?" and then proceeded to say "I'm being an honest and genuine person. I am concerned of your reading." LIKE WHAT THE F*** ! After telling her I will be contacting corporate, she then proceeded to say, " you can call corporate all you want, I'm still going to be here." After her assault the first time, I went to the store to ask for her name and store number. While telling me her name, she proceeded to call the police as if I threatened her when I stood by the front door, more than 6 ft away from her. After she gave me her name, she then told me to go home and read to look for the store number !!!!!! The initial start of this issue began when she made us pay $4 for less than an inch of tape. When my fiancé initially entered the store, he didn't have a mask on (nobody requires masks anymore so it's nothing that no one would just look for) but he went to get a mask and then she proceeded to say " if you would read, you would know that the sign says " masks required" on the building." I have contacted corporate about this racial matter and I will not stop until something happens to her!!! She is the store owner so she feels as if she can behave anyway that she can. It took a lot in me not to put my hands on her or record her stating these things. But this will be handled accordingly! read more

The experience I just had at this location is beyond distasteful! Will was very rude and nasty. I had an Amazon package and after we exchanged a few words about a mask policy, I went outside to obtain service but then he then told me I had to PAY to have my AMAZON package taped up. Because I was not going for that, I dragged my large package back to my car and then I went back to obtain his name and gave him a few choice words. I use this store to return my any amazon purchases that don't work out. I have been using them for about a year and always have a good experience. They are always quick to take my box or package and print out the return label for me right away. If they see an amazon sticker on the package they are usually able to multi task and take the return right away even when helping another customer. I have gone in the morning and afternoon and never waited longer than about 5 minutes. I have also used them to mail packages and had a quick and efficient experience. The man helping me priced out several different options for mailing and gave me exact information on how long it would take to get there. read more
