I have been to this FedEx a few times. My wife needed to get passport photos done and I needed to…read moredrop off some packages. The staff are always super friendly and happy to help out with whatever you need. For the passport photos, we were in an out. I really don't think it took longer than 5-10 minutes. For my package drop off, I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. I love that my visits are always so efficient. This store is quite big too. They have a multitude of services they offer, so more than likely you will be able to get done what you need to get done. I will definitely be back here for any of my future shipping/packing/print needs.

ANDREW AND ASIA -- I think it's important to call this out directly…read more The level of service I experienced was not just disappointing, it was outright unprofessional. You were disengaged, dismissive, and gave the clear impression that helping customers was an inconvenience rather than your job. At one point, several customers were struggling to use the self-service machines, and instead of stepping in, you remained idle. I was told I could have copies made behind the counter more quickly (for a slightly higher per-page cost), which I agreed to. Then you added an additional $35 same-day service fee based on quantity--without any real explanation or sense of urgency to actually help. All of this while you weren't actively assisting anyone. That combination--lack of effort, poor communication, and a clear indifference to customer needs--is exactly why this experience fell apart. I ultimately left and handled the job myself at home, which frankly should not have been the better option. Customer service may not be your strong suit. It shows. Asia - being rude and hanging up on folks -- rude - seems being rude is a Kinko's team thing.
